• Thorolf (10/5): Sehr gute Adresse - Wir fanden die Einrichtung der Wohnung sehr gemütlich, alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben - angenehme Atmosphäre für die Zeit die man in der Wohnung verbringt. Super Betten zum Schlafen. Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station und Tram ist perfekt. Auch sehr gut im Haus nebenan ist ein Späti und nicht weit entfernt (2 min zu Fuß) ein sehr guter Bäcker so wie ein Obst und Gemüseladen der gefühlt rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. An der Wohnung gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, maximal für Leute die absolute Ruhe mögen, die Straße ist in den frühen morgenstunden etwas laut.

• Helmut (7/5): Wir hatten trotz der Anmerkungen einen schönen Aufenthalt. - Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, gemütlich und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Optimale Lage für zentrumsnahe Unternehmungen in Berlin. Die Sauberkeit in allen Räumen ließ zu wünschen übrig: Küche und Bad Schmutzecken - Spinnweben von den Decken in den Zimmern (über den Betten), Kühlschrankgefrierfach vollständig vereist und Klappe defekt.

• Elżbieta (5/5): - Leider gab es keinen Kontakt mit der Einrichtung. Ich informierte vorhin, dass wir mit zwei Autos kommen würden und bat um einen zweiten Parkplatz - leider ohne Antwort. Obwohl nicht alle Wohnungen belegt waren und Parkplätze frei waren und wir nur eine Nacht blieben, gab es keinen Kontakt mit der Einrichtung. Wir reisen viel, aber wir sind noch nie auf eine solche Unwissenheit von den Gastgebern gestoßen.

• Darek (10/5): wyjątkowo wypoczynek w stolicy Niemiec - Lokalizacja tuż obok strefy zielonej. Wygodny dojazd, bezpieczne miejsce parkingowe wewnątrz placu. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Kawę można zrobić z ekspresu przelewowego lub z kapsułki nescafe. trafiłem na strajk w komunikacji, a wybierając lokalizację uwzględniłem bliskość metra. Na szczęście pogoda w lutym była bardzo łaskawa, pozwalając na zwiedzanie miasta we własnym zakresie, a ceny freenow spadły że względu na większe zainteresowanie tym środkiem transportu.

• Gonzalo (9/5): Muy Cómodo Apartamento en Berlin - El apartamento es super comodo, las habitaciones son muy amplias y las camas espaciosas. El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía El check in fue muy facil de realizar. El baño es amplio. En general estaba todo bien, si tuviera que realizar alguna crítica sería que nos dieron únicamente un juego de llaves... al ser cuatro eso podría dificultar un poco las cosas. La ubicación es correcta, pero no está cerca de las principales atracciones (algo normal dado el tamaño de Berlin)

• Ahmad (6/5): - Die Ausstattung und die Lage .. Die Küche war nicht ganz sauber und es war schwierig die richtige Adresse zu finden .. die Beschreibung war etwas Irreführend. Telefonisch war abends auch keiner erreichbar.
• Johanna (9/5): Schöne, saubere Unterkunft - Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, Schlafzimmer konnten abgedunkelt werden (innen Rollos). Gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Waschmaschine. Die nächste U-Bahnhaltestelle war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen (Haltestelle Osloer Straße, nördlich von Gesundbrunnen). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch ein bisschen weihnachtlich dekoriert :). Uns hat in der Küche ein Schneidebrett gefehlt. Ansonsten aber wir gesagt gut ausgestattet, mit mehreren Töpfen, Pfannen, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck.

• Paweł (9/5): - Ładnie urządzony apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. Jasne instrukcje od właściciela. Mieszkanie ciepłe (byliśmy w grudniu), czyste. Parking przy apartamencie na zamykanym podwórku. Obok sklepy, restauracje. Polecam! Trochę mało naczyń w kuchni. 4 osoby i wszystkiego po 4 sztuki (talerze, szklanki, filiżanki...) I czasem po prostu brakło
• Tanja (9/5): - Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gute Matratzen - wir haben wunderbar geschlafen, sehr sauber, umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, sehr gut zu heizen an kalten Tagen, toll mit dem dazugehörigen Parkplatz. Musste mich erst an den Geräuschpegel der Strasse gewöhnen, was aber bereits ab der zweiten Nacht besser ging:-).
• Sandra (8/5): Ich würde dieses Appartment wieder buchen. - Die spezielle Einrichtung ( Betten und die Couch in der Küche ) Es war allgemein ein ruhiges Haus. Klar hat man vieles gehört, aber nichts was störend gewesen wäre. Fenster waren gut isoliert. Haben zwar viel tatütata gehört, aber dem Schlaf hat es keinen Abbruch getan. Es war fast alles da um sich selbst zu versorgen. Allerdings haben wir einen Eierpiekser vermisst. Sauberkeit war nicht ganz zufriedenstellend (Spinnenweben an den Decken und Ecken, Fenster nicht sauber, Besteckkasten war verschmutzt), kein Backofen um sich evtl. ne Pizza zu machen. Leider nur 2 Herdplatten und es fehlte 1 normales Handtuch. Wir waren mit 4 Personen da. Vermutlich wurde die Bodenmatte mit dem 4. Handtuch verwechselt. TV in beiden Schlafräumen funktionierten nicht. Also der TV ging an, Aber egal welche Option gewählt wurde, es kamen keine Sender. Im Bad könnte die Duschabtrennung etwas länger machen.

• Carsten (9/5): Große Altbauzimmer mit Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof. - Zentrale Lage mit hohen Räumen und viel Platz. Eine Spühlmaschine würde den Abwasch erleichtern.
• Karen (8/5): A great stay in a great city :-) - The property was clean and tidy with two large comfortable double beds. It was very easy to collect the keys from the safe box. We didn't use any of the self catering facilities so can't really comment on whether it was adequately stocked. There aren't any restaurant and bars in the local vicinity but the Underground is two mins from the apartment and the Underground service is exceptional and very reasonably priced. Nothing. The stay was very comfortable. Berlin is a great city and easy to navigate with their exceptional underground service.
• Ingo (8/5): Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt! - Gute Betten, gute Lage. Der Wohn / Essbereich könnte gemütlicher eingerichtet sein. Es gibt kein gemütliches Sofa und der Fernseher hängt sehr weit oben, so dass man nach oben schauen muss, was zu Nackenschmerzen führen kann. Es gab nur ein Geschirrhandtuch und nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier, was knapp werden kann.

• Ole (9/5): Super Lage und tolle Wohnung - Es war sehr gut gelegen. Direkt an der Ubahn Station. Die Wohnung hat einen modernen Eindruck gemacht. Besonders das Badezimmer war neu und modern. Bei der Sauberkeit könnte man noch auf die Gläser achten, die nicht ganz sauber waren und eine Socke haben wir auch noch gefunden. Aber ansonsten war es sauber.

• Stefanie (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen - Schöne Unterkunft mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern und großem Bad inkl. Waschmaschine. Betten waren bequem, die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Es war sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Vorhangkonzept könnte verbessert werden. Ein Verdunkelungsvorhang über die ganze Länge wäre sinnvoll. Ab Sonnenaufgang sind beide Schlafzimmer hell erleuchtet, weil die beigen Rollo einfach leuchten und zusätzlich auch zu schmal sind. Da wir aber zwecks Sightseeing nicht ganz spät aufgestanden sind war es ok. Die Stoffkopfteile der Betten sind etwas schmuddelig. Als Fluggäste hätten wir uns eine Waage für den Koffer gewünscht.

• Marc (8/5): Goed verblijf - Ligging erg goed. Ondanks drukke omgeving geen geluidshinder. Badwater loopt slecht weg. Er ligt geen scherp mes of broodmes in de keuken en er zijn alleen grote glazen en bijvoorbeeld geen wijnglazen.

• Miljana (10/5): - The apartment is soo cute, and the location is nere the metro so you are connected to everything. It's large and can fit four people very comfortably, the terrace is also really cute. Nobody is there to disturb you or your stay, there is no staff so you feel like it's your own apartment. They have my full recommendation 😁 Neighborhood is quiet other than the siren from the emergency vehicles which can be heard constantly because the hospital is near.

All kitchen appliances, washing machine available. We would appreciate a little more attention to cleanliness (kitchen utensils). The shower drain was clogged.

• Annie (9/5): Great apartment, clean, comfortable, and a two minute walk from the closest U bahn. - Easy check in, renovated apartment with all the necessary equipment. I called the apartment contact one morning because we didn’t have hot water and she showed up an hour later to fix the problem. We wished there has been a house book with useful information: neighborhood map, where to put recycling, etc.

• Andrei (7/5): Nice place overall, although location is quite sketchy - Mostly clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed was large and comfortable. The location is quite sketchy, a lot of sketchy people on the street and at the underground station. The accommodation only provided one dishwasher tablet for the whole 4 nights stay, which just feels stingy. There was a lot of light and sound in the bedrooms as the blinds were too small and far away from the windows so it was hard to sleep after sunrise.

• Stine (8/5): Very good - Nice spacious appartement. Perfect for visit in Berlin. Metro nearby. On bike you can ride along a canal towrds the centrum of Berlin. If you go with family/friends, you can rent Teo appartments in the same building.

• Chris (10/5): It was a lovely place for the last night of the stay. - It was very comfortable. The bed was just right, not too hard or soft. I think it might have needed just a few more cooking utensils like maybe one more knife and a cutting board.

I don't know if it's in because it was Sunday but contact with the owner was impossible. The questions asked via chat on booking were left unanswered and nobody picked up a phone when I tried to call.

• Ruth (8/5): great spacey stay overall! - the keys were in the box, but the box was open so no code required. the apartment was really nice, but a little mood light/ambient light would have been nice. we didn't meet the host but we did speak to her for extra blankets and a frying pan, which she arranged immediately. the location was great with the metro and 24hrs grocery shop around the corner the lighting in the apartment, above the dining table, a bit hard and the glass table made us a bit anxious with kids :-), the curtains were funny as they were there just for show but luckily there were blinders

• Petroula (10/5): recommended. will choose it again - Despite department being far away from the city center, it had the u station nearby (5-10 minutes walk) ,which made it very easy to go to the center or change between the lines.We went to the nearest supermarket kaufland , which during the working days was open until midnight. Department was clean and had all the necessary equipment.

• Margherita (1/5): mouse inside the apartment - the apartment was big and clean but it had a mouse living inside. we lived with a mouse inside the apartment for our whole trip. the owners never helped or replied to do something about it. unacceptable. after several days and after asking for a refund, they said that they took care about it several days before, which is a lie, since we saw it inside the apartment since the last day. they never refunded not even a part.

• Jurgita (10/5): We felt almost like home! - Stylish, comfortable and cozy. Everything was perfect, though I wouldn’t recommend it for toddlers- too many sharp glass surfaces. For everyone else - no problem at all.
• Daniel (8/5): Great place and location for those travelling into the city! - Property had two large sized rooms and one with a balcony which was great. Really great location with shops close by and a well connected station into central right around the corner. Plenty of utensils in there if you wanted to cook, and easy to feel comfortable in the flat. The living space and sofa wasn’t the most comfortable as a communal area.
