• Lauranne (7/5): - Quartier calme, proche des transports et des commerces. - Certains meubles sont en mauvais état - Il y a assez peu de vaisselle à disposition. -La douche fuit et le robinet de la cuisine est difficile à maitriser En règle générale, l'appartement mériterait un petit rafraichissement.

• Nikita (10/5): Comfortable apartments in a quiet area - The apartment was clean and comfortable. The nights were quiet. I personally appreciate that there were a lot of nice cookware and other small things that made our stay comfortable. Although we didn't really need it, having a microwave would make it better.
• Sebastian (9/5): Viel Platz für eine gute Zeit. - Sehr geräumige Wohnung. Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Späti - alles in Laufweite. Und mit der Straßenbahn ist man ratzfatz im Zentrum.

• FANSTEN (7/5): Appartement agréable, gestion trop business à notre goût. - L'appartement est simple, lumineux et confortable, la literie est agréable et c'est propre. Fonctionner avec une "clé numérique" via une application n'était pas du tout agréable. Nous devions toujours penser à avoir le téléphone chargé, et surtout l'idée de savoir que nos allées et venues sont enregistrés est anxiogène. Nous n'avons pas compris l'intérêt de ce système, surtout en famille car les enfants n'ont pas forcément de portable. Les équipements étaient très minimalistes : peu de couverts, pas de balai, ni de pelle et balayette par exemple. Quelques détails du type une carte de la ville, le prêt d'un guide, des conseils, auraient été un plus. La porte de la douche fuit.
• Sagiv (1/5): Don't think to come 😔 - Very bad apartment owner. Just looking for the right moment to grab money from his visitors. Extended cost for cleaning the room 150e. Even we pay in advance fo cleaning in the Day of booking. The owner seems to be very very gridiy And Will charge your cc what ever he wants. Don't asking you.just collect money And a lit of. Even we trying to get a refund he refused. Please release my 150e No hot water in the kitchen for 3 days. And the handle of the room was no connected. The toilet was unfortunately not clean.
• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, nothing was broken. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots. Although a bit far from the city center, the public transport options are good and you can get to the city center in about 30-40 minutes. There are several shops in the area. The owners respond very fast(within minutes), and are polite and helpful. Overall there is nothing to complain about, the accomodation is a great place to stay. Would recommend for small groups or families.
• Patrick (2/5): overrall if it would have been clean yes defently a good stay - the location was nice and a nice flat itsself with plenty of room well we arrived at the location, every room plus kitchen was dirty, i do t know if we have got forgotten but we spend like sn hour cleaning after a long trip. i was upsend u did send an email to this company yet till now no reply! for the price they chsrge sorry it has to be perfect!!! • Emil (10/5): Excellent comfortable stay in spacious and clean apartment. - Excellent apartment, my friends and I stayed there for 5 days and found it perfectly comfortable for longer stays. Very spacious, with a great living room to watch TV and make a meal. Beds are extremely comfortable, one of the bedrooms is facing a street with tram so the hosts kindly provided earplugs to improve the sleep quality. We just kept the windows closed during the night in that bedroom and slept quite well, even without the earplugs. Convenient location - multiple tram lines are a few minutes away, ~20-25 minutes to Downtown and some of the best attractions in Berlin. Aldi and Lidl are also very close, which is super convenient. I especially enjoyed cleanliness of the apartment, it was very pleasant to see your socks white after walking inside. Check-in process through the special website which allows you to open all doors is very modern and convenient. Honestly, a 10 out of 10 stay!
• Robin (8/5): Bright & big appartment just outside the city centre - Very big, bright, comfortable and cozy appartment. Would definitely visit again! A little outside the centre, but it was easy going everywhere with public transport.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Cozy 2-bedroom appartment close to the tram - The apartment was great. 2 bedrooms plus a bed-sofa. Kitchen with everything you may need. Clean bathroom. The supermarket is right around the corner, a small night shop is a few steps away. Right by the tram stop. The host - Diana - was very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend! It is a bit out of the city but its proximity to the tram and the public transport network running 24/7 made the distnce not a problem.

• Elisavet (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment, beautiful, clean, spacious and well equipped. The location is good as it is close to the city center (20min by bus), but there is no night life in the neighborhood.
• Watt (10/5): Perfect perfect perfect - Lovely apartment - very clean, bright space and very cosy! Host was also super helpful and quick to respond. Very easy to get in & out of the property via the Nuki door opener too! Bathroom and kitchen are great and equipped with everything you need. Thank you Nothing - everything was perfect! This was not an issue but for someone visiting for a while you may want to grab some washing up products for the dishwasher and washing machine. Shorter stays you may not need this :)

• Robert (8/5): Very good - Location, facilities were great. 20 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz, good restaurants 10min away in Botzowviertel/Friedrichshain. Getting the NUKI app to work was a bit tricky, plus one of the bedrooms is located next to a loud tram line. Other than that, great spot.
• Ben (8/5): Central, Comfortable, Clean - Recommend. - Lovely location, very stylish apartment. Very central location as well to all tram stops etc. Very clean, all amenities provided, including dishwasher and fridge freezer. Nice and spacious. Very clean bathroom, powerfull shower. Good speed internet, TV modern. While the bulk of the apartment was excellent, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, im not sure if there was supposed to be a topper for it, but we couldnt find one. It could benefit from a few additional pillows for each bed as well :) the ones there were nice, but they were overly large, and fairly soft. A smaller, firmer one would have been greatly appreciated. Upon arrival it was unclear how we were supposed to get the keys, as the main door to the building was shut. Thankfully someone was leaving at the time and let us in.

• Tomislav (9/5): Superb - Great spacious place, very clean, well connected to Tram network and city center easily accessible in 25-50 minutes depending where you want to go. Very nice hosts. On the road within 5 minutes amazing Doener place and Mexican down the road. All good.

• Marco (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable and bright house! - Diana was really nice host, the communication with her was great. We really like to stay in her house last weekend in Berlin, it is really beautiful, clean, and bright. The rooms are really well done and curated. In the kitchen there is also a nice spot where I've been working with my laptop. We would like to come back! And we definitely recommend
