• SAVVAS (5/5): - Το διαμέρισμα μου βρισκόταν στο ισόγειο και συγκεκριμένα, ήταν το 1ο διαμέρισμα στα αριστερά. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από το υπόγειο καφέ, το οποίο βάζει δυνατά τη μουσική από πολύ νωρίς το πρωί, κάτι το οποίο είχε ως αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάω κάθε πρωί από τη φασαρία.
• Paul (6/5): Good for a short stay within close proximity of main attractions but the apartment felt neglected - The property was in a good location and the value for money was good You could tell overall that the apartment had been neglected and little effort had been put into basic features. Hot water ran out quickly, no hook in the shower for the hose to hang above, the door handle had come off and not been fixed, no wifi, the carpet was old and looked ugly, stains on bench tops and walls. • Guest (4/5): Απογοήτευση - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν κοντά σε όλες τα εστιατόρια και το μοναστήρακι καθαρός χώρος Ο θόρυβος από το μαγαζί στο υπόγειο έπαιζε πολύ δυνατή μουσική από το πρωί μέχρι την νύχτα και δεν μπορείς να κοιμηθείς στο δωμάτιο στο σαλόνι ακουγόταν πολύ η κυρία είσοδος μια σιδερένια πόρτα που κάθε 5 λεπτά έμπαιναν μέσα και χτυπούσε δυνατά και έκανε μεγάλο θόρυβο σε όλο το διαμέρισμα ύπνος καθόλου το πλυντήριο είναι χαλασμένο
• Yasemin (1/5): I cant believe how unresponsive the host was. I tried many times to contact them to no avail. It was so dirty and uncomf - The location was nice. The place was so dirty, the shower head didnt work and there was no hot water.
• Emily (10/5): Great location for a week of sightseeing in Athens! - Central location was easy to find. The place was spacious and convenient to the metro, Acropolis, and other sights. One thing to note - shower is handheld only. It was fine, but not what I’m used to.

It was also near Syntagma Square, which includes a metro station and the main stop for the hop-on hop-off buses. Additionally, the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay." The apartment just needs a few minor repairs—once those are taken care of, everything will be perfect.
• Maria (9/5): Spacious apartment, excellent location, perfect for a city break - The location is perfect for a city break. You'll be close to the best places to eat, drink and shop, and you are also very close to public and airport transportation. The apartment is spacious and fairly well equipped for a long stay. A shop below the apartment plays very loud music during the day but the area is actually very quiet before 9am and after 9pm, so the music does not interrupt your sleep. The main door makes a loud clanging sound which is audible from the room, but it isn't too annoying. The building is well maintained and the staff make it easy to access the apartment. If the bathroom was in a better state, I would definitely want to stay here again The staff are slow to answer messages but they are helpful. The bathroom isn't really up to par and should be renovated appropriately. It is good value for money if the location is taken into account.
• Manweline (8/5): A home in Athens - The location. Good apartment setup. All facilities available for living in. Central location. Did not like the noise coming from the shop in the basement 12 hours every day and from the banging door of the main entrance.

• Madison (1/5): Worst place I have stayed in a long time! - The bathroom was mouldy (there's a reason there's no pictures on the listing!). The shower was falling off the wall and it was very difficult to use. It wasn't very clean, lots of dust and stains on things. The WiFi didn't work and we tried to contact the host to fix it but it never got sorted. The apartment was very noisy due to a busy road and other people entering the block at night.

• Victor (8/5): Very good - Good location, apartment is great. I should arrive at 5pm but I arrived at 7pm, however the apartment was not ready, the cleaning man still cleaning.
• Anna (7/5): Good - Location right downtown. We could walk everywhere. More towels would be appreciated. Tea towel and dish soap missing. Front door to exit very heavy and slammed everytime someone went out or came in. No hook to hang towel in bathroom.

• Angelo (5/5): Central but with significant flaws - The location is incredibly central and convenient which is the biggest plus The apartment is located on the ground floor. The main door of the building is just outside. It’s a heavy door that slams shut every time it closes, shaking the apartment inside. The bathroom shower is in a very poor state. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly. And there was next to zero communication from the people running the apartment with messages I had sent them.
• Dani (1/5): Bad - It was walking distance to most attractions. That's it. 1st of all this apartment I wouldn't waste my money staying there. The main Door of the building is a big heavy glass door and every time it was closed it slammed and made a big loud bang and it was very disturbing and at night it would wake us up as well.I called the owner and asked him if he could do something about the door or to put us in another apartment and his response was i cant do anything i also asked for a small refund return about the door and he said i cant do anything, and in the add it says there is a bottle of water toiletries hair dryer and there was Nothing. We ran out of toilet paper and asked the owner for some more and his response was its not a hotel it's a apartment. Trying to find the keys for the apartment was another problem the owner didn't tell us the key was in a bicycle lock we where Trying to open another key safe lock that was for another apartment.His response to answering fone calls and text messages are very poor. Don't Book This Place.

• The (1/5): A disgrace - Location but there are better cleaner and more places for the same price and a better value. The property was dirty(cupboard sheets with steins and hair,floor windows full of dust)and although we were 4 there weren't enough pillows duvets sheets or shampoo and soap.shutters did not close.covers for pillows or duvets didn't exist, carpet so old was falling apart. Very noisy, music and banging from 8am. Who ever slept on the sofa bed which was also opening all night found themselves falling on the floor and was also seen through window as no curtain or shutter on the top window.For the price you can find much more descent places in the same location. Ashtray full of cigarettes from previous guests on the bathroom window indicates that not much cleaning was going on. We had booked for two nights vut only stayed the first one as we were too tired from travelling to search for something else as we arrived at night with a little child. Wifi credentials were sent to us when couldn't find username on our phones when we arrived and tried to connect.
• David (8/5): Excellent Location - The apartment is clean and spacious. The location is excellent and central to a large number of restaurants. Unfortunately, the apartment is on the ground floor and next to the main entrance to the building. When the door closes, you hear it vibrate through the apartment. The soundproofing isn't great. However, it did not spoil my stay.
• Jekaterina (2/5): Very poor - Good restaurants nearby, central location, direct connection by metro to airport The problem was with the key as we warned about our late arrival and got the answer "Don't worry, it's ok, we'll wait for you!" We even did not mention that there is a key box in the street, so arriving at 02:00 at night we could not reach anybody from the place by phone to find the keys and were pushed to rent another hotel for the first night. The place is good-located and nice places to eat nearby but this is the only advantage. The apartment is dark, with one small window only which never shows sun, noisy in the morning as the cafeteria is just below the apartment; there is poor lights inside of all the rooms; there's no water in the kitchen, very poor internet, the door of the toilet is broken and can't be closed at all. Everything looks quite unpleasant... Bad linen was clean, it was a only normal thing I guess. Sorry, but this is the first time in my life when I cannot recommend the place to anybody
• Gina (4/5): Central and accessible but not cared for . - We really liked that I was central and had easy access to everything. The apartment has huge potential but it’s not cared for as it should. We read the other comets and all are still applying. It’s not cleaned properly, the couch became a bad but the extension was sliding apart, bathroom door not closing from inside, loud noises from the main door used to get in the building. A lot of room for improvement. We will not book again here .

• Claudia (5/5): Very central and convenient but only stay here if you are a VERY heavy sleeper. - The location was excellent. We were within easy walking distance of all the main sights, which was perfect for us as we were only there two nights and didn't want to waste time travelling. The apartment was huge and had everything we needed. As a bonus, we discovered by chance that there was a really good luggage storage place on the floor above us, called Locker Point. The man running it was probably one of the nicest people we met during our stay in Greece and he went above and beyond with helpful advice. On arrival, it wasn't immediately obvious where the keys were. Finally, we discovered a little lock that we had taken to be a bicycle lock and they were inside. The apartment could do with some TLC in places. Some of the doors were a bit wonky and the sofa bed mechanism was a bit broken which meant the bed parts kept sliding apart at night. The main issue for us was that if you closed the bathroom door from the inside, you couldn't open it again so we had to keep it open at all times. What spoiled our stay here was the incessant NOISE. We arrived on a Sunday and we stayed in the first flat on the ground floor. Underneath us was a shop/café with the incredibly loud clubbing-type music thumping literally all day and then at night we were kept awake by people coming in and out of the building, slamming the front door. I initially thought it was the binmen or even building work. We barely slept a wink. It was CONSTANT. Two things would have made a huge difference to our stay: 1) It would have been nice to have had some kind of welcome from the host. They ignored the two emails I sent them before our arrival and did not reply to a message I sent them while I was there. 2) Someone needs to fix the building entrance door so it doesn't slam.
