- Gino (3/5): We had no choice. Definitely charged too much for what we got. - It was big and had lots of rooms as described, fairly close to bars and restaurants in the area and the u station. Not enough natural light, cold and dirty floor. Not clear in the Ad that it was a basement flat with restricted amount of natural light. Better description should be given to potential customers. It was clear that the property was not cleaned before we arrived. The floor was gritty and kids socks were all black. The water pressure/temperature in the shower was a mission to get tight before one could step in. The pillows were bigger than the pillow cases, should arrange better. No kitchen towels available to dry dishes etc apart from a cloth to dry water and clean the sink.

- Ronald (9/5): We enjoyed the stay - We were with a group of 9 just to enjoy Berlin’s nightlife. For us the accomodation was excellent, because of the location and the option to sit all together around a kitchen table. For us way better than a hotel. So recommended for a group of adults, but less suitable if you go with kids orso.
- Joel (8/5): Great stay for a group holiday in Berlin - Big space with a lot of rooms and in a great location was very cold in the apartment even though the outside weather was good. There is clearly an issue with damp in the apartment as it’s a basement.
