- Adela (10/5): - Apartamentul este spațios și foarte curat. Curatenia este făcută zilnic. Prosoapele sunt schimbate zilnic. Lenjeria ne-a fost schimbata la doua zile. Proprietarul este foarte amabil. Exista parcare în curtea hotelului. Curtea se închide în timpul nopții. Apartamentul este situat intr-o zona linista, aproape de toate plajele și restaurantele. Recomand aceasta locație!

No anúncio aparece "Apartamentos Margarita", pensando que estava a alugar um apartamento apareceu na reserva que tinha reservado um estúdio, quando cheguei ao local deram-me um quarto sem qualquer tipo de equipamento (alguns utensílios de cozinha) questionei o proprietário, que mostrou arrogância com as minhas questões, achando que estava a pagar demasiado por um quarto, perguntei lhe qual era o valor de um apartamento, ao que ele respondeu que o valor de um quarto ou apartamento é o mesmo, senti-me explorada.

The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was great, very convenient and close to everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

- Eva (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in the apartment for 6 nights and everything was just great. The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable. The place was spacious enough for 4 people. Kitchen well equipped to prepare a breakfast and some cooking. Big bathroom with shower. Although Ksamil is busy place during July and August, this place is quiet as it is in side small street. Restaurants, nice bakery and supermarkets are close by. Another plus for us was there were the cats from the neighborhood .... we love cats :-) The manager who takes care about the guests came very fast, gave us the keys and explained what was needed. So nice and smiling guy! The cleaning lady made a great job. Apartment was perfectly cleaned every day. You could eat from the floor how clean it was! She also daily changed all towels. Wi-Fi 100% - very important for our teenagers! Beach just 6 mins walk (Artur beach). Rather smaller, so in August busy, but nice and clean with comfortable sun beds & umbrellas. There is a beach restaurant serving different meals (salads, pasta, pizza,.. + drink) and what was fantastic that you can be served directly on the beach. You can also support street cats and dogs with the food and water. Just watch around and you will see, especially in the evening ;-)

Also the beach is not that great where the free sun beds are. Other beaches in the area are much nicer however the sun beds there range from €25-€30.

- Annapaola (10/5): Cosy stay in Ksamil - The apartment is big and works perfectly for a family. Everything was perfect and really clean. Laundry scent all over the room. The staff is friendly and polite. The owner is amazing. Helpful, friendly and always smiling. You can ask him anything you need. He speaks fluent English. You can walk to the most popular beaches and bars and restaurants. Top location!!! I would definitely recommend this place.
- Jean (10/5): Exceptional - It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the beds were so comfortable. The location was fabulous. Communication was very good. Free sunbeds on the beach about a five minute walk from the apartment were an added bonus. Clean towels every day and the bedding change in the middle of our week stay, and the apartment is cleaned every day,, 👌 would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. The only things missing for us were proper wine glasses and a bottle opener, but it is a very small thing and certainly didn't impact our wonderful stay at the Apartment. Nothing at all it was fabulous 👌

Very clean, very well equiped (dishes, pans, pressure cooker!, water kettle, two TV, Wifi, air conditioner, hair dryer etc.) host very responsive and kind. Very comfortable beds. Nice, well maintained garden. 2 minutes from the beach. Very satisfied.

The hotel's location was also excellent, just a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. We were able to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and had a great time. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay here was truly perfect, and we highly recommend this hotel!

- Ivo (9/5): The apartment was great, Ksamil sucks. - The apartment was great, modern looking, cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a mini fridge, flat TV and air conditioner. Nice thing is that balcony door has window screen so you can leave the door open to get fresh air inside the room. The bathroom was clean and we had hot water all the time. The service was excellent, clean towels and clean apartment every day. It was our first stay in Ksamil, so the host was kind and helped us a lot. The private beach is 10-15 minutes walking form the apartment and it is a small crowded beach with a lot of pollution in the water. Would not recommend to go to the beach by car, because of the traffic most probably you will get stuck and wait 20-30 minutes to get to the beach. Most probably will never visit Ksamil again. It is not like it looks on the videos, beaches are all privatized with prices starting from 20 euros for a sunbed and half-broken umbrella. Beaches are unnatural with a white sand only to the point where you can reach the bottom with your feet. The water is clean and turquoise only in the morning. After you pass the area with white sand, the water is dirty and smells badly.

- Vladi (9/5): Pretty good apartments with great staff - The apartment was very clean, well-located and the staff were very helpful. + there was a huge balcony which was quite a good surprise Once the light went off in the middle of the night, and the emergency generator went on running turning the light above the entrance door on. Unfortunately, we couldn’t turn it off as there were no light switches and we just had to wait until the general light is back on
