• Daniela (10/5): Da scegliere per avere un luogo accogliente e ben posizionato dal quale partire per scoprire Napoli. - La posizione davvero strategica come punto di partenza per visitare la città e per l'offerta di "qualsiasi cosa", dal caffè con un dolce a una pizza. Struttura accogliente, tranquilla, dotata del necessario come punto di appoggio per chi arriva a Napoli per scoprirla. Padrone di casa squisito!

The moment we arrived by taxi at the front door the internet at our phones stopped working. It is a place with very bad internet coverage. People also don't speak much English in that area so hard to communicate with people on the street and shops. The street is so narrow that it is hard to walk. It is even harder to find a Taxi. Please try to refund my 2 days stay out of the 3. You can keep 1 night fee as penalty but please refund atleast 2 night fee

Le camere sono buone. Pecca un pò l'isolamento acustico, nonostante infissi di ottima qualità e pareti spesse, la notte si sente un pò il rimbombo del traffico. Saranno i solai?

• Kristyn (8/5): Great price and location for a 1 or 2 night stay - stop over - Close proximity to the centre and only a few blocks away to great food - best Mexican + Mojitos was a nice change to pasta and pizza. The room / kitchen and dining was spacious and the apartment felt safe and secure. Great host, very welcoming and flexible + prompt with communication. The complex was hard to locate at first, we spent quite awhile walking up and down the street it was on and couldn’t fine the sign - as it was a small metal plaque on the wall and the entrance (door) is a garage door not a typical entrance but once inside the garage door the entrance has a nice ambiance and welcoming atmosphere.

• Luly50 (3/5): HORRIBLE - El apartamento estaba limpio y la cama era cómoda, pero sin más El primer día había agua caliente pero los demás nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. A pesar de decirlo varias veces la contestación fue que lo habían mirado y que dejáramos el agua correr. Después de media hora seguía fría y al volverlo a decir nos contestaron lo mismo de malos modos así que a ducharnos con agua super fría otra vez. El sofá cama incomodísimo, se levantaba de los lados y se hundía en el centro. Imposible dormir y las almohadas bastante malas también. Además tuvimos un problema con el parking que nos cobraron 50 euros por 2 días en una especie de cueva que pensamos que ni tendríamos el coche cuando fueramos a por él y Massimo fue bastante antipático cuando le pedimos que nos explicara por qué no nos había avisado antes del precio. Tampoco el barrio nos gustó nada. En definitiva, una decepción y una mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo para nada y no me considero nada exquisita.

Sweet breakfast: jams, Nutella, rusks, cookies. Coffee and tea available. Great location, close to the metro station. Close to the most important points. The owner Massimo is very nice! The apartment was available earlier, we didn't have to wait until 2 pm to check in. I fully recommend this Montesantogroup Apartments Everything was perfect:)

The city of Naples is an absolutely insane with the traffic and locals perception of safe handling of the traffic. He was there to help us check in and check out which helped it to be a smooth process. Thank you Massimo and the crew!👍

• Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - Well situated, right next to Montesanto Station, all facilities provided, including breakfast and coffee machine with excellent coffee pads. Plenty of space, arranged with good taste. Do not even think to get right to the accommodation by car, the streets are very narrow, and with only one sense of driving, moreover people are everywhere in the streets. Decent parking garages can be found only on the other side of Toledo street, you will have to walk some hundreds of meters with your luggage. Parking in central Napoli is extremely expensive: 45 euro/ night. Aldo, avoid walking the stairs to Elmo castle, very weird people in this area. Going to Elmo by funicular is the safe way to get there.

• Marcelo (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is relly close of Montesanto Station and funicolare that you can take to go to visit Sant'Elmo Castle. We stayed just one night but the location is very hand. Apartment was clean and there were a really good smell inside from the "Montesanto" candle that they sell there. Despite being super busy during the day, the street and apartment is very quiet. .

• Emily0905 (7/5): Great value for money - wifi issues - The apartment was very comfortable with a great location right near the Montesanto metro line. There was a preset selection of breakfast foods to grab in the room, and espresso and tea, they also provided some water, juice and milk which was nice. The wifi was pretty awful. The extender didn't really work in our room and would keep cutting in and out. Because it's a stone building, you can't really get service inside either. One of us needed to work while there so it made it quite difficult.
