• ANALIA (10/5): FUI A PASAR POCOS DIAS, SOLA! FUE HERMOSO...LA VISTA ES ESPECTACULAR...COMODO Y SEGURO. - LO MAS HERMOSO ES LA UBICACION, FRENTE AL RIO, LA VISTA NO TIENE COMPARACION, PRECIOSA!!! DEPARTAMENTO, MODERNO, MUY BIEN UBICADO. EL DUEÑO MUY CORDIAL. CERCA DEL CENTRO Y DE ATRACCIONES. ZONA SEGURA- NADA. Solo le haría un mejor mantenimiento al dpto. la bañera/hidro? esta rajada. Pondria alguna seguridad en zona ducha. y sin duda dejaría detalles, como papel higiénico. Solo había jabón y art.de limpieza. Dejaria aderezos, sal...mínimo, algún saquito de te/cafe, sobre de azúcar. Algo para recibimiento, agasajos que no cuentan nada y suman un montón. AUN ASI, VOLVERIA.

• Laura (9/5): - El alojamiento no cuenta con desayuno. La ubicación es hermosa! Tiene una vista hermosa frente a la playa, El solcito da todo el día en los hermosos ventanales. Está cerca del centro, de las Termas, hay muchos lugares de comida cerca! Lo único "feo" es q las calles son de tierra pero en casi todo Colón es así! Las calles de tierra ☹️
• Manuel (6/5): agradable - la ubicación, la amplitud del lugar esta un poco descuidado
• Fernado Martin (2/5): Sólo la vista linda del living, no cumplió con las expectativas - si bien el encargado q nos atendió fue amable, y el dpto. tiene buena vista y es amplio, lo cierto es que.... Lo cierto es que al edificio le falta muchísimo mantenimiento, (ya de lejos se nota esa falencia), como así también al departamento, con elementos rotos q no se reparan (luces colgantes y vasos), también pinturas despegadas de las paredes y techos, y cocheras en muy mal estado, (daba miedo dejar el auto los días con lluvia), como así también, las escaleras del pasillo, sin mantenimiento. Teniendo en cuenta eso, y los pocos servicios que ofrece el lugar (sólo dormir, ya q no tiene ni desayuno, no funciona ascensor para las personas, no hay limpieza, además de tener q llevar las toallas), la conclusión es q el lugar es carisimo, y en las condiciones que está, no está apto para ser alquilado ni para un fin de semana.
