• RYAN (10/5): Great stay - Very nice AC, quiet surroundings. Large property at a great price It's normal for Athens I suppose, but throwing tp in the trash instead of flushing and waiting 15 mins for hot water after pressing the fuse box button is something to be aware of before traveling.
• Daphne (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay. The flat is warm and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed so comfortable. The area for us was perfect. I had read some of the comments and was not sure how we will like it, but I must say it exceeded our expectations as a location. It has a lot of classic buildings, art cafes and small local restaurants. One needs to remember that the price of the flat is so much better comparing to the very central ones of Monastiraki or Kolonaki. So we figure you cannot have everything. For us it was perfect and we highly recommend it.

The house is really nicely decorated and the kitchen well equipped The host has everything very organised The neighbour was great with decor houses, art cafes, vintage shops and a lot of public transport (buses 2 minutes away and metro 15 minutes walk) There are many theatres around and went to one which was fun We felt very safe in the area although some people commented that it looked weird we didn't feel this at all I would go back any time and highly recommend the house

• Senem (1/5): The worst experience - It's clean Staying at this house is a really terrible experience. I have traveled for many years, over 25 countries. I have good experiences with almost all accommodations until this apartment. The points of the apartment are good on booking. But we didn't realize just a few people put points and comments. We were fooled by pictures on booking. From the beginning the owner of the house replied late to my messages. There is a washing machine but no detergent. There is no coffee machine but there is some mixed stale coffee, from former guests, probably. WiFi is bad, especially almost no WiFi in the bedroom. Too small bathroom and no hang appartat for taking shower. You have to hold a shower appartat by hand but you already can't move cause it's too small a place. We had another worst experience that the last night before the day we left when we came back late, we were walking to the apartment,some people stopped us and asked for money. We ran away from there so quickly. We were really very scared in this neighbourhood. Most probably they were drunk or smoked drugs or something else. We stayed for five nights. There of us 2 people. Only 2 toilet papers for 5 nights, for 2 people. I had a stomachache and I asked if provide toilet papers to Demi. She replied about agreements between her and Booking, already earning less money. She said that she traveled to Birmingham and she said 2 toilet papers were enough for us. She argued with me on WhatsApp. At the end of that I said I gave up, don't bring, I can buy and then she offered if you wish to cancel your booking, go anywhere you will be better. I have never seen such a ugly act in 25 countries from hosts, endless accommodations until Demi. Moreover a few days later she texted if you need toilet paper, you can find it in the wardrobe hidden top shelf. We already bought,no thank you,I said. Just a clean place. But hosting is terrible. We just only felt like people who made money to them. Not guests.
• Serginho (7/5): comfortable stay, nice host, perfect location. - The Airco was really nice. especially in the Greek summer. The patio was also a really nice add. And I really liked the location because there are a lot of shops/restaurant nearby. also public transport is nearby too. The shower could have a mount for the showerhead because now you need to hold it in your hands while showering. also the hygiene was not that good and I needed to clean a lot myself. very dusty.

• Juri_app (8/5): Very good - I liked the way kitchen was equipped. Bedroom was big, flat was big enough. Wi-Fi was reliable. Table was suitable for me to work with laptop. Cockroaches and noisy neighbors, thin walls so you can hear everything. Apartment is located far from metro and supermarkets (like Sklavenitis). There are only small shops nearby run by immigrants. The host was lazy and didn't want to share key codes via booking.com, asking to install some unnecessary staff on the phone.

• David (10/5): Would happily recommend to a friend. - Our host have us clear instructions regarding entry to the property. Everything in the apartment was of a high standard, our host had not gone cheap on anything to maximise profit, it's the first apartment we have stayed in to supply luxury toilet roll. Some noise during the day, at least when we were there, but extremely quiet the night. Recommend you try local cafe/restaurants, slightly cheaper and they have time to assist you, city centre restaurants tend to be extremely busy. We used the metro for all our journeys, it's not to far, but don't relly to much on mapping apps to get you there as the streets are narrow and buildings tall. Area but run down, though it had a neighbourly feel to it, it's were people live. Mosquitoes, no more than other areas of Greece. Couldn't sit on the rear balcony, though it may be different summer time with the sun overhead. During the afternoon the sun shone through the double patio doors, which have an effective mosquito screen, it was pleasant sitting in the living room with doors open during this time. Something to be aware of rather than a complaint.

• Volha (9/5): Superb - Very nice and very well equipped apartment, you have totally everything for the stay there, we enjoyed our staying a lot. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate during the whole stay. The location is quite far from main attractions and the centre.
• Kai-wen (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice host and the accommodation Is a bit far away from the centre of Athens, but you paid what you get.
