• SANDRO (8/5): Praticità, nessun rumore molesto nei pressi della struttura, host gentile, MA accetta solo cash! - La posizione è ottima, a dieci minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e stabilimenti più vicini, a pochissimi minuti dalla strada principale piena di locali, supermercati, ATM, fermate dell’autobus per Saranda, ecc.. Essendoci la lavatrice condivisa al piano terra, parliamo di una villetta a due piani, potrebbe risultare scomodo per qualche gruppo o famiglia. Tuttavia l’ho trovata pressoché sempre disponibile.

Łóżko bardzo wygodne a pościel pachniała świeżością.Jeśli będziemy w Ksamil na pewno tam wrócimy. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie panią właścicielkę i faleminderit :) 🩷

• Glori (10/5): Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Villa Dovinefa - Mein Aufenthalt in der Villa Dovinefa in Ksamil war großartig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, ganz in der Nähe des Meeres und des Stadtzentrums, dabei angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!
• Chiara (10/5): Sicuramente torneremo - Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e circondato da tutti i servizi che possono servire a una famiglia in vacanza. Luogo tranquillo, sicuro e un personale che ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa. Appartamento spazioso e pulito con zona comune che permettono di passare una serata in compagnia anche lontano dalla movida del lungomare Unica pecca la doccia che non presenta un piatto doccia ma che comunque compie il suo dovere
• Mariella (4/5): Eravamo in 4 in una casina con bagno Minuscolo con rubinetti pieni di calcare non pulito bene.e la cucina non c’era me - Che era vicino al centro Il bagno non bene e con aspiratore che dava in cucina rilevata da 1 metri di terrazzo Mi dispiace perché posto bello casa in un buon punto Ma dovrebbe essere più curata .. e avere occhio x certe cose X esempio: Non si può tenere 3 giorni un secchio nell’ingresso con acqua sudicia

• Vânia (10/5): Foram 10 dias espetaculares - A simpatia dos proprietarios, sempre disponíveis para tudo, simpaticos e acolhedores. Alem disso estava sempre tudo muito limpo e também não se ouvia nehum varolho no apartamento, muito sossegado. Sempre tudo muito limpo e eles tem uma maquina de lavar roupa para todos os hóspedes incluindo o detergente para a roupa ou seja não precisamos de comprar nada para lavar a nossa roupa

We stayed for 5 nights and not once did they come to clean the room. the woman who receives us does not speak English

• Carlotta (7/5): Good - Great position, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Common washing machine available, free parking lot, room very clean, comfortable beds, extra pillows available. I did not use the cooking area but it's too little if you need to prepare a full meal, it's not very spacious. No dining table inside but one outside in the terrace.

The house was small but cozy and had all the essentials. The only downside was that there were a few missing kitchen utensils. The shower had no curtains, so it was a bit uncomfortable.

• Milene (8/5): Very good - The apartment is new, clean and the bed is great! There is a small kitchen perfect to prepare breakfast and fast meals. The hosts are very friendly. Close to supermarket and restaurants, walking distance. Great value for the money!

• Patryk (8/5): Very good - I would like to recommend this place. it's a good deal for the price. location super close to the center, coastline but at the same time quiet and peaceful at night. the owner in the middle of the stay offered to change the sheets and suggested and helped in doing the laundry. one morning she brought us fresh fruit on a plate which was a very sweet surprise. There is a parking space on the property of the owners of the house. The problem was water leaking during the shower. In the first room where there was only a fan it was constantly hot, the air conditioning from the second room was not able to cool the two rooms. Subsequently, it is possible that it was not the fault of the owners that there was no hot water on the penultimate day. To sum up, despite a few shortcomings, we recommend staying.

• Mladen (7/5): minimalistic apt, could be more clean, location inside Ksamil avg or below avg - - slept well, bakery and a small market are very close to the apt, wifi run well and hosts are friendly - shower sink, they run out no place to park car inside the premises, location within Ksamil is even perhaps below avg. Apt is pretty minimalistic. It wasn't as clean as the apt in Ksamil we stayed the previous year. We stayed only one night this time in Ksamil on our road back from Greece.

The rooms are very clean, tidy and comfortable. The hosts are very kind and helpful! We had a great stay in their villa and would definitely recommend! Everything was perfect, there isn’t a thing we didn’t like!
