• Dan (7/5): Central location in Athens in walking distance from the Acropolis and other attractions - Their contract taxi driver met us at the airport and took us to the apartment, then someone met us to show us the basics and give us the key. Upon leaving the driver took us to the cruise terminal. Both were for a small fee. This was very helpful as it would have been difficult to find the place and check in without help. The room door couldn't be opened from the inside without the key. If someone went out with the room key in hand, then another person inside would be locked in and unable to get out during an emergency. The workaround was to not leave with the key if someone still inside, and then knock to be let back in. Although an emergency didn't happen, that was somewhat worrying during our stay. The coffee maker didn't work, and local coffee shops nearby don't open until 8 am.

El apartamento genial, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Destacar la amabilidad de la anfitriona, Konstantina, fue muy sencillo comunicarse con ella, nos recibió al llegar, nos dejó algo de desayuno y pudimos guardar el equipaje el último día hasta la hora del vuelo. Un sitio para recomendar. La única, pega por ponerle alguna, que al estar tan céntrico hay bares y restaurantes que generan algo de ruido especialmente el fin de semana.
• Jonathan (10/5): Lovely well located apartment in a lovely city - This was a beautiful property in an amazing location. Syntagma and Monastiraki Squares are both 10/15 minute walk away and there’s plenty of great cafes and eateries within 30 seconds of leaving the apartment! Your first view of the breathtaking Parthenon is seconds from the front door! It’s probably a 25 minute walk to the Acropolis too! Book your tickets in advance as it’s much quicker! Apartment was clean with everything you’d expect. I’ve travelled in a few cities now and the host was the best I’ve experienced. Great instructions via WhatsApp and communication throughout the stay! Nothing - great value for money! My only recommendation would be that given its location near the bars it’s not the quietest at night. It didn’t bother me personally but someone who likes a quieter sleep might struggle!

• Jan (9/5): Nice apartment and I felt very much at home. - Good location, an easy walk from Monastiraki metro station for getting from and to the airport. It’s a nice, comfortable apartment and I really enjoyed my stay there as a solo traveller. Konstantina sent very detailed instructions on how to get into the apartment, and made sure that I had everything I needed.

• OZGE SENA (10/5): Şahane - Konumu çok iyi her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Tesis öncelikle yerini bulmak self check in ile giriş yapmak çok kolay oldu. 14 yaş oğlum ve annem ile kaldık. Oda çok ferahtı temizdi. Erken gelmemize rağmen oda müsait olduğu için giriş yapabildik. İhtiyacınız olan her şey var. Filtre kahve makinası, kapsül ve hatta Türk kahvesi var. Geldiğimizde masanın üstünde etimek ve reçel bal çikolata vardı. Oğlum bayıldı o an kahvaltı henüz yapmadığımızdan ufak bir detay bizi çok mutlu etti. Banyo temiz, duşta su oldukça sıcak, basınç çok iyi idi. Ana yatak çok rahat, kanepeden dönüşen yatak da biraz sert ama yine de çok rahattı. Bizimle gelmeden 2-3 gün önce iletişime geçen Konstantina çok yardımsever düşünceli ve ulaşılabilirdi. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Yine gelsek başka yerde kalmayız.

Η υπεύθυνη κρατήσεων, η Κωνσταντίνα, ήταν απίστευτα εξυπηρετική και ευγενική — μας βοήθησε με κάθε λεπτομέρεια και κανόνισε μεταφορικό από και προς το αεροδρόμιο, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο άνετη. • Marie Louise (10/5): Exceptionally quiet apartment in an excellent central area of Athens. - Artistically decorated apartment in a vibrant area of downtown Athens (my favourite area to stay). The surprise for me was that the apartment was exceptionally quiet - no street noise and hardly a sound from other occupiers of the building. The check-in process was seamless. An excellent personal service from Konstantina. Supermarket, restaurants and cafes all within very close proximity. Transport very easy from the apartment- either by metro or taxi, or bus/tram from Syntagma. However, in actual fact I walked almost everywhere due to the great location of this property. All great

• Cindy (8/5): - Location was great. The apartment was clean. It had what I needed for a great stay. Konstantina (resident mgr) met me upon my arrival. She was nice and helpful. Mr Dimitris, who was my airport transfer, was such a nice and talkative man. If you need a transfer to/from the airport, ask for him. I was told about the toilet making a noise after flushing, but I did not anticipate that it would make a quick noise off/on for maybe 15 mins. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The space is cosy yet comfortable for 5 people and has everything you need, from coffee and espresso to toiletries and more. The location is perfect (walking distance to everything) and the building has an elevator which made things easy. Konstantina is warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Her instructions are clear and simple (she even provides videos), and she was always quick to respond to any questions. She went above and beyond, even arranging rides for us to and from the airport. Highly recommend staying here! Nothing really. The toilet was a little tricky to figure out at first, but Konstantina was quick to help.

• Stuart (10/5): Great BnB in secure bldg next to Acropolis & central Athens - Really convenient location to all of Acropolis sites and restaurants, shopping, etc. Secure building, excellent comms with host via text, clean and comfortable room and shower/bath fixtures were good. Decorations are tasteful, and hosts gave helpful tips for our trip, thanks Konstantina! She also introduced taxi driver Dimitrios who very prompt and friendly. Efharisto to both☺️ Kitchen counter chairs were too low and Ikea bed was not very sturdy

Lots of bits - coffee, tea rusk bread and jams provided along with a bottle of white wine - a nice touch that you don't often get these days. Very central to a very touristy area which was quite noisy at night. Great check in experience. Street noise even in wet and colder October. Must be even noisier on a hot summer night (as there is a rooftop bar just across the street). So bring ear plugs if you aren't out at a late night bar yourself!

• Kirsty (8/5): Central Athens - quiet place - A small but cosy room, large bed, decent bathroom and very central, and some simple kitchenette facilities (looked fine but I didn't use it in my one night stay). Konstantina was very friendly, helpful and prompt in messaging. And good value for being so central and quiet. It's a block that now seems to have lots of apartments to rent but I guess used to be offices and businesses - fine, easy to access but not atmospheric.

• Kerri (9/5): Perfect for us - Loved being in Monastraki area. We felt part of the excitement of Athens but the walls weren’t shaking so to speak. We were greeted at 9:00 at night from our host (thank you) and she was so accommodating. Two bedrooms and a living room allowed this family of four to spread out for the final leg of our vacation. Air conditioning was great, beds comfortable and the washing machine an added bonus. Not much. It’s not a 5 star hotel if that’s what your family needs. But it was perfect for us.
• Zihan (10/5): - The location was great - Monastiraki, Syntagma, Omonia metro stations all in walkable distance. The area was lively, lots of shops and restaurants around. The host, Konstantina, told me that I got the smallest room (22sqm) in the apartment, but it’s more than enough for one person. Would love to stay here again when I’m back to Athens! Also, Konstantina was a really nice and kind person. Thanks for your host! A waterproof curtain inside the bathroom would be great but no big deal.
• Talia Tamir (9/5): המיקום, האירוח והניקיון היו מושלמים. - המיקום של הדירה מושלם. היא במרכז אבל ברחוב שקט, וקל להגיע ממנה לכל מקום. התאורה בדירה מצוינת ונעימה, ואפשר לשהות בה בכל שעות היום. הבניין מרגיש בטוח. המארחת קיבלה אותנו, הראתה לנו את החדר ונתנה לנו מפתח, היא הייתה זמינה לכל מה שהיינו צריכים ונתנה לנו המלצות מצוינות. לא יכולנו לבקש חוויה טובה יותר. השירותים והמקלחת לא נמצאים בחדר נפרד משאר הדירה - זו בעיה למי שחשובה לו פרטיות. הצנרת הייתה טיפה רועשת.
• Raghavan (10/5): Pleasing, comfy, easy to reach, and connect to the main city. - It is an art deco place. Very pleasing colours and soothing atmosphere. Very peaceful. Loved the unique dining table chairs and the recliner and hanging swing chair. Check in was made very easy by Constantina, very friendly and helpful

• Daniela (10/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral , viele nette Bars und Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig ,sogar mit einem eigenen Minikühlschrank ausgestattet. Der Sevice war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent .

• David (10/5): Amazing location, amazing, helpful and communicative host! - The location was by far the best component of the place. So close to the city center! Second to that the host was amazing and was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with The bed was not the most comfortable bed ever, but it was okay.

• Lionel (1/5): Not good - Good location. Clean. Communication with staff was good. I did not like my stay at all. The toilet is not a normal toilet. You can’t put and flush dirty toilet paper into it. Instead, you need to dispose of all used toilet paper in a bin next to it. Well, after a few days I let you imagine what the smell in the toilet was… Moreover, this type of toilet is extremely noisy as it also serves as a pump to evacuate the water from the sinks and shower. The bed matress is also very hard, too hard for me but that’s a personal thing. Be aware that although the apartment boasts sound proofing, there is no real soundproofing. It is very noisy because of street noise. You should definitely bring ear plus if you wish to sleep before all bars and restaurants close.

• Meena (9/5): Comfortable stay in the centre of Athens. - Centrally located apartment, near public transport and all attractions. Also many nearby restaurants. Large and comfortable room. Well stocked kitchen with even a washing machine. Konstantina met us when we arrived and explained everything. We could keep our bags in the storage room after checking out which was great. No house keeping during our stay, not even to take the trash. The room is not soundproof and over the weekend especially there was a lot of street noise and singing till late but I guess this would be expected due to the central location.
• Rishika (8/5): Great location l - The location was excellent. The best location one could hope for if you are here as a tourist and want to visit the landmark places. The restaurants, good food, good dessert - all at walking distance. The room itself was clean and felt new. It was really nice. Just don't expect a lot of space. Its just a room and a bathroom. It was a bit small with our luggage etc. But again, the location was amazing. The room was a bit small. We would have liked it if it was a little bigger and bed made a noise but overall all good.

• Vicky (10/5): 10/10 highly recommended - modern, vibrant apartment in excellent location - Excellent location (in city centre, walking distance to all main attractions / acropolis). A generous welcome basket was a lovely touch. Perfect size for two people (with pull out bed options too if needed). Very clean and modern. Nicely decorated. Comfy bed, easy to sleep without much noise despite being in central location with bars, restaurants etc. Good kitchen facilities (stove top, coffee pod machine and French press, kettle, toaster, microwave). Good air conditioning and hot showers all day. Konstantina was so helpful, meeting us when we arrived and sending great Athens recommendations. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Nothing - everything was great!
