• Yves (3/5): Je ne veux plus revivre cette expérience. - PAS DE PETIT DEJEUNER A notre arrivée,nous n 'avons vu personne.L 'appartement n'avait pas été nettoyé.Ce n'est que après quatre appels que le propriétaire a envoyé deux personnes pour faire le ménage; d'où,deux heures d'attente avant de pouvoir s'installer.Le matériel de cuisine est insuffisant: pas assez de couverts, deux tasses, et même pas un petit micro-ondes pour réchauffer un en cas.Le lit est large mais le matelas est défoncé;les oreillers et les couettes n 'étaint pas très propres; deplus pas d'armoire, juste une tringle pour pendre les vestes.Dans la salle de bains,il devait y avoir des produits de toilette;il y en avait juste un;même pas un rouleau de papier wc de rechange alors que celui sur place était quasi vide.Pas de bac pour la douche, ni de rideau;il n'y avait pas moyen de se doucher sans en mettre partout, notamment sur le wc qui se trouvait dans le mètre carré; de plus il y avait des fourmis auotour de la salle de bain et sous le lavabo.L'accès par la cour est très étroit:il ne faut pas avoir une large voiture.De plus, la barrière était fermée le premier soir;j 'ai du sonner à tous les appartements avant qu'on ne veuille la débloquer et demander qu'on ne la ferme plus les autres soirs. Le rapport qulité-prix n 'était pas au rendez-vous; l'an dernier, nous avons eu un appartement à Vannes pour un prix inférieur et avec un confort nettement mieux; ce qui m'amène à revoir ma position vis-àvis de Booling pour la réservation d'un prochain voyage. Seul point POSITIF: le calme et la tranquillité des lieux et l 'accès facile à Schlossstrasse!

• Artem Hrytsenko (4/5): - Идеальная чистота. На кухне есть всё необходимое, чтобы приготовить еду. В помещении был сильный неприятный запах нафтаоина, жильё имеет 4 двери и ни одного окна, которое бы можно было открыть на проветривание, это очень неудобно исходя из того что жильё расположено на земле, ночью спать с проветриванием невозможно. Вытяжка на кухне мощная, но часть дыма идёт под подвесной потолок из гипсокартона, и когда я жарил один небольшой кусок мяса у меня сработали пожарные датчики, пришлось долго проветривать так как дым был не в помещении а в полости между потолком и подвесным гипсокартоном когда вытяжка работала на максимум, было видно дым из отверстий в гипсокартоне. Скорость Wi-Fi было низпим, пришлось пользоваться мобильным интернетом.

• Maximilian (8/5): Immer wieder angenehm :) - Die Ausstattung ist super. Der Kontakt ist unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell. Parkmöglichkeit komfortabel und praktisch. Eine richtige Couch wäre als Ausstattung besser als die zwei flachen Sessel.
• Siegfried (8/5): Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt - Der Vermieter hat sich (bei mir auf dem Smartphone via Mitteilung ) sehr aufmerksam gekümmert und auch Tips für Shopen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Essen bereitgestellt. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, zweckmäßig und war sehr sauber. Die Parkmöglichkeit direkt neben der Ferienwohnung ist positiv zu bewerten und bei Anreise mit dem eigenen Auto ein "must have". Enttäuschen fand ich die Bezeichnung "Kaffeemaschine" für eine schnöde Senseo (so etwas ist definitiv nicht mein Anspruch an einen Kaffee) - entsprechend gab es eben keinen Filter-Kaffee. Sehr schade, aber wohl auch Geschmackssache. Nicht gefallen (aber anscheinend wegen der Nachbarn notwendig) hat mir die Vorgabe für den Parkplatz, dass dieser nur von 08:00 bis 20:00 befahrbar ist, was spätere Ausflüge mit dem eigenen Auto nahezu unmöglich macht - denn auf den öffentlichen Flächen an den Strassen ist an einen Parkplatz nicht zu denken.

• Alice (9/5): - Für uns die perfekte Lage in Steglitz. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit fast allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Das Sofa wurde durch 2 Sessel ausgetauscht, die auch als Bett genutzt werden können, top!! Das Bett, die Matratzen sind sehr gut... super bei Wirbelsäulenbeschwerden. Guter Schlaf ist das allerwichtigste.. Bei unsere Ankunft war die Wohnung angenehm warm... der Zugang mit Zahlencode ist super... kein Hantieren mit Schlüssel... insbesondere wenn man nicht alleine reist. Dies war unser 3. Aufenthalt dort, sicher nicht der letzte... Alles in allem sehr zufrieden... Das kleine Badezimmer mit Ebenerdigem Duschbereich vor Toilette und Waschbecken ist platzmässig ausreichend... leider fehlte noch immer ein Gummiabzieher für den Boden, Tücher um Toilette und Umgebung trocken zu reiben und vor allem eine Badematte, damit man vor dem Waschbecken nicht im Wasser steht oder gar die Nässe mit in den Wohnraum trägt. Wir hatten eigene Tücher und ein altes Handtuch für den Fußboden mitgebracht... weil wir es wussten... und wir haben den Boden mit dem Handabzieher abgezogen. Der Parkplatz im Hof ist für Berliner Platzverhältnisse super... Mit einem großen Auto jedoch kaum nutzbar.

Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Bitte, eine neue Duschunterlage .. eine Teekanne .. ein zweites Weinglas

• Prof. Dr. Joachim (9/5): Sehr schöne, saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft. - Es war alles in Ordnung. Sehr sauber, schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Unbedingt einen Duschvorhang im Bad anbringen!
• Ana (6/5): Pleasant - Location. The information wasn't accurate. It said there was a sofa bed but there wasn't. It was one of the reasons why I booked this property. I had to sleep on a regular sofa, as we were two people, and I had to buy the bottom sheet. There were no toiletries either. I phoned the host but he never answered. I sent messages and he only answered when we had already left. We were there from Monday to Saturday.
• Lex (3/5): Poor - Clean apartment Very basic apartment. Cooking facilities below par. Room much, much too hot, bathroom so hot you couldn't shower for more than one minute. No way to control the temperature. Showering makes the toilet wet. Host does not respond as promised.
• Darius (9/5): Superb - very well equipped apartments, everything is enough. quiet place good communication. near shopping center. next to the shop on the street. the area is very good and convenient for guest accommodation. the kitchen is perfectly equipped. the bathroom is good. subjectively, at the beginning you feel the smell of mold. later, when the premises were better taken out, it disappeared.

• Diane (7/5): Comfortable and Quiet Apartment - A good location for us and the apartment was lovely and cool when the weather was hot. The area was lovely. The apartment was simple, but had everything we needed. It was also quiet. No windows to open for night time ventilation. The bathroom floor was slippery when wet. You have to be very careful when moving. A floor mat would be a good addition. As would a frying pan. We would have preferred a cafetiere to a coffee machine.

Place was more than enough as it had almost everything that we needed and clean I didn't like that host was not available to answer phone and heating was non-existent so we suffered a bit with cold weather at night

• Gabrielle (8/5): Clean, spacious and comfortable. - Code was sent before arrival. Everything was clean and the apartment is very spacious. The shower is warm and the kitchen had all utensils. Public transportation is super easy, and there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. No trash can in the bathroom (for hygiene items) and also no curtains for the shower (the bathroom gets completely wet and there are sharp corners that could be dangerous when the floor is slippery). There could be more essentials in the kitchen (like some seasoning and oil to cook, coffee etc). Normally places with a kitchen tend to offer those, so guests don't have to either dispose or leave behind.

Nice apartment, good standard of decor, etc, and all of the things you need in an apartment We had a problem with lack of hot water which couldn't be fixed because of the Easter holiday so we had to check into a hotel for the remainder of our stay. We did obtain a refund for the missed night's but the process for doing so seemed unreasonably difficult. Its difficult to judge how much of this is booking.coms fault or how much was due to the owner but the important thing is that it was resolved in the end.

• Richard (5/5): Passable - spacious living room warm, comfy bed — mostly hot water good, plentiful not too far from transit, businesses bathroom very tight, design is flawed, poor use of limited space shower without walls gets much of the floor very wet no bath mat provided; no suitable towel rails for hanging towels to dry There is a very tight towel rail (unsuitable for a bath towel) that COULD be heated (possibly by circulating hit water) but no heat was available. shower too close to toilet bathroom sink looks lovely but poor design and poor drainage —— heat thermostat did not work in bedroom or in living room asked landlord and he saud he’s have it turned in but it never worked —- parking in neighborhood VERY difficult free, but not really available had to park most of a mile away advertised free parking, but only real parking is for 8€/day at the property —- Washing machine has some kind of drying feature, but had no instructions and absolutely did NOT dry my clothes
