After that they don't reply or answer my calls. I slept in that room for barely 4hours. The alarm just trips off consistently, after going through all these I still can't be refunded my security deposit which they promised they will.

• Cara (7/5): Nothing special but good for what we needed - It was fine for what it needed to be - it was a small space and not particularly high spec but it was a decent priced place to sleep not too far out of the city. The bed was very comfy There was wear and tear in the flat and the shower door was broken but as long as it's only for a short stay and you're going to be out most of the day anyway it was fine.
• Greg (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Owner would not send check in details at 3 pm requested, wanted me to take a screen shot of the transfer of the security deposit of €50 even though I had fully paid and sent in the long form as requested and copy of my passport. It would of been so easy just to check the revolut account and send the details, you can't even take a screen shot on revolut app. Avoid at all costs if you want somewhere with ease of check in and no stress. Booked somewhere else with great ease. Owner would not send check in details avoid. Owner would not cancel the reservation, still waiting on my partial refund and return of security deposit.

• Yani (7/5): It was better than expected - The place was actually much better than I expected after reading the comments. We were provided with everything we needed. We used the oven and it was almost completely new. We didn’t know how to turn on the shower and when we send a message, they replied immediately. The communication with the staff was easy and they always responded quickly. And the location is in a quiet area, 30 min walk from the city center. The place was small, so there wasn’t much space around, especially when you open the sofa bed and the bathroom needs some painting, but it wasn’t anything too bad.

• Joanie_k (8/5): I recommend this place for its location for attending concerts. - We loved the location which is very close to Croke Park stadium. It was very quiet also and had blackout curtains. The accommodation is basic but perfect to put your head down after a concert. . It's also close to a popular pub which was very lively and had a great buzz. Parking is on the pavement but it's free so I'm not complaining. Again basic, shower looked grubby but we weren't going to use it anyway.

• Andrea (5/5): Ok place to stay if going to Corkey Stadium. - Would give 3/5 overall experience. Studio was clean, clean linens provided as well as some hair & shower gel. Kitchenette was equipped well. For size of studio things were set up well. Coded lock on front main door and on room door which also had a additional key lock. Was easy walking distance to Corkey Stadium, mins away. There was several nice cafes & pubs close by & easy walking distance. 20-30min walk to more popular places, but flat easy walking. Bathroom smelled of mold/mildew, everytime you opened bathroom door you could smell it in studio. Some repairs need to be made to bathroom, like faucets wiggle on sink, a floor tile wiggles from water damage. The mattress on the bed seemed to be really old, had dents in it from where ppl had sat on the edge alot. Also springs were poking & uncomfortable to sleep on. The bed needs repairs to the IKEA style wood slats that hold the mattress. The wood wasn't attached to anything, would move, make loud sounds.

Neighbors can see directly into your room from outside in the smoking area and smoke goes into the room also. The property requires a hidden €50 security deposit on top of the booking that must be paid through a 3rd party website so be careful about that.

• Filip (10/5): Exceptional - This house is pure poetry. For the moaners out there who come for 1 night at the adjacent Hunger Games Arena, you got it all wrong! Parking is free and right in front of your nose. If something doesn't work or appears not to work (!), investigate, communicate, search and you'll find!! Alternatives are always available. For the state the house is in, the staff are doing great job to keep it afloat, kudos to Miss Cleaner specifically! Towels and blankets are always super clean and smell soooooooooooooo gooooooooood😋 I could go on and on but words can't do justice to this hidden gem of Paradise on Earth 😎 Appliances should be serviced a bit more often in my opinion, especially shower in apt. 2 🙏 Deposit €50 shouldn't be necessary, I believe it only adds to the owner's admin costs and pi.ses off numerous guests as I witnessed. These are just hints, I wouldn't dare to criticise what is now deeply embedded in my heart and part of my network of Homes❤

• Jenny (4/5): Disappointing - The locatoin was perfect for me. The rooms were clean and my request to get a battery replaced in the fire alarm was acted on quite quickly. While the facilities were good - small kitchen and private bathroom, the room should have been a single as it wasn't big enough to move around the double bed. The sheets were clean but cheap and felt awful. And it looked like every bit of the room had been recycled from somewhere else and thrown together to fit in the room with glue/silicon/other filler. A small bit of attention to detail would go a long way. The door code system was not easy to manage for my elderly parent.

• Conor (3/5): Absolute Lies. - The only positive thing I can say about this accommodation is that the bed was comfy. The amount of false advertising on their page for these "rooms" is horrific and borderline illegal. On their page it states that there is: 1. Free Parking available around the premises. 2. Number lock security for the room and premises. 3.Toiletries, milk, cereal included. 4. A city and terrace view. 5. A picnic area (hilarious). 6. A smoking area. 7. A sneaky 50 euro deposit is required that is not clearly stated. That will be returned "UP TO" 7 days after our stay. Amongst many other things. I will go through these points all individually. 1. Check in was at 4PM in the evening. We asked for an early check in and was met with a thick response and told that they are "understaffed" and do not have a cleaner ready to prepare the room until after 4 but we can check in if we want. We asked where the free parking is and was told that it is just on the main street outside the building. There were no spaces anywhere along the road and we were forced to park 15 minutes away from the building. This cost us more money. We were then told at the end of the call "not to go calling them complaining that the place isn't clean." 2. There was a number lock on the main door into the building. When we got to our room the number lock was broken/didn't work. We were able to just walk in and out of our room. There might as well have not been a door there. 3. They advertised cereal, milk, and shampoo in their photos and on their page. Nothing was provided for us. We had to pay for all those things out of pocket just so we could shower ourselves. Complete lie. 4./5. The only view of anything was of the disgusting back yard. Rotting wood put on top of the bins, broken gutters which leads to deafening sounds of water during the night. And a "lovely" view of the rear side of derelict buildings. There was no view of anything but dirt. 6. No smoking area was anywhere in the premises.

• Tim (2/5): The owner should be ashamed of offering this “ghetto” property in a dangerous neighborhood as it is in desperate need of - Had hot water. We were left no laundry detergent (a cleaning supply, you see), only one hand towel, one coffee mug, no free toiletries nor cereals all of which are mentioned and/or shown in the listing. There is no reading lamp and the ceiling light fixture is missing a cover leaving only a bare bulb. We would also expect a top sheet not just a duvet cover. Isn’t a GFI shaver fixture required in the bathroom?  Also, though the place seems cleaned there is evidence of utter neglect and Jerry rigged repairs, not at all done professionally. For instance the end cap of the kitchen counter is missing and no effort seemed expended to repair it before allowing us in. Likewise, there are unsanitary fixes around the broken bathroom sink which would NEVER pass inspection. Other items could be mentioned but are too numerous to list. I would expect the missing items above be furnished tomorrow and that just compensation be accommodated us for the bother of reporting unprofessional and unsanitary conditions.

The room was bigger than it looked in the pictures and felt newly reconstructed. There was always enough space to park in front of the house. The shower didn't look very clean, but was functional overall, so no big deal

Facilities were filthy, bed and sheets were dirty, no bedding for sofa bed, still waiting for security deposit. This place is not fit for purpose. Hence this term is not mentioned in booking conditions.
• Ryan (1/5): Absolute dump, the Host doesn’t care….AVOID! - I booked the property took me 3.5 hours to get the access code The properties reluctance to respond. Oh and Eve host double booked me, I got out the shower a couple lying on my bed. I was the one who had to help sort it out for them as they didn’t speak much English, and guess what, yep; the host took over an hour to respond and I have these people in my room. Stay away at all costs. And 24hrs after check out still works waiting on my €50 back
