• Jason (7/5): Nice location, a little outside the city but good price. Needs some improvements. - Location was ok, 20 minute walk to the Guinness Storehouse, the transit we did not end up taking even though we bought a Leap card. Place was ok, a little hot at first so we had to turn the heating down. Check in was 4pm which is late in the day. The fridge is a small undercounter 5.1 cubic foot fridge so not very good for a family of 5 and takes forever for things to cool down. The pullout bed in the leather sofa was disgustingly dirty with crumbs etc. Hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time, I should get refunded the cleaning fee. As a result my son had to sleep on the couch. The sofa layout does not work because the TV is behind it so when someone is sleeping on the couch you can't watch tv, so we turned the sofa around. I would look at other accommodations next time before visiting this one.

• TF (5/5): Ik kom hier niet terug - Het matras was perfect, koelkastje eveneens, de douche was fijn. Er zijn supermarkten, busaansluitingen vlakbij, het centrum is op 20, 30 minuten loopafstand, relatief rustige buurt. Handdoeken, beddengoed, bestek, kookgerei was allemaal heel erg goed. Alles was schoon en netjes. Hosts gaven vooraf zeer uitgebreide info over de accomodatie en over mogelijke (en onmogelijke) uitstapjes in Dublin en omgeving. Ik ben er vol vertrouwen heen gegaan, ze kwamen zeer welwillend en transparant over. In het gastenboek wat er ligt las ik niets dan complimenten van zeer tevreden kostgangers die allemaal een heerlijk verblijf hadden gehad. Dit zou vast goedkomen, dacht ik. Maar ik kwam bedrogen uit... Ik zat in de Oscar Wilde, op de derde verdieping die alleen per trap te bereiken is. Dit was niet gemeld maar staat inmiddels wel bij de lijst met voorzieningen vermeld. Er was geen fatsoenlijke kledingkast (een kleine van een meter hoog in de -vermoedelijk- voormalige schoorsteen) ook geen kledingrek zoals vermeld of zelfs maar een haakje in het halletje om je jas aan op te hangen. Ook was de vermelde wasmachine, noch de wasdroger ergens te vinden voor gebruik, ik had hier wel op gerekend maar kwam bedrogen uit. Maar het ergste was: Geluidsoverlast. 1. Van mensen in kamers naast mij, zowel hoofdzijde bed (gesprekken/ruzies woordelijk kunnen verstaan alsof de mensen bij mij op de kamer waren), als keukenzijde gasstel (gesprekken kunnen verstaan), als badkamer (o.a. hoest- en stoelganggeluiden). 2. Renovatiewerkzaamheden, waaronder betonboren tussen 7:00 am en 16:30 pm onder het raam, bij de buren. Dit was mijn 'uitzicht op de tuin'. Dit was niet gemeld maar zonder twijfel wel bekend bij de hosts, dat dit vooraf niet met mij besproken is, vind ik heel erg kwalijk. Ik had deze kamer niet geboekt als ik dit had geweten. Dat zal vast de reden zijn dat dit euvel niet aan mij werd geopenbaard. 3. Een zeer luidruchtige water/cv-installatie in het plafond van de kamer. Deze sloeg, ook 's nachts, om de 3 minuten aan en ruiste erg hard. Ik kwam niet tot rust op de kamer hierdoor. Zonder oordopjes was het niet te doen. Hierop is allemaal niet gewezen door de hosts, terwijl het niet anders kan dan dat ze van deze zaken op de hoogte zijn en ik heb mede daarom niet de moeite genomen om het te benoemen en een discussie/zeurverhaal hierover aan te gaan maar heb me gefocust op mijn afscheid van Dublin. Niks kan ooit Dublin voor mij verpesten, helaas zijn de prijzen voor het verblijf op niveau New York sinds de Corona pandemie en daarom was dit mijn laatste keer.

The hosts were very - Loved the location, and the chicken instructions were great. The clothes dryer didn’t work, so a fix on that would be great for the next guest. Also, the dishwasher handle is broken, so it was a little tricky to get it to open.

• Ejmen (7/5): So while the accommodation is fine for a short stay, it’s probably not the best choice for anyone looking for peace and - The accommodation we booked through Booking was overall quite decent. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The location was also good, with plenty of shopping options and places to eat nearby, which made things very convenient. On the downside, the walls were extremely thin, so you could hear almost everything from the neighbors upstairs, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, there are construction sites right next to the property, and work started early in the morning, making it consistently noisy.

Although the bus stop was right outside the apartment if required. Bed had a very uncomfortable mattress with one side being quite high resulting in person on that side rolling down into the middle.

• Sebastien brejon (8/5): Très bien ! - L appartement était très bien, spacieux, bien équipé et confortable. Un arrêt de bus était à proximité pour un accès dans le centre en 20min. Nous n’avons pas pu rencontrer les propriétaires mais ils nous ont transmis les informations nécessaires et des conseils touristiques via la messagerie. La chaudière est à coté de la chambre et est parfois bruyante.

We got message about how to get in the apartment, how to get to the city center, to the grocery shops, to the pub, and so on. Thank you! It was cold floor, so in the future would be nice to be informed about it in advance, thank you. It was a bit confusing about electricity, how it works, Which device belongs to which switch. But we survived :)
• Adil (10/5): Excellent séjour en famille à Dublin - Tout! Appartement super propre, fonctionnel très bien situé. Jolie décoration et ameublement. Propriétaires qui nous ont envoyé plusieurs messages avec des conseils et les choses à savoir avant d'arriver. Il y avait tout à proximite pour faire des courses et l'électroménager ainsi que la vaisselle etaient en excellent etat et assez pour une famille. Le chauffage, la température idéale alors qu'il faisait froid dehors, la télévision avec Netflix et Disney, bref tout était top! Il y avait un petit bruit regulier la nuit qui semblait venir de la salle de bains mais nous n'avons jamais su de quoi il s'agissait.

• Blimkie (8/5): Cosy Glencourt apartment for One - The location was great. Within walking distance to downtown and Phoenix Park! The tourist information provided was superb and very helpful. The room had all appliances required for a comfortable stay. Key pickup and drop-off was very easy and accessible. And buses were easily accessible also. I couldn't figure out how to start the microwave. The Big bed frame didn't easily allow the table to come out so I had to put my suitcase on the floor. This took up more room. I felt a little cooped up. It really was a lovely cosy room and I loved the hallway and the bathroom. However the bed was a little hard and that big bed frame seemed yo take up so much room.

It was tiny, it had a settee bed, the cooker was rusty, there was a smell from the bathroom, and a curtain was hanging off the rail.

Para o Phenix Park são 8 minutos caminhando!Há também um pub muito grande na próxima esquina. Fiona and Liam, anfitriões nos escreveram mensagens com ótimas dicas de passeios e restaurantes, foram muito atenciosos, nos indicaram como chegar o centro da cidade etc (10 min de bus para a Temple Bar, 2 euros por pessoa). O apto é muito completo, bom para tomar o café da manhã e sair, há tudo o que é necessário. Tv boa, com vários canais, foi td bem.

• Patrick (7/5): Ein guter Mix aus privatem Rückzugsort und schneller Verbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. - Die Lage war/ist super. Etwas außerhalb des Innenstadttrubels und dennoch nicht zu weit weg. Mit Bus oder Tram ist man in 20 min in der Stadt und selbst wenn man läuft, ist man in 30min im Zentrum. Direkt um die Ecke ein Lidl und ein Tesco. Wer sich selbst auf der Reise versorgen möchte und Hoteldienstleistungen verzichten mag, optimal. Aktuell (Sep.2025) wird nebenan gebaut. Und die Handwerker sind zeitig auf dem Bau. Ich hatte Ohrenstöpsel dabei, daher hat es mich nicht direkt gestört. Zudem ein Grund mehr früh in den Tag zu starten.

• Radoslaw (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja urządzenie pokoju pomysłowe , pokój mały , ale pomieścił duże wygodne podwójne łóżko dwa wygodne fotele , stoliki nocne , krzesełka i stolik składany do ściany . Telewizor można sobie ustawić pod każdym kątem więc można oglądać z każdego miejsca w pokoju . Ogólnie nie ma na co narzekać . Brakowało mi choćby zmiotki i szufelki i miałem problem z telewizorem . Problem typu przeglądarki w telewizorze nie można było otworzyć żadnej strony przez Google.

• Miriam (8/5): Nice place - The flat was spacious and it was really well located (near restaurants, pubs, markets and bus stations). I had asked the owner if it was possible to have early check in. It was told to me that I would have the answer the day before. But this question was never answered in the end. So I think that communication could be better.

• Jasmin (8/5): Wunderbarer Städtetrip - Die Unterkunft war perfekt für einen Wochenendtrip nach Dublin mit Freunden. Es hatte alles was man braucht. In der Nähe gab es ein sehr charmantes Pub, in dem wir unsere Abende sehr genossen haben. Die Lage ist nicht ganz ideal, da der Weg ins Stadtzentrum zu Fuss ziemlich lange ist. Man sollte also sicher einplanen jeweils mit dem Bus ins Zentrum zu fahren.

• ALFREDO (8/5): Boa estadia em Dublin - Fiona, a anfitriã, foi muito atenciosa, enviou muitas informações antes e durante a nossa estadia. A localização é boa, perto do Phoenix Park, e a internet funciona bem. O box do banheiro é muito apertado. Nas fotos o apartamento parece maior e mais novo.

• Oleksandr (5/5): - Район в котором находятся апартаменты. Хозяин разрешил нам заехать раньше положенного времени. Хотя честно говоря заявленное время заезда 16:00 нам больше нигде и не встречалась. Апартаменты находятся на первом этаже. Окна упираются в соседние стены .создается впечатление что вы находитесь в подвале. Напор горячей воды в душе настолько ничтожен что поход в душ превращался в целый квест. в апартаментах есть Кофемашина но нет ни одной капсулы в апартаментах есть Кофемашина но нет ни одной капсулы . Обычно хозяин ложат хотя несколько чтобы понять какие именно капсулы нужно покупать. У нас были с собой капсулы но здесь очень своеобразные капсулы которые называются Т диск. Также в душе нет ни шампуня ни Геля для душа. На апартаменты только мыло для рук. Когда я попросил хозяина забронировать нам такси в аэропорт он предложил нам цену 35 € за человека, нас было четверо. Когда я заказал такси через приложение, нам это стоило 31 €, за всех.

• Yevhenii (9/5): - Great location, quiet place, large cozy rooms, large kitchen with everything you need. It's good that there are towels and bed linen. Very nice owners. We had a group of 12 people. They also recommended a taxi 🚕. It cost us 80€ to the airport (two cars). We couldn't find the key to the toilet (to lock it from the inside). And we needed to fix some minor furniture 👨‍🔧. And we couldn't even unfold one sofa (the leather one on the first floor). But there was enough space for everyone 🤗. This is just a recommendation.
• Julie (9/5): Real enjoyable stay in very luminous flat and well situated area. Welcoming hosts online. - The appartement is well situated close to Phoenix park which is a must do in Dublin, nice for a Sunday morning run! Many buses around to go to the center of town in about 15min. The area around has several nice restaurants and all needed shops. The flat was clean, the center room is wide and luminous, very enjoyable. Being there for Halloween there was a bit of noise in the building in the night but I guess expected anywhere.... Only one toilet situated in the bathroom and sofa bed in the leaving room not as comfortable as real beds. But those were little remarks, we really enjoyed our stay and we are very likely to come back.

• Magda (10/5): Nice and cosy - The location is close to the city center in a nice and quiet area, excellent communication with the host, who sent in advance all the necessary details and recommendations to eat and visit in Dublin.

• celine (8/5): - Appartement très propre et cosy, literie confortable, canapé lit compris. 30 min à pied de l hyper centre de Dublin, beaucoup de bus à proximité immédiate. Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue.

Ben situat i bonic Per 6 persones, quedava una mica just de material de cuina. La assecadora no anava bé i els sofàs llit tenien algunes taques a la tapisseria. La neteja era bona, però una mica escassa en els "fondos" portes i armaris per dalt, però net en general.
