• ΝΙΚΟΛΑΟΣ (6/5): Θα μπορούσαν και καλύτερα... - Καλή τοποθεσία, καλή τιμή σχετικά με την περιοχή και τις παροχές. Πρέπει να κάνουν κάτι με την υγρασία και ο,τι συνεπάγεται με αυτό....
• Antonia (4/5): - Η τοποθεσία ηταν καλη! Το κρεβάτι το στρώμα πολυ καλο ! Ήταν ημιυπόγειο, υπήρχε μυρωδιά απο υγρασία παρόλο το αρωματικό και υπήρχαν τρίχες απο τους προηγούμενους.

• Maria (10/5): Great place that I highly recommend. - I like Athens and usually travel a few times per year for a long weekend. I always choose Avli appartment as this is the perfect option for me. Great location and easy to park free of charge in the area, although it is not always very close (anyway I do not mind walking). The appartments has everything you need for a nice stay. Some very good opportunities to buy meat and fish nearby. And Katerina is the most welcoming host.

• Khizer (2/5): Please be mindful if looking to stay for a week, this place falls way under than UK general standard - We have to call the Host on arrival as host didn’t send us any information/code or location of the apartment(It’s a basement apartment), she wasn’t happy about our comments. She argued that she has forwarded us all the necessary details which I couldn’t find in my email. Would be happy if she could share the screenshot of her sent items. For location ,she said it’s Semi-basement(never heard of the term) as beneath the floor, there would only be drainage pipes. Apartment with insufficient facilities, 1) Dirty bed linen, torn runner 2) internal bedroom door is glass one which would cry hard if you try to move, no privacy/peace for someone if trying to sleep. 3) Used/old utilities were provided, would be better if did not provide at all. 4) Kitchen lacking basic facilities, no microwave, oven with top hob was available which was extremely dirty and had old fats being left in oven plate and around. 5) Only two cups(both different types,size,shape) provided which were extremely worn and dirty. Dirty cutlery provided 6) No cleaning products were provided 7) Dirty & extremely used broom was available , nothing else provided for cleaning 8) Small bathrooms with ventilation system running into the kitchen 9) Majority bulbs were fused 10) A very tiny and smelly place

• Milena Mladenova (10/5): A great value for money - A great place to stay - in a nice and safe area, close to the metro station (less than 10 min walking), bus stations are also around. The property is small, thus spacious - with separate kitchen and bed room, and a pretty big bathroom. It is next to the inner yard, so it is very quiet. The bed is very comfortable, and in total, it is an impeccable clean property. All in all, it exceeded my expectations. And the communication with the host was very easy. I would stay here again. everything was fine!

• Χαιδεμενακη (4/5): Πρέπει ο πελάτης να έχει τη δυνατότητα να επικοινωνήσει με τον ιδιοκτήτη του σπιτιού, πριν πληρώσει. - Το επέλεξα διότι ήταν κοντά στο σπίτι των παιδιών μου. Από τις φωτογραφίες φαινόταν πολύ καλό, ενώ η κ. Κατερίνα ήταν πολύ ευγενής. Λυπάμαι πολύ που αναγκάζομαι να γράψω αρνητικά σχόλια, ωστόσο πρέπει να γνωρίζουμε τα αρνητικά για να βελτιωνόμαστε. Η άφιξη ήταν στις 15.00 , ενώ η υπηρεσία καθαρισμού ήρθε μετά τις 13.30. Με αποτέλεσμα να μην προλάβει να καθαρίσει σωστά τον χώρο. ( η αυλή είχε περιττώματα περιστεριών, ενώ δεν υπήρχαν χαρτοπετσέτες και μύριζε ο χώρος μούχλα ) Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα όμως ήταν ότι χάλασε ο θερμοσίφωνας , δεν φτιάχτηκε και δεν είχαμε ζεστό νερό για τέσσερις μέρες. Επίσης μύριζε η αποχέτευση στο μπάνιο πολύ έντονα. (υπήρχε αρωματικό χώρου, αλλά δεν είναι αυτή η λύση)

• Radu (7/5): Nice apartment but can be improved - Good position, very equipped and pretty clean. It’s in the basement of the building, we found a single bug in the hallway of the apartment every day and the terrace has a bit of a pidgeon problem.

• Maria (10/5): Comfortable appartment in Athens. - This is my third stay in the appartment. I find it a great place to stay in Athens, it has a great location and everything necessary for a comfortable stay in the city. This time due to a mistake that I made during the reservation, I came one day earlier. As the appartment was free, the owner kindly let me without any additional conditions. I am looking forward to stay there during my future visits to Athens.

• Laura (3/5): Convenient location but very noisy - The property itself was a very convenient location and very central for where I needed to go . It doesn’t look exactly as it is , it’s very outdated and in a basement . It was one of the noisiest apartments I’ve ever stayed at . People were extremely noisy in the complex and ringing bells waking me up and the elevator was quite noisy . It’s in a basement too and apartment was very small. Shower head broken and apartment is very outdated and needs a lot of modernisation. Needs new kettle and new mugs and kitchen needs to be badly updated .

• Maria (9/5): Great appartment in a very good Athens neighbourhood. - Great appartment with an excelent location in Athens. Extremely good value for money, I definitely recommend the facility. The appartment is equiped with everything you need for a short term vacation in Athens. If you visit the city in a warmer season, you can have your breakfast/dinner outside in the yard of your own. The place is also very quiet. It is a bit difficult to find a parking place as parking is free of charge, so you either have to drive around until you find one or look for a paid parking. Anyway, I have several times stayed in this area and was alwoys able to find a place to park.

• José (8/5): Clean and calm white house. - The cleanliness of the house. Fast internet and good pressure water. Easy check in. Quite well equiped house. The location is not bad, around 5 minutes walk to the metro station. Bed is too soft for me. And one small little thing is the owner forgot to prepare the toilet paper.
