• Anne (8/5): This compact apartment is well located and has a great kitchen, bathroom and cute balcony. High security door and great - Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, cute balcony and high security door. Building work nearby was a bit noisy. Different floor levels…sunken kitchen is a trip hazard for the unwary.
• Alexandra (10/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeber, die wirklich bemüht waren, unseren Aufenthalt besonders zu machen. Sie haben sich überlegt, was unserem Sohn gefallen könnte und haben uns sogar über bevorstehendes schlechtes Wetter informiert. Außerdem liegt das Apartments in einer ruhigen Gegend, und trotzdem kann man alles zu Fuß unkompliziert erreichen. Übrigens: der Gebäudekomplex liegt über einem antiken Stadttor!

• Lars (10/5): Perfect apartment for two in a great area just a little off the tourist areas. - Perfect for a couple. Nice apartment with everything we needed for our short stay. Perfect neighbourhood, calm but still lots of restaurants in the area on the Irakleidon street. The host informed us of everything before arrival and was quick in answering any question. Nothing (once we could lower the temperature 😀)

• TARIKCAN (10/5): Great stay at Soho Athene Apartment! - We had a great stay at Soho Athene Apartment. The place is located in a great place, so easy to reach out everything by walk and close to the metro. We had a comfortable stay on whole vacation. The place meets all your needs. Easy intructions on arrival. Anna was very helpful troughout the stay! Fastest communication when its needed. She even gave us the chance for both early check-in and late check-out. I'd definetely recommend the place.

• Ingrid (10/5): Fantastique appartement je recommande fort! - Tout depuis l’emplacement le calme (des travaux dans la rue mais inaudibles !) jusqu’aux ustensiles et petites intentions (eau fraîche au frigo et jus de fruit frais en bouteille super pour les enfants) en passant par la propreté et les informations pour les clés. Et toutes les suggestions de visite ! Rien ! Rajouter deux chaises de bar serait un plus pour pouvoir déjeuner à 4 ;-)

• Elisabeth (9/5): We liked our stay at the apartment, however, it would have been an excellent stay had we been young! - The apartment is located in a very beautiful area, few steps from all amenities and sight seeing, it is cozy, warm and clean. Anything we needed it had already been provided for us. The hostess is very friendly, responds immediately when contacted and ready to help. My husband and I, unfortunately, are not on our first youth but rather on our seventh one, we found the stairs a little difficult, we had to be extremely careful but the plus thing was it was a good exercise for our rusty bones.

• Diane (10/5): Anna was a wonderful host, great communicator and we loved this apartment. - Such a beautiful fully appointed apartment. So comfortable for us and close enough for us to walk to the Acropolis, Monastiraki and Plaka. There was everything you would need for a long stay.

• Pavlos (7/5): Great apartment in a great location - Excellent location and near the Acropolis. Quiet area. Apartment was spacious with loads of goodies. Host even had spices and olive oils if needed for cooking. Avoid if you have loads of luggages as there is not lift and the flat is on the second floor. It's no one fault as I did not check before booking it. The same goes when you get off the suburban train, it is quit a distance if you have huge suitcases/luggages to drag with you. Again, no fault on the host or the apartment.

The apartment does not have a washing machine even though it was listed we booked this room for 4 nights as it was our layover and we needed to do some washing...
• Yurii (8/5): Very good - A nice Scandinavian-style apartment in the center of Athens, with some nice cafes and bakeries in the area. The beds were good, the AC working fine (which definitely was important in the 38C heat!) The washing machine was listed in the amenities by the time we booked the apartment, however, it was inoperative by the time of our arrival and we had no idea.

• Jessie (10/5): Perfect home away from home! - The style of this property is really cool! I love the attention to detail Anna has put in to the furnishings while keeping the homey vibe. We loved the lounge area and really appreciated the functional air conditioning. we didn’t cook any meals but the kitchen is fully equipped and the cupboards have all the oils vinegars and spices you can think of. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom looks great with stone walls, nice pressure on the shower and the Morrocon shower gels we’re such a treat! Every was pretty much perfect! The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs with no lift access. We had big heavy bags but Anna helped us and it was not a problem though people with less mobility may struggle - especially in the heat!

• Jane (10/5): A stylish and peaceful retreat in a busy city. - Smart cosmopolitan style with luxurious bed and a perfect little balcony to enjoy breakfast. Remarkably quiet location but within just a few minutes walk of bars and restaurants. Round the corner and 2 minutes walk takes you to a long wide street with fantastic views of the Acropolis. Or head up the street and uphill to explore the open spaces of the parks dotted with ancient ruins. A perfect apartment to explore the thrilling city, with a quiet nights sleep. Different floor levels took some getting used to, but not really a problem.
• Kieran (10/5): Very enjoyable stay in an excellent setting - Very friendly and helpful hosts who responded swiftly to any queries. The location is excellent - it was amazing to go to all the sites only a short walk away and there are so many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Only a minor issue - the internet was unreliable during our stay.
• Kasturi (9/5): Superb - Anna is a great host! The apartment is really centrally located and has very cool places to eat and shop. The Acropolis is barely 20 mins walking. I didn't have too much time to explore other parts of Athens because unfortunately the weather was bad on one day, but the cosy apartment compensated amply for the rainy day! Definitely recommended.

• Elissavet (10/5): Nice modern space in a historic neighbourhood - It is a spacious renovated modern apartment. The bed is indeed exceptional as promised. Fully equipped kitchen with a nice living room area. The door gives an added sense of security although it is located in a nice area where people walk all the time. It was definitely worth the money.
• Janina (10/5): An Oasis in Athens - It is almost 40 years since I visited the area and never stayed in an apartment. It was beautifully equipped and full instructions for entry were given by Anna who was really helpful. I knew she would answer any questions or concerns of needed. I was impressed with the lighting, comfort and the clever storage facilities. My favourite place was the balcony in the morning, people watching with a coffee. Despite the number of buildings around it was very peaceful, residents had made little oases on their balconies. In one direction there are a number of grocery shops, in another on a pedestrianised tramway, specialist shops, cafes and a bar close by. The walkways around the Acropolis were accessible via a number of routes as was the centre of the city and numerous attractions. An easy going and very pleasant environment. The Metro runs from stations a few minutes away, but I preferred to walk and take in the sights. Highly recommended ! I found getting used to the technology just a bit scary at first, because it wasn't what I was used to. The same with the different floor levels, which I liked but sometimes I forgot about. There was nothing I disliked.

The area is quiet at night but very close to everything. Anna was very kind and helpful. She replied very quickly to all my messages and made sure we were OK. We hope to be able to stay at this apartment again. Everything was great!

• Katakoti (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, well equipped apartment in a calm neighborhood but close to all attractions in the city either on foot or by public transport. Easy check-in, check-out, all digital. Cold water was waiting in the fridge, no greater treatment I could imagine after a long trip. No complaints, everything was just great.

• Jmagmar (10/5): The cutest place to explore Athens from. - The communication with the host was fantastic, they are very helpful and kind. The accomodation itself is exceptional. This apartment is so sweet and clean, and the location was by far my favourite part of Athens. It's outside of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area, but has very cute little bars and restaurants within walking distance. I cannot fault this property, it literally had everything we needed! Even a washing machine!
