• Alper (10/5): Clean, central, and great value for money with an incredibly helpful host. - From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly attentive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. The house was spotless and very well-located—central, yet in a convenient spot. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to public transport, and getting there from the airport was super easy and straightforward. The apartment features two clean bedrooms, a living room, a balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything was easy to find, and both the Wi-Fi and amenities were in great working order. Considering everything, the price-to-performance ratio is satisfying. The only minor thing to note is that the key pickup location is placed a bit high, which might be a slight challenge for shorter guests. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

• Ines (8/5): - Die großen, hellen Zimmer die Aufteilung der Wohnung mit den bequemen, großzügigen Betten ! ... Für unseren Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Enkelkindern echt toll 😃 ....die Bauweise lässt viele Geräusche zu - die Hausregeln mit Nachtruhe wurden aber genau eingehalten 👍🏼
• Ekaterina (6/5): - Расположение. Метро в 10 минутах ходьбы. Тихий спальный район. В квартире также было тихо, соседи не беспокоили. На кухне много посуды. Квартира тёплая, батареи регулировались. Сразу обозначу, что отзыв составлен на основе именно нашего большого опыта путешествий семьи с маленькими детьми. Вероятно, мы попали в высокий период, но 200 евро в сутки оказался оверпрайс. Квартира с очень старым ремонтом, часть мебели и предметов интерьера сломана. Основные кровати оказались неудобными, очень твёрдыми и скрипучими. Я сплю с ребенком, и для меня наличие нескрипучей кровати критично. Кровать, которая раскладывается в одной из спален нам подошла больше, но изначально она не была предложена как спальное место. Подушки также оказались неудобными. В ванной комнате на стенах имеется плесень. В целом в квартире стоит запах сигаретного дыма, хотя по правилам квартиры в ней курение запрещено, однако чем теплее было в квартире, тем больше проявлялся этот запах. Квартира не подходит для совсем ималеньких детей, так как небезопасная (много незакрепленной мебели, старые розетки). Судя по тому, как меня ударило током от вилки уже отключенного от сети фена, в квартире нет заземления.

• James (9/5): Incredible location! - Awesome location. 10 minutes to walk to Alexanderplatz and great train and tube connections. Accommodation was unexpectedly quiet given the proximity to the city. The kitchen really could do with a sharp knife!

• Hanna (9/5): Viihtyisä ja siisti asunto hyvällä sijainnilla - Asunto oli hyvän kokoinen 4 henkiselle perheelle ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Asunto oli siisti. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli sujuvaa. Aivan talon vieressä oli ihana puisto, jossa oli mm. trampoliineja, vesisuihkuja, jumppalaitteita ja tilaa juoksennella. Lähellä ei ollut vapaita parkkipaikkoja. Lopulta jouduimme jättämään auton n. 300 metrin päähän parkkipaikalle joka maksoi 54 euroa kolmelta päivältä.

• Victoria (10/5): Perfect base to explore Berlin - Really lovely apartment that had everything we needed. Bright and light, perfectly clean, comfortable beds, great facilities. Instructions on how to access property and communication from host all exceptional. Quiet area, and our daughter enjoyed the playground just outside.

• Andrei (9/5): Short city trip - Decent location in a quiet neighborhood. Some of the things in the apartment will remind you of the DDR but it's really good value for the money. There is public paid parking on the street 200m away from the apartment.
• Steve (9/5): Like travelling back in time. - Lovely clean place with an easy check in with good contact and instructions from the host. Not really much not to like. Basic kitchen and furniture, but in keeping with the area.

• Imelda (8/5): Cozy home in a quiet residential area. 15 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. - The guidance to collect the keys was very clear & easy to follow. The house is cozy with good amenities. The lock box is situated high on a sign pole & we had difficulty reaching it. The washing machine was not working.
• Burn (9/5): Apartment with basic necessities - The place is quiet. There is a playground next to the apartment building so the kid with us enjoyed it. There are 2 grocery stores nearby. We were able to cook our own food 😉 The host was able to provide electric fans for each bedroom as per request. The 2 bedrooms are spacious. It was a bit of a struggle for us on how to open the main door of the apartment. Only one of us was able to get it opened 😂
• Claudia (7/5): Simple and comfortable stay in Berlin - Large, bright and clean apartment. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Located in a residential neighborhood relatively close to public transport (10 min to bus, 10 min to metro). Well-equipped kitchen with various products (spices, olive oil, tea) left at our disposal. Simple and somewhat old-fashioned decor but sufficient and suitable for a few days' stay. When we checked in the bathroom floor was wet - there was a water leak in the toilet cistern. The message we sent never got a response from the host. We missed hangers or places to hang clothes in the bedroom.

The area is very nice and quiet facing a pedestrian section of Singerstrasse and a relaxing park. The apartment itself is quite comfortable and it features all the possible items you might need

• Sheila (9/5): Comfortable home in Berlin - The home was comfortable with a good furnished kitchen. There were fans in each room, making it quite comfortable. The bathroom had a shower as well as a tub. It was very clean. The dining area was useful for dinner as well as playing card games. It was an easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and the u- bahn station. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The key to the building and apartment was difficult to find. Vegetation had grown up making the key box more hidden .

• Polly (5/5): Clean, convenient, well priced, fairly basic - Good location and price, very clean, nice to have some games and books. Getting in was fine. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. It was good for the kids as nothing was too fancy! Very thin curtains and a strange string curtain in the living room. The electrics were a bit worrying (light hanging loose from ceiling, electric socket loose from wall, lots of daisy chained extension leads). The oven looked clean but smelled awful and smoked when we turned it on. Bed was very creaky and not very comfortable. The living room had either very strong lights or a dim lamp. For some reason there were about ten remote controls for a single TV.

• Anonymous (7/5): Close to the TV tower but a little bit on the expensive side - Location and being surrounded by playgrounds. Big rooms with loads of storage. All electrical goods you might need There’s no mention of the hostel next door - noise is an issue there. No mention of current building works at the next door playground. Again, noise starts at 7am. The mattress and bed frame in one of the bedrooms were so noisy and creaky - restless sleeping in there. The whole flat needs renovation - it’s made up of furniture and fittings that are randomly matched to make it work.

• Samara (8/5): Big and well equiped, but not good if you have problems to move - The apartment is big and very well equipped, much better than most touristic apartments, just like a real home (although a bit old-fashioned). Nights are very quiet. Good choice for families with kids. It's not a good option for people who have disabilities or moving problems: the lift starts from the first storey, and the bathtub is very high. You also need to walk about 10 minutes to get to almost any public transport, and there are no cafés or restaurants close, so arrive with food if you arrive late.
• Serge (8/5): Wunderbar. - The location, green and quiet surroundings and cozy feeling of the apartment. Everything was ready for us to relax and enjoy Berlin. We could not find easily how to dispose the trash and recycle bins. The Shower head/faucet was a bit tricky to use.
• Subhro_1982 (9/5): Perfect we will return back to Berlin and stay here - Location was good, rooms were perfect, kitchen was perfect, Edeka very near to the apartment Dishwasher and an extra WC would be really nice to have, but still I must say these should not be treated as a must have, more of nice to have. Also i liked everything about this apartment.
