• Christina (4/5): The host refused to respond to messages and let themselves into the apartment *twice* without our knowledge or consent, - The property was in the advertised location. The property utilized photos that were inaccurate and misleading. The single bathroom and consequentially the kitchen smelled of sewage and were dirty upon check-in. The host was not communicative and ignored multiple messages. Finally, and most unacceptably, the host let themselves into the apartment twice without our knowledge or consent; it was entirely unprofessional, dangerous, and unacceptable.
• Donna (3/5): Good location but would never stay there again - in need of repairs!!! - The location was very close to shops and transport. The rooms did not have adequate curtains to block out the light of a night. It was also in need of repairs. A light was hanging out of the ceiling, water on the floor in the bathroom on arrival and no light over the shower recess as well as a curtain hung to cover the broken glass screen. PowerPoint held in place with tape.

• Ewelina (1/5): Apartment in basement. Smell of dampness. Very small bathroom. Not recommended - Apartment in basement. Smell of dampness. Very small we can say claustrophobic size of bathroom. Our team have to leave few days earlier, no refund for the rest of the days however have to pay extra 30 euro for someone to come early to give them back deposit. Very not recommended to anyone.

• Wesley (8/5): Family of five - Apartment was easy to find and spacious. It is a basement apartment that has a quirky decor. The third bed has no blanket or bedding.

• Gabik (8/5): Great place to stay for a week in Munich - I loved the location, very close to the lots of public transport and shops along with museums, the heating in the place made it nice and cosy, the TV was a nice touch even though I couldn't understand anything except for a word here or there, the rooms were nice and tidy, hot water was available all the time. Overall a great experience I didn't like that the kitchen was missing an oven or an air or oil fryer to make up for it but that may not be a problem for some

• Mehic (6/5): Pleasant - Location was ok. Reasonable distance from underground and tram. Host responded to our request for extra bed. Cleanliness was lacking. Especially in bathroom and kitchen. Due to it being in basement entire apartment smelt musty, maybe even some mold. Host never responded to any of my messages for changing check in and out times.

• Vinay (5/5): Check all details - Location is good and the property was reasonably cheaper None of the windows have rollers or dark shades. So in summer you can't sleep at 9. Microwave was dirty and stinks. Dishwasher was super smelly too. Bath was also stinking of mould. Apart from 1 bed room and main doors, 2 other doors are glass!!! How would one sleep with glass door?? Remember the apartment is in Keller which was good considering the summer heatwave.
• Альона (7/5): Good - Radiators are regulated. So it's getting warm quickly. There is good Wi-Fi. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and do not creak. Quiet place. You can sleep well. This is a basement.  The windows are small under the ceiling.  At first, it presses a little.  One of the beds - a sofa - is located right in the hallway without windows. The handle of the door to the bathroom is falling off. The door in the shower is skewed.  For our child, they gave only a sheet on the sofa, there was no pillow or blanket.  Nobody responds to requests.
• Tetyana (7/5): Good - Good placement, apartment situated on the underground level, close to keller. Reasonable price for the property. The apartment itself is quite good and clean even if it needs some renovation. Meanwhile we didn't really appreciated the communication with the owner before our arrival. He didn't respond our questions (about Wi-Fi ), but wrote a couple of confusing messages about the number of people staying in the apartment, and did it in Russian. Later he switched to German in a quite arrogant way.
• Brayan (1/5): Bad - Nothing Agreed was a transmission of the access code for the apartment at 4 pm. The access code had to be claimed by phone and came only an hour later. The access code did not work! The subsequent complaint was challenged by the host. If one wished, this could be checked against payment of € 50 and the door to the apartment opened! The too late transmitted code was wrong and the door to the apartment could not be opened, was then opened on site around 10 pm by the host. On the last evening we were still advised to vacate the apartment the next day until 10 o'clock. Miserable and unfriendly service! Hospitality looks different. This accommodation is not recommended.

• Carpio (3/5): Uncomfortable 😣 - it was very convenient. it is near the bus stop and groceries. Apart from that, the owner was considerate about the check-in time. for its value, the place is huge and has amenities. It’s understandable that the place is not modern. However, the place is not that clean. The bed sheets, the pillows and the place doesn’t smell nice and it was so uncomfortable. The WLAN doesn’t also work unfortunately.
