The apartment is newly renovated. Everything is new and clean. The apartment is very spacious and quiet during the nights. The host is helpful and friendly. Maybe add a few hooks in the bathroom.

Parking was tight, we were denied early check-in when I called the morning of our arrival, however when we showed up to drop off our luggage, the room was available - that would have been good to know the first time I called.

• Claire (9/5): Für unseren Aufenthalt trotz einiger Kleinigkeiten ideal gelegen. - wir waren für 9 Nächte dort und überraschender Weise gab es zwei Mal eine kostenlose Zwischenreinigung. Der Vermieter war stets erreichbar und sehr nett. Ich war für einen kleinen Eingriff für eine Nacht in der Uniklinik. Die Wohnung liegt 8 MInuten zu Fuß vom HBF und 7 Minuten zur Uni Klinik. Auch ist vieles per Fuß zu erreichen, inkl. Kauf von Lebensmittel (Bäckerei gegenüber, Lidl, Rewe, DM und Rossmann in ca. 4 Miuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend. Im LIdl um die Ecke waren zwei Security Leute, die ständig aufpassen mussten. Unsere Wohnung war im ersten OG. Direkt und meinem Schlafzimmer war ein Tor vom INnnenhof zur Strasse. WEnn das aufgemacht wurde war es sehr laut in der Wohnung, da die Wohnung sehr schlecht gedämmt ist.

• Nicole (7/5): - Great location near town square, lots of food and monuments. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable with lots of storage for clothes. Bathroom seemed new and had good water pressure. Kitchen was small and it didn't have basic neccesseities like a dish cloth, chopping board and cooking oil. We also werent given any check in instructions and were a bit confused on arrival. We werent given instructions on where to empty our bin.

Clean, spacious modern Location was at a dodgy area full of peculiar people in the neighborhood. As a result I tried to return early at the accommodation.. there was no shampoo only shower gel and one big towel and a small one. You should have a medium sized one. How does one dries his/her? For 180 euros per day , it was an expensive place with limited things such as toiletries, oil, vinegar, pepper etc.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed We were in apartment 8 on the sixth floor and the lift was not working. Having to work out our daily routine around not having to climb up 6 flights of stairs more than once a day was a major issue for us as we are in our mid 70s. We were told the lift would be fixed the next day but 4 days later it was not fixed. Luggage was also a major issue because of the stairs

• Valerie (10/5): Extremely comfortable room with good amenities and a friendly host. - I arrived early and the host let me in within minutes of calling so that I could store my luggage. My room was unoccupied at the time, so the host gave me the key immediately. The room was heated nicely and was very clean. I enjoyed the coffee/tea corner, the spacious shower, and the balcony.

• Kirryn (8/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay there again. - The apartment was very spacious (much bigger than we anticipated). Having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was a plus for us, and plenty of room to spread out in the lounge room. The showers there were great (the best we had in Europe). The kitchen was well-appointed (though we did have some trouble getting the cook top working at first!). Great parking just down the street recommended by the host (190m, about a 3 minute walk. 10 Landwehrstrasse - Tiefgarage Sonnenhof). Would definitely return again, the location was great, super close to Marienplatz. Nothing of note. Elevator was on the small side, which meant we had to do 2 trips up to our apartment when we arrived with our luggage, but that didn't bother us at all.
