• Frank (9/5): - Mooie en ruime woning met heerlijk hoge plafonds en een fijne inrichting. De badkamer is in verhouding wat klein maar voldoet prima.

• Alexander (7/5): Great Apartment - Access Issues need Fixing - The property itself was comfortable, affordable and a great location. The customer service staff were very helpful and prompt in solving our access issues. As discussed with the Arbio team our stay was negatively impacted by a broken door system which prevented us from gaining access to the property initially and wasted significant time on our trip. The information provided for check in was inaccurate and unhelpful. The Arbio agents were helpful once contacted.
• Jessica (7/5): Good… easy improvements would make a difference. Add a shutter/extra door to stop people sitting outside on the door - Great location. Close to shops and U bahn. The groups of people outside the apartment making it intimidating.

• stavros (7/5): - Ηταν ευρύχωρο και σε καλό σημείο πολύ κοντά σε σουπερ μάρκετ και στον σταθμό Δεν δούλευε ο κωδικός της πόρτας με αποτέλεσμα να μοιραζόμαστε 4 άτομα ένα κλειδί. Η θέρμανση ήταν ελειπης και δεν δούλευαν μερικά καλοριφέρ,το τελευταίο δωμάτιο είχε μια πόρτα η οποία έμπαζε αέρα με αποτέλεσμα να κρυώνουμε. Επισης τα παπλώματα ήταν λεπτά και μικρά σχεδόν σαν παιδικά .

• Anatolii (7/5): - Good location and a surprisingly spacious place. We really appreciated how well it suited a larger group. There were plenty of dishes and kitchenware, and the rooms had everything needed for a comfortable long stay. A great place to relax after exploring Berlin. However, there were a few things that could be improved. There was no microwave and no hangers, which made it less convenient for a longer stay. The toilet lid was broken, and there was a strange smell throughout the apartment. Also, it looked like the place hadn’t been dusted properly. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and some small fixes, the stay would be much better.

• Rasmus (7/5): - I liked that the rooms were spacious, beds were nice and we had everything that we needed there. Like dishes, towels etc. Also appreciated the big kitchen area and 3 separate rooms for people to stay in. Neighbourhood is pretty bad. We had some random people loitering right in front of our door and leaving heaps of sunflower seed casings laying. All in all pretty dirty neighbourhood and didn't not feel too safe during evenings.

• Enikő (6/5): Pleasant - It has nice spaces and clean overall. The bakery across the street is great. The code for the door sometimes did not work, but we could always use the remote link that opened the door every time. The shower water splashing out is a problem, and one bathroom for 6 people is not so comfortable. The sofa beds in the living room, which served as beds for two people out of six, were not so clean nor very comfortable for sleeping. Somehow we misunderstood and thought that all six people would have normal beds. The living room opens directly to the street, where two people sleep - this was a little strange.
• Nina (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and clean, great location I found it a bit difficult to actually find the apartment. Maybe more detailed instructions would be helpful
• Deena (9/5): Spacious apartment centrally located in Berlin - This flat is close to where our daughter lives, so it was very convenient for us. It is also close to the Hermannsplatz U-Bahn, grocery stores, and many restaurants. Checking in was challenging because it wasn’t clear which was the front door. There is an illuminated 88 sign (not on the property door) and the entry is a couple of doors to the right of that, recessed a bit. It would be very helpful if they provided a photo of what the entry looks like. Additionally, the keypad code did not work for us. One has to have a cellular connection to use the button on the website in order to gain access to the flat. The following day they did give us a code that worked. Once in the flat, the instructions for how to lock the door are inaccurate. The button in the middle of the door knob does not work. One must rotate the door knob clockwise in order to lock the door, and counterclockwise in order to unlock it. The flat is large, with a large TV set and comfortable beds. The bathroom is extremely small and it is difficult to take a shower without getting water all over the floor. The kitchen was lacking a few things, including a frying pan (there were pots), a dish towel, draining rack, and there is no light in the kitchen. Oddly there were only two soup/cereal bowls which wasn’t ideal for 4 people. There is a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, and a water kettle, as well as a few Nespresso pods and a nice selection of teabags. The carpets were in need of cleaning. The apartment is poorly lit, and we had to put a standing lamp into the kitchen to provide some light in the morning and at night. The bathroom is very small as mentioned above, and it is difficult to take a shower without getting the bathroom wet. The management company was not quick to respond, and while they said they would bring a frying pan apparently they had trouble acquiring one.
• Baris (9/5): Amazing apartment, very spacious and nicely decorated. But the bathroom needs an upgrade. - Huge apartment, nice decoration, large beds, good location. The apartment was advertised for 7 people, but when we told them we were with 7 we got told it was only suited for 6 people and that 7 was not allowed. Once we arrived, the apartment had even place for 8 people. Also, the apartment was amazing (10/10) but the bathroom was old, small and unpractical.

• Olivier (5/5): Disappointing and lack of communication of the host - Nice and big apartment, we enjoyed the space and the cool neighbourhood. We were not very happy with our stay because of multiple problems and lack of efficient communication by the owner. First, the check in was not clear at all, we couldn’t find the right door as the indications were not enough, we had to call and wait and the indications were still not clear enough. Finally, a neighbour helped us out telling us we were not the first to get lost! Our main problem afterwards was the electronic lock: one night, it didn’t work out and we had to try to manually lock it from inside, very worrying as the door opens on the street and we didn’t get a good sleep, afraid someone could easily come in. The answer from the owner was once again late and not very clear (“someone will come over to fix it”, “try to recharge the battery”) and we were lucky it finally worked again by itself. Then some minor issues: a lamp was not working and not replaced during our stay (even though we repeatedly asked for it), both rooms are next to a big bicycle parking so you can hear people parking at night and in the morning; the bathroom is small and the shower curtain dirty and not efficient at all (was all wet every time we showered). So disappointed generally by this agency which doesn’t care and answer its customer’s needs, it just felt like an anonymous host with no empathy at all. Avoid!

• Jane (8/5): Very good - Really lovely flat, great location. Very spacious. We had to contact owner for the WiFi code and instructions on how to lock the door. A guide setting this out would have been really helpful.
• Maciek (10/5): Perfect place for a stay in Berlin - Perfect location and it as not as loud as I thought it could be. Nice, spacious apartment with a separate areats to eat dinner, chill out and sleep.

• Jean-françois (6/5): A bit rough and ready, but fine for a short stay. - The heating was quick and efficient. I loved the lighting options throughout the space and we were able to make it comfortable on cold evenings. The bathroom is very small and cold, the shower size and shower curtain aren't great - the bathroom floor would become flooded any time someone used the shower. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for 4 adults for a 3 night stay. Also, the flat didn't really look like the pictures - the furniture had been changed and things didn't seem in as good condition as they appeared in the photo. Not a deal breaker, but definitely not as nice as we expected.
• Anonymous (9/5): Cosiest retreat in the heart of the best part of Berlin - Beautiful, and super cosy oasis for my friends to come home to after busy days in wintery Berlin outside of your doorstep. The location is perfect, amazing atmosphere and this flat feels like the cosiest place to unwind and wake up to. The beds were amazing and the kitchen space is 5*. The courtyard behind is so cute, and it felt so nice being amongst families and residents going about their normal life. We had the best time. Everything you need is nearby ! Could have been a bit more comfortable with more than one bathroom for 6 people. But apart from that - perfect!

• Tejaswini (9/5): Overall good. - Atmosphere was very pleasant and apartment is very spacious The bathroom was too small and it did not have a proper draining system so it stayed wet . There were no plug points in the kitchen!
• Benno (8/5): Very good - It was a great stay. Perfect location if you want to be close to all the thing’s Kreuzberg have to offer! It was a group of people outside of the apartment, they were quite noisy. They were there for several hours at a time.

If you take a right from the property and walk a little but you end - Property was well kept and owner was so nice to give you all instructions so that check ins/out can hassle free. Neighbors can be troublesome, they were sitting on the door whole time and drinking. You can’t tell them until unless you are ready to fight with them given the location of the property.

• Amanda (10/5): Perfect, clean and spacious weekend stay! - Loved how spacious it is, beds were super comfy it was perfect for a group. They left us a bottle of wine, coffee pods and a bottle of still and sparkling water which we were very thankful for! Great communication and very friendly. Everything was great, the lock took a little bit of getting used to but we got used to it.
