• Timothy (8/5): Recommended. Close to University, great area. - The location is a top floor efficiency with a spacious private terrace overlooking the town square and great views of the mountains. I stayed to be with my daughter who studies at the Univ. Very coinvent and close to school. The area is very safe. The restaurants and shops are plentiful and right out side your door. The apartment is new with a modern vibe. Wi-Fi, Queen bed, closet space, kitchen, fridge, micro, oven, stove, coffee maker and utensils..etc.. The space inside is doable for two people, and the large terrace makes it perfect during nice weather. The terrace has nice patio furniture to enjoy the day. The design of the unit results in a small bathroom. The sink and shower are fine, but the toilet is a tight fit. Its workable, but, 6" from the wall is tight. Nothing can be done to change this, but be informed. The landlord will give you a set of keys. 1- for the unit door and 1- for the building entrance. The keys are on a chain soldered to a credit card type device that inserts into a wall mounted electrical shut-off. When you leave for the day, you pull the card out and this shuts off the electricity to the unit (saves on elec bill I guess). When you return, you stick the card back in the slot and the apartment has power. This seems like a reasonable idea, however, if you need to charge your phone or electronics during the day, if you leave, there will be no power. Also, and this is the big one, I'm from the US. I carry my keys in my pocket. You can't carry the keys here because the card needs to be in the wall socket to have power and lights while you're in the unit. The key chain is soldered together so the three can not be separated. I am not conditioned to pull keys out of a wall holder. If I leave and forget the keys, or, the door shuts behind me by accident, I'm are locked out of the apartment! This happened late Saturday evening as I was saying good bye to my daughter. I'll spare the details, but I was able to get back in with a mild inconvenience. I would strongly recommend that the keys be dethatched from the electric card, and just leave instructions to the guest to pull the card when they leave. Last thought. When I arrived, I took a Uber/Taxi from the Airport (about $35-40E). The address I printed off the Booking.com page was actually a general address for the Square area, not the physical address of the building. My driver was able to get me in the general area, then he was kind enough to call the landlord to get the actual location.

• Sara (8/5): Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the American College of Greece wasn’t walk to or take the bus to. I - The private patio overlooking the area. I also liked that the square where it was located was buzzing and had lots of cafes. It was a little on the small side but for a solo traveler it was perfect.

The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Hygiene standards were great, which made everything even more comfortable. The host was extremely kind, friendly, and always accessible, which made the stay even better. His warm hospitality really stood out and created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend Square's View for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and pleasant place to stay in Agia Paraskevi.

So many wonderful moments here when I was around and not out busy. The church bells. The people’s spirit of genuine goodness. The view overlooking the square!!! The function and flow of the apartment made it so comfortable. Definitely want to come back and stay here again when the time is allowed. I shared pics of my enjoyment rather than the place since your photos here are perfect. My photos capture the experience of staying in such a great place. Nothing it’s been amazing

He always called to check everything was okay, and definitely felt very comfortable! Nothing really, the bathroom was very small but it gets the job done so it’s fine.

Terrace view was great. Relaxing atmosphere . Host was great.. perfect for solo or couple. Could use a mirror closer to an outlet. Perhaps behind the door on the closet. Hard to use hair tools because the cord has to go around the bathroom door to the mirror.
• Denis (10/5): Comfortable apartment at Agia Paraskevi - In fact everything. First of all location - it was on walking distance to the institute where I had the meeting, besides all important buses have stops on the Agia Paraskevi square - to the institute, to the airport and to the city center. Below the apartment is nice large square with park and plenty of restaurants. In the evenings it can be loud, but that's part of the life. Then I liked the terrace - it was nice, large... so I preferred to eat giros pita on the terrace rather than in the restaurant (giros pitas from the PitaPan are very tasty). The apartment is tiny, but modern, fully equipped, in the kitchen is everything one needs for cooking. The bathroom is very small, but there is very modern shower which I really enjoyed. The host Panagiotis was very helpful. I liked everything, but somebody could not like small bathroom. Or echoes of lively life at the square in the evening. Or church bells around 7 o'clock in the morning.

• Hock (9/5): Wonderful location for visiting my son who study abroad at ACG. Room very cozy with a nice balcony. - Wonderful balcony views, comfortable bed, and friendly host. Bathroom too small, only AC no heat. Feel a little chilly at night in the room.
