• Gudrun (5/5): Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt gut. - Die Lage okay. In der Nähe die Bus bzw. Tram Haltestelle, Bäckerei und Aldi. In der Nähe ist noch ein Eiscafe und Pizzaria. Die Komunikation mit dem Vermieter war bestens. Das die Wohnung im Soutarrien liegt. . Es war eine Wohnung im EG angezeigt. Ich habe eine Kellerphobie.
• Conrad (7/5): - Das Appartement war relativ groß und sehr gut eingerichtet. u.a. gab es eine Kaffeepad-Maschine. Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig. Die Fenster sind in Richtung Innenhof und daher ist es recht ruhig. Die Handtücher waren sehr muffig. Hier sollte der Gastgeber drauf achten, dass auch länger lagernde Hand- und Trocktücher regelmäßig gründlich gewaschen werden. Das Appartement befindet sich im Souterrain, hat uns aber nur geringfügig gestört.

• Sonja (5/5): - Gute Lage, freundliches Personal Sauberkeit hat Luft nach oben, kein einziger großer Spiegel in der Wohnung (wäre für Damen hilfreich), und die Benutzung der Toilette ist wirklich --> sehr laut.

• Stef62 (9/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sehr gute Ausstattung. - Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr geräumig und die Lage im Souterrain ist nicht nachteilig. Durch die Lage zur Rückseite ist es für eine Bundsstraße sehr ruhig. Die Straßenbahn M1 zu den Hackeschen Höfen fährt direkt vor der Haustür und sonst sind in der Diezgenstraße alle wichtigen Geschäfte und Discounter vorhanden. Die Pizza von nebenan ist sehr gut. Ein aufstellbarer Wäscheständer wäre von Vorteil. Der WLAN-Router mußte gelegentlich neu gestartet werden. Die Aufkleber zur Hebeanlage sind nicht wirklich ästhetisch.
• Mareike (1/5): Furchtbar. ACHTUNG SCHIMMEL! - Gar nichts. ACHTUNG SCHIMMEL!! Bei unserer Ankunft lief der Entlüfter. Es war leider schon recht spät, sodass wir uns erstmal um unsere kleine Tochter gekümmert haben und sie schlafen gelegt haben. Anschließend haben wir dann aber doch mal Ursachenforschung betrieben und siehe da: Schimmel gefunden. Daraufhin booking.com kontaktiert und im Anschluss den Verwalter. Der Verwalter ist der Meinung, dass das ja alles ganz normal ist für eine Souterain Wohnung und das "bisschen Schimmel" (er hatte weder ein Bild gesehen, noch hatte ich von der Größe des Schimmels gesprochen) ja auch nicht so schlimm wäre. Es passiert also wissentlich, dass diese Wohnung trotz Schimmel vermietet wird. Ich will gar nicht wissen, was vielleicht sonst noch hinter den Schränken dort schlummert. Zudem ist es unfassbar heiß in dieser Wohnung, die Therme ist schon auf letzter Stufe eingestellt gewesen. Weniger heiß wäre also aus gewesen. Wir mussten mit kleinem Kind mitten in der Nacht bei sehr kalten Temperaturen umziehen und bekommen jetzt nicht mal anteilig unser Geld zurück. Finger weg!
• Lasse (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage und sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Leider lässt sich die Fußbodenheizung nicht runter regeln, es war sehr warm in der Wohnung.
• Rolf (5/5): Die falsche Geschossangabe hat zu unserer sehr starken Enttäuschung geführt. - Keine besonderen Details die hervorzuheben wären Wohnung war entgegen aller Angaben (auch Freitext) nicht im Erdgeschoss, sondern im Keller. Küche innenliegend ohne Fenster. Heizung war nicht über Thermostat regulierbar, da ein solches nicht vorhanden war.
• Emma (3/5): - Close proximity to tram station and Aldi; in-unit cooking and laundry facilities; safe and quiet. No heating/climate control that we could find, so it was very cold due to being a basement. Very cheap-feeling bedding/linens/towels. Shower filled with water almost immediately upon starting a shower, risking flooding with a longer shower, and then the drains smelled of rotten eggs. Dark and dank due to being a basement.

• Marcel (7/5): Tolle Lage, Wohnung absolut ok für - Super Lage, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübernahme dank Schlüsselbox. Fäkalgeruch in Bad und wenn man die automatischen Raumduftsprayer ausschaltet auch in der ganzen Wohnung. Leider gab es auch nicht überall Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten an den Fenstern.
• Simona (7/5): - Prostorné, v klidné čtvrti s dostupným parkováním v okolních ulicích zdarma. Nedaleko několik obchodů i rychlé občerstvení. Zastávka MHD hned před domem. Self-check in. Okna do vnitrobloku. Suterén. Ručníky byly cítit zatuchle a v kuchyni smrděl odpad. Matrace na posteli na můj vkus moc měkké.

• Angela (3/5): In diesem Zustand nicht zu empfehlen. - Leider hat sie unseren Vorstellungen und den Angaben in der Anzeige nicht entsprochen. Da wir uns insgesamt nicht durchgängig in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben, war es in Ordnung, dass die Wohnung nicht, wie versprochen, den Blick auf oder in den Garten ermöglichte. Von unten in oder auf den Garten schauen zu wollen, ist schon vom Ansatz her ein unmögliches Unterfangen. Es hätte einiges, u.a. die Souterrainlage, in der Anzeige angegeben sein müssen. Einige Anmerkungen gibt es deshalb dich noch: (über die ich auch den Vermieter und den Verwalter informiert habe. Es würde sofortige Änderung versprochen.) Das WLan hat nicht funktioniert, sodass ich für ein wichtiges Online-Meeting in der Wohnung keinen Internet Zugang hatte. Der Router zeigte auch kein WLan an und der TP-Link blinkte ständig. Der Empfang von Nachrichten über mein Handy war ebenfalls gestört. Beide Verdunkelungsrollos im Wohnzimmer waren defekt. Der Boden war schmutzig. Teilweise waren freie Wandecken und Fensterrahmen, z.B. im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, von Schimmel befallen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung nicht gut zu belüften, da das gegen die Fenster rankende Efeu und auch die sofort eindringenden Mückenschwärme dies verhindern. Die Wohnung ist feucht. Die Abluftautomatik im Bad sprang viel zu spät an. Für die Wohnzimmerunterbringung fehlt ein Kleiderschrank. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, allerdings hätte ich mir gewünscht, nicht eine Stunde auf den Zugang zur Wohnung warten zu müssen. Der Verwalter wurde mehrfach kontaktiert, bemühte sich nicht selbst, sondern vertröstete uns damit, dass seine Mitarbeiterin in wenigen Minuten vor Ort sei. Wir hatten abgemacht, dass wir gegen 16.00 Uhr anreisen und ich mich rechtzeitig vor Ankunft noch einmal melde. Ich teilte 14.29 Uhr mit, dass wir gegen 15.30 Uhr ankommen würden. Es hätte rechtzeitig jemand da sein können, um die Schlüssel zu übergeben und dafür sorgen können, dass alles bereits vorbereitet ist. Das war nicht der Fall.

По факту, эта квартира расположена в подвале. Солнечный свет туда не проникает. Окна выходят на земляную насыпь заросшую травой. В общем можно считать, что окна в квартире просто формальность. Но это не самое страшное. Ужаснуло то, что в ванной стоял зловонный запах канализации или даже мочи. Заходить туда было ужасно неприятно. Написав о этом хозяину получили какой-то заготовленный ответ, надеюсь вам у нас будет хорошо. Предлагаю бесплатные бонусы на на маркетплейсе на 20 евро за хороший отзыв((( К сожалению это было ещё не всё разочарование. Постельное белье пахло и выглядело так, что у нас с супругой создалось впечатление, что на нем уже спали((( От этого запаха просыпались ночью, ужасно неприятно было ложиться. Полотенца и постельное в пятнах и в порывах. В квартире пахнет сыростью. Мы очень много путешествуем по Европе, но на такое мы попали впервые. Прошлым летом мы снимали номер в отеле за такую же сумму, все было чисто, уютно, приятно, комфортно. В этот раз попалась эта квартира и подкупило то, что за эту же сумму будет + кухня, для семьи из 4х человек это большой плюс. Но по итогу, в квартире находиться было неприятно, приходили только переночевать. Надеюсь, что отзыв поможет более объективно подойти к оценке и выбору этой квартиры. При этом хочется отметить, что общение с хозяином по телефону до получения ключей нас очень порадовало. Очень любезный и внимательный. Правда по итогу домработница принесла ключи на 40 минут позже оговорено времени. Пришлось стоять под дверями...

• Tiozzo (8/5): Bella ed ampia struttura - seminterrato - Appartamento in posizione tranquilla, un po' decentrato ma servito da mezzi pubblici e da attività commerciali. L'appartamento, a seguito di ristrutturazione, risulta essere ampio, molto gradevole, e ben attrezzato. L'appartamento è ricavato nello scantinato di un edificio di non recente realizzazione e, di conseguenza, il tasso di umidità all'interno dei locali è percettibilmente elevato.
• Venla (9/5): - It was a nice apartment with a beautiful and nice area, close to an interesting old castle. Good pricing and connections to the city central. It was quite difficult to get the laundry dry without hearing the apartment so much that it was uncomfortable.
• Silvia (6/5): - La struttura è molto vicina alla fermata M1 e ad una gelateria e una trattoria italiana molto buone. Essendo un semi interrato era fresco e silenzioso. Non ci è piaciuto il fatto che la struttura sia in realtà un appartamento semi interrato, x cui il verde che si vede nelle foto è praticamente l' erba dell'aiuola del cortiletto interno. La porta bianca che si vede nella foto non è l' entrata dell' appartamento ma è una porta del palazzo presente nel cortile; si scende dove si intravvede nella foto un piccolo pezzo di ringhiera. Il bagno era maleodorante e non pulitissimo, in generale l'appartamento era umido.

I have waited for half an hour outside the building after reaching the location to get the keys which annoyed me a lot after travelling 4 hrs. Also, there is no dedicated car parking and you need to park on the street which is very hard to find a spot in the evening.

• Alexandra (8/5): Easy access to tram and grocery, and well-equipped for three people - The apartment was very close to M1 tram stop and it took us about 30ish minutes to get into downtown Berlin. There is an ALDI grocery less than a block away as well which was nice. The unit was equipped adequately. It was pretty warm when we were visiting and the apartment stayed a little warm and humid inside. Three of us stayed and there was enough room for us all with our son sleeping on the sofa bed. The kitchen was good, everything was just pretty well-used. There was definitely a “patina” on many areas of the apartment. It was clean though; just well-used. Aside from humid feeling which may have been just due to the weather, our check in was a bit stressful. We had to meet the host to get the keys, we were driving into the city from quite far away so it was hard to predict our arrival time.
• Tatiana (2/5): Stressful, cold, deceiving - The location was convenient for us. Close to a supermarket, a tram stop, two Italian restaurants and a cafe. One of the people I spoke to (Coskun) was very nice. I think he's from the cleaning team. We booked the apartment in advance. Upon arrival we found there was a leak on the ceiling and water dripped right on the bed. The mattress was soaked, there was water everywhere on the floor, a lamp shade broken, the apartment is located on the -1 floor and it was freezing cold. No baby bed we had asked for. The lady who opened the door for us mentioned that she spilled the water in other rooms herself and why don't we all sleep on the sofa (with 2 kids). In a phone conversation with the owner, we expressed our inability to stay under such conditions, and it was verbally agreed that we would receive a refund. However, there was no further communication from the apartment team. Now only thanks to the Booking support team we're getting a partial refund. The owner claims they fixed everything straight away. Even if they did, they didn't tell us about it. They did have my phone number.

• Vera (8/5): Clean and safe apartment in quiet neighborhood - The house is a basement and was good enough for 3 pax. It was really clean, the towels smelled good. It has all the basic stuff you need. Location was okay, about 25 minutes from downtown. Quiet neighborhood, it has a Lidl nearby. You have to be careful not letting mosquitoes into the house.
