• Sarah (7/5): Es gibt bessere und schlechtere Unterkünfte. - Sehr ruhige Gegend, nicht direkt im Geschehen. Eigene Wohnung, man hört wenig von anderen. Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig. Für uns (noch) ok, aber sollte man erwähnen. Viele stellen wirklich sehr staubig. Es gibt keinen Backofen. Zudem keine Rollos, grade in der wärmeren Jahreszeit mit Kindern also noch sehr hell zur Schlafenszeit. Betten extrem durchgelegen/weich. Vermieter wohnen oben drüber, leider haben wir sie nicht gesehen bzw. angetroffen.
• Mirela (10/5): Cozy, clean apartment in a quiet green neighborhood - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. We felt great throughout our one-week stay. What we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere, with beautiful nature surrounding the property. The neighborhood is very quiet, with birds singing and large parks nearby, which made it especially relaxing. At the same time, everything was convenient, supermarkets are within easy reach, and the area is well connected by bus and train, making it simple to get to the city center using public transport. We highly recommend this property and are very happy with our choice.

• Míriam (10/5): Estada agradable en una casa alemanya - Molt acollidor, gran i bonic. El propietari molt simpàtic i preocupat per oferir el millor benestar. Es tracta de la planta baixa d’una casa, al principi costa de trobar. Tot i així, la resta tot molt bé.

• Sandra (9/5): - Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, Lage nicht weit von Schlossstraße, alles da was man braucht, sehr bequemes Bett. Treppenhaus sehr hellhörig. Aber nachts alles ruhig.

• Alexej (10/5): Klidná lokalita - Dobře vybavený, prostorný a čistý apartmán. Klidná tichá lokalita. Poloha v pěší vzdálenosti od autobusové zastávky i dvou stanic S-Bahnu, u jedné z těchto stanic supermarket. Velmi příjemný hostitel bydlící o patro výše.
• NATALIA ANDREA (9/5): Muy atentos y bonito lugar - Un excelente lugar. Los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos, están preocupados de que te sientas a gusto. Me siento agradecida por el trato La cocina muy bien equipada, baño amplio y en general cuenta con las comodidades necesarias. El barrio es bonito y es agradable caminar por allí. A la estación de tren más cercana te demoras entre 10-15 min. La cama la encontré un poco blanda, pero es subjetivo. En general muy bien
• Stephen (10/5): I do hope to stay here again at Ferien Wohnung im Gruenen in the future. Thank you Rainer & Olga! - Breakfast not included. Location was walking distance to grocery store (relatively). Construction in immediate vicinity made parking slightly more difficult, but that is temporary, of course. In two weeks of traveling in Germany by car, combined with 6 accommodations, a common irritating theme, that could easily be rectified, is the lack of multiple electrical outlets, especially in kitchens and bathrooms. Today's modern age of gadgets and appliances galore in Germany and most of the western world really do warrant more electrical outlets. I write this comment for each and every review of accommodations, I do hope to be staying here again at Ferien Wohnung im Gruenen someday in the future. Thank you very much, Rainer and Olga!!
• Ulrich (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and even invited to enjoy a beer in the evening and coffee in the morning in the beautiful garden. Olga and Rainer are fantastic hosts, and the apartment is spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. I truly enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend it!

• Elisa (9/5): - Appartamento pulito e completamente attrezzato, host molto gentile e disponibile. Vicino ai mezzi, consiglio di prendere la metro che è a 5 minuti a piedi, meglio del bus perché ha un tragitto molto più lungo. Parcheggio sulla strada chiusa e proprio davanti a casa.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, the apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We received the instructions on how to enter the apartment well beforehand, which reduced our journey stress. The hosts are very nice, even though we have never met them personally. The couch in the living room is a bit too hard, I would recommend bringing a mattress topper.

• Marco (8/5): great location to stay when looking for private space during a week in Berlin - 10 minutes walk from S-Bahnhof Priesterstrasse in very quiet area of Berlin, lot's of space in the well equiped clean appartment with helpfull hosts. Actually nothing at all was disappointing.

• Takuma (9/5): Nice and reasonable souterrain apartment - Apartment is very clean, quite spacious and really well stocked (e.g. plenty of coffee, toilet paper, cooking essentials such as spices/herbs etc). Quiet area with free public parking. Owners weren't home but responded immediately to questions. Playgrounds and outdoor pool nearby, well suited for family. Would book again. Unfortunately the boiler had an issue but the owners were kind, helpful and very quick to respond so we could solve it quickly.

In real life looks much more better than in pictures. Quiet neighborhood. Public transport (train) ~ 15 min walk.

• Mark (8/5): It was very nice - Location was perfect for us and a lot of space. Very clean and well looked after. Plenty of spare toilet roll. Instructions for arrival were very helpful and we had no problem getting in. Would have been nice to have extra pillows and coffee cups that fit under the coffee machine. The Wi-Fi was patchy and we had hoped we would be able to use this location for remote working when visiting friends in future but we don't feel like we'd be able to.
