• monique (8/5): - L’emplacement est vraiment bien. Il faut tout de même savoir qu’il y a le marché le vendredi matin donc si on vient en voiture il faut se garer ailleurs (nous ne le savions pas). Les lits sont confortables. La vue sur l’acropole est très sympathique. Un petit coup de peinture pour remettre à jour aurais était bien, et des doubles vitrages seraient bien car la rue peut être bruyante.

Przy dość spokojnej ulicy, w pobliżu bardzo dużo restauracji i barów. Dojazd metrem z lotniska zajmuje ok. godzinę (z 1 przesiadką) W zasadzie nie ma takich rzeczy.

• Mar (8/5): Parfait pour un très agréable séjour au cœur de la capitale ! - Super emplacement central , tout se fait à pieds et superbe vue ! Literie extrêmement confortable et grande terrasse. À proximité du métro et de tous les commerces . La grande disponibilité et la gentillesse des hôtes est incontestable. Immeuble quand même bruyant le matin pour les sommeils légers et odeur de cigarette dans le hall et les couloirs mais c’est bien sûr hors de contrôle des hôtes ! Des lampes de chevet dans les chambres, une cuisine un peu plus complète et un petit coup de peinture dans la salle de bain donneraient un sans faute, mais ce sont de bien petits détails comparativement à tout le reste qui est au top!

• Anna (10/5): Great location, comfortable apartment) - Everything was great: location, apartment, communication with the owner. The balcony is huge, with great view and it was really comfortable to have breakfast and even late dinner there - the heaters worked really well and in December we could eat outside) really calm neighborhood, and walking distance to many great spots in Athens. We were with 2 kids and that was the best decision to stay here in Athens.

• McKeown (7/5): Nice apartment close to shops, restaurants and historical sites. Good for a short stay. - Location is great - a short distance away from the historical sights around the Acropolis as well as being a few minutes walk from a great choice of restaurants in Koukaki. Great view of the Acropolis and Filopappou Hill from the balcony. Bus stops and lots of local shops few minutes away. Choice of supermarkets within easy 5 minute walking distance. Some basic kitchen essentials provided including tea and coffee and some cleaning materials. Dishwasher is very welcome. A Drying rack is available on the balcony but there is no washing machine so washing any clothes would be difficult for longer stays - but there is a launderette nearby. Although there's great outdoor seating on the balcony it's a shame there isn't any good seating provision inside. There are no bedside lights which would be useful and only bedside table in each of the bedrooms. Other reviews mention the outside canopy rattling - it only happens when it's windy but can be overcome with a bit of thought. The bathroom is very cramped although the shower cubicle is a good size and loads of hot water available with a good pressure. There is a small cupboard below the sink but not a lot of room available. Plenty of toilet rolls, shampoo and liquid shower soap provided

• Leire (7/5): Perfecto para disfrutar de una terraza con vistas al Partenon. - Esta bien ubicado. Cerca hay zonas de restaurantes y esta muy cerca de la Acrópolis . De hecho lo mejor del apartamento es que tiene una terraza con vistas espectaculares al Partenón. Tiene aire acondicionado que en Atenas se agradece. El edificio no es nuevo, aunque el apartamento está reformado. El baño es muy pequeño y el ascensor es solo para dos.

Totally recommended! - Very clean apartment, very good location, near the metro station, but also at walking distance from Athens city center (Acropolis, Plaka, Ermou). The host very friendly and there were a lot of provisions offered (even a massage machine!). We arrived very late at night but there was no problem getting the keys or communicating with the host. The view from the balcony amazing and there was heating there as well. Only the bathroom sink was too small and perhaps the heating system, in relation to the apartment's arrangement. There are air-conditions in the bedrooms, but the kitchen and bathroom could get really cold in the winter (unless additional heating is offered, which I am not aware of..). We visited the apartment mid of November, and I felt a little bit discomfort with the temperature outside the bedroom.

The owner/manager, Panagiotis, it's very responsive to his guess and explains how to manage different aspects of the apartment. This two bedroom apartment has very comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony. This property is in a real-life Athen’s building and so you need to get advice from the owner occasionally.

Wonderful terrace when it’s no too hot to sit outside, even with the awning, in the heat wave we retreated inside. Not having a lounge limited our social space as the terrace was too hot during the recent heatwave, but the AC was a blessing overnight!

Panagiotis is great, he contacted us after out prenotation on booking, providing us a few details about the apartment and he contacted us again a few days before our arrival for all the details about the keys, the water heating ecc. The apartment was clean with a large balcony and wonderful view on Acropolis and Filopapou hill - we loved taking our breakfast there every morning. Panagiotis welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a bowl full of fruits! Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms all modern and renewed, perfect for a family or couples. Thanks a lot, should we return in Athens we will certainly prefer it again! Nothing, everything was great.
• George (10/5): Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had. I would highly recommend for people to stay there. - The location is brilliant, you have the views of the Philopappos monument and Acropolis and even Lykavitos hill from the balcony. By the way the pictures don’t do it justice, Acropolis is a lot closer and bigger than what you see in the pictures. It’s walking distance to the Acropolis and the museum approximately 10 minutes walk. And also you are surrounded by all sorts of restaurants and shops. If you have a car you can always find a place to park in the surrounding area. The place is clean has two bedrooms with double beds and even a third suspended bed hidden in the closet in case it needs to accommodate one more person. There’s Air-condition in both rooms and it keeps the whole place cool. It’s something silly but I will mention it so it gets fixed. The bathroom door makes a lot of noise when you open it and close it and it can wake someone up during sleep. everything else was amazing.

We saw that it was quieter in the afternoon so that’s a good time to go if you can bear the heat. The host was so kind and left us an amazing welcome pack with everything you could need. The balcony is huge and we loved sitting there in the evening and looking at the amazing view of the acropolis. Our host was superb, he arranged taxis and communication was excellent. Bedrooms are huge and beds are very comfortable. There is a lift in the property which was great as on 4th floor. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in athens. The bathroom is very small but fine. There is no lounge area but the balcony is a socialising area with lots of comfy seating.

Friendly host, nothing was a problems. Responded quickly to all questions. It is a very nice apartment for 2-3 people. Bathroom is very small, but with all facilities, including a hairdryer. Maybe a microwave would be nice to add to the kitchen.

The apartment has everything you need - coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with comfortable furniture…the beds are very comfortable. Panagiotis was very polite - we found some coffees, tea, jam etc in the kitchen. The apartment had very good location- 300 m to the public transport, 100 m to the supermarket and 200 m to the street with the restaurants. if you buy a combined 3 days ticket for 20 eur from the airport, you will have a full access to the public transport 3 days for Athens and Pireaus. in the same time the neighbourhood is clean and quite. We recommend Bazaar supermarket- recommended from the owner to us and Lolos restaurant- always full of people with normal prices. nothing to complain

Splendid view from large Balcony of the Pantheon, Philopappos Monument and in the distance Mount Lycabettus. 10 minute walk to the excellent metro system, and 20 minutes to Syntagma Square. Nice quiet area except for Friday morning where a street market appears selling mostly fresh veg , spices and fish. Easy access to the apartment and a lift to the 4th floor where its located. Large bedrooms and for me the most comfortable bed experienced in many years of travelling. Nothing major to criticise, though the bathroom is much to small especially if to be shared with more than 2 people, no shelves for toiletries etc. However, the shower cubicle is large. Its obviously a summer orientated apartment as the comfy sofas are on the balcony. However, the inside area could do with a chair or 2 to relax in. You have to sit on the bed to watch TV giving the impression of a hotel style room.
• Andreea-malina (9/5): Great place - The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. It was very clean and it had also all the facilities you need. The property owner helped us replying to all of our queries. It was cold the first day, but after the ACs worked full day, the temperature was good. So maybe if you visit in winter you can ask the owner to switch on the AC before you arrive.

Maybe a little bit basically equipped with kitchen toys but tea, coffee and water provided. Warm welcome with a letter and a bottle of wine, fast and reliable contact. Perfect view to Acropolis from the huge terrasse. We would come back.
