- April Joy (2/5): Disappointing customer service - The property has 3 bedrooms so it’s spacious The property itself is spacious, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, several issues significantly affected our overall experience. The WiFi is extremely weak and practically unusable in most areas, especially in the bedrooms where there is no connection at all. This was very inconvenient, particularly for guests who need reliable internet access. The bathroom also lacks proper ventilation, causing odors to linger inside, which made it uncomfortable to use. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the lack of accommodation and communication from management. Prior to checkout, I requested a late checkout at 1:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM and was told, “I’m sure we can accommodate.” However, on the day of departure, someone rang the doorbell at 10:50 AM to begin cleaning. When I explained that late checkout had been agreed upon, I later received a call from the property manager saying we had to leave immediately because new guests were arriving. I was told the late checkout was never confirmed and that I should have followed up. If there had been any change, it should have been clearly communicated by the property, especially after indicating they could accommodate the request. Even when I asked for just 15–20 minutes to finish packing and bring our luggage downstairs, I felt rushed and pressured to leave. Overall, while the apartment has potential due to its size, the poor WiFi, ventilation issues, and disappointing customer service made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
