• lorenzowalther (9/5): Locatie is perfect voor Berlijn, op ong 5 min lopen zijn de tram en metro. Je kunt alle kanten op. - De hostess was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Accommodatie heeft 4 slaapkamers met 1 slaapkamer waar 4 bedden staan. De overige 3 hebben 2-persoonsbedden. Douches en bad zijn lekker, water kan lekker heet gezet worden. Al met al top verblijf gehad. Eigenlijk niets.

• Michelle (10/5): Wonderful apartment for large group in vibrant part of Berlin. - The apartment is spacious and beautiful, and contains a lot of interesting art. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is spacious and allowed us to gather and all be together.

• Jenny (1/5): Nie wieder - Als wir angekommen sind wurde uns beim Schlüssel Übergabe gedroht wann sie die Polizei rufen müssten wäre unsere Kaution weg und sie müsste uns dann sofort aus der Wohnung schmeißen gut dachten wir die haben bestimmt schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht nehmen wir mal so hin weil wird uns nicht passieren weil wir einfach ein Wochenende haben wollten zum entspannen und nicht zum feiern. Schnell wurde uns auch gesagt man darf ganz kurz sich im Hinterhof aufhalten für eine Zigaretten Länge länger haber nicht wenn man länger draußen sein will solle man auf dem Spielplatz gegenüber gehen. Als die Dame dann weg war haben wir uns mal ein wenig umgeschaut und schnell eine Mappe gefunden wo nur Verbote drin stehen. Abend nur bei geschlossen Fenster TV an machen nicht in den Garten gehen der ist nur für die Nachbarn und so weiter ich füge noch Bilder davon hinzu das geht überhaupt nicht. Wir standen dann auch wirklich ein Abend draußen haben eine Geraucht wir waren nicht ganz fertig mit der Zigarette da wurden wir vom Nachbarn schon angemacht wir sollen gehen ich versuche überhaupt nicht zu diskutieren sondern sagte sofort ja wir gehen um allen Ärger zu vermeiden daraufhin wurde er richtig laut und er könnte auch anderes und solche Dinge bitte was soll sowas wir haben nur geraucht kaum gesprochen und werden sofort laut angemacht. Wir haben uns über das Wochenende kaum getraut irgendwas in der Wohnung zu machen das hat sich angefühlt wie ein offener Vollzug und für sowas auch noch 500 Euro Kaution nein Danke. Als wir wieder abgereist sind war die Dame nicht gerade mit Freundlichkeit überzeugend wir sind die Zimmer abgelaufen das alles in Ordnung ist aber da war ich einfach nur sprachlos es wurden in den Zimmern nur eine sache geschaut und das waren die lattenroste das ist diskriminierend wenn man ein paar Kilos mehr drauf hat das sowas dann kontrolliert wird und alles andere in den Räumen anscheinend egal war.

• Pauline (9/5): Great few days in Berlin to visit the Christmas markets with a group of good friends - Great location and very comfortable and spacious Being in a residential block some of the neighbours weren’t too happy about a large group staying in the apartment. Whilst we tried to be quiet in the evening and moved into the lounge area which was central to the property I think the noise of people talking and laughing must have carried to the apartment above

A great living room and a cosy balcony to enjoy drinks before going out. The appartment was also well equipped. The location was great with really nice breakfast places and a lot restaurants close by. The owners were really helpful and service oriented. Nothing, Everything was perfect.
