• Lapkauskiene (6/5): - Шикарный уникальный вид. Без машины тут делать нечего. Есть своя парковка, свой дворик. Если бы на территории был бассейн, было бы шикарно. Для тех, кто любит тишину и природу, а не шум города. С семьёй было тесновато. Если планируете готовить, то кухня маленькая и неочень удобно, шкафчики пахнут сыростью. Кран в душевой течёт, нужна замена. Стиральня машина тоже течёт. Ванная комната тесновата. Муравьи везде.

• Anna (10/5): Il Paradiso vicino Ksamil - Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la posizione e la pulizia e l'organizzazione della casa. La signora Speranza è deliziosa, disponibilissima e molto gentile! Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione abitativa. Il panorama è mozzafiato e la posizione strategica per le più belle spiagge di Ksamil! Pulizia eccellente!! Forse il lavabo del bagno molto piccolo e magari cambiare il materasso del letto matrimoniale che è un pochino imbarcato nel mezzo. Per il resto è tutto Super! Vacanza meravigliosa!

• Vase (8/5): Homely atmosphere with a beautiful view - If you need peace, a beautiful view, away from crowds, then this is it Respect to the owner who managed to capture a beautiful homely atmosphere, but my well-intentioned advice, the accessories in the kitchen some need to be renewed and some are missing, the silicone in the bathroom of the sink and shower needs to be renewed, especially the sink cabinet has from the water damage that smells unbearable when you sit on the toilet bowl (the toilet seat is very small), and in the bedroom the mattress on the right side goes down when you sleep, and in the kitchen when you open the lower part there is a smell of moisture. They are not major flaws, but if the owner wants to keep the high rating, he can undertake to repair these flaws.
• Gary (8/5): Be aware there is another studio sharing the garden. - Amazing location and well appointed property Felt deceived by the listing as there are actually two apartments on the same property and we only found out that we shared the garden when a child walked into our apartment that was staying nextdoor. This fact is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. This forced us to change our plans to sunbath in the garden.
