• HerrMathias (8/5): - Das Apartment ist extrem zentral gelegen, die Versorgung durch Restaurants oder Supermärkte gegeben. Der Preis war unschlagbar und die Raumaufteilung für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und vollwertiger Küche und Waschmaschine top. Der Host antwortete auf Nachfragen sofort, reparierte sogar etwas, half bei Fragen und brachte uns sogar die fehlenden kleinen Teelöffel. Sehr netter Host. Einige der Mängel aus den Kommentaren sind weiterhin vorhanden (wackeliger Klodeckel, deutlicher (Abfluss-) Geruch im Bad, weiche Matratzen), der Host bemühte sich jedoch deutlich, reparierte noch während unserer Abwesenheit den Klodeckel und stellte den Boiler auf wärmeren Vorlauf. Was man jedoch wissen sollte: Lärm-empfindliche Menschen werden auf die Probe gestellt. Man hört jedes Gespräch wortwörtlich durch die Fenster, Flugzeuge, jeden Schritt der Nachbarn. Dem gegenüber steht der Preis- für uns war das sehr akzeptabel.

• Edina (7/5): - Az elhelyezés szuper. Az óváros közepén, de mégis csendes helyen. Nem volt feltüntetve, hogy a fűtés csak klímával van megoldva (Tudom, hogy ott nem nagyon van fűtés a lakásokban.), így nem volt elég meleg a lakásban. Iszonyatos büdös szag jött a fürdőszoba lefolyóiból.

В тот день, когда мы заселялись, хозяин написал сообщение, что сломалась дверь перед нашим приездом, но когда я зашла в отзывы, то уже были отзывы ,что дверь сломана раньше. Душевая Лейка забита и через те немногие рабочие отверстия очень сильно и больно бьют струи, вода была не сильно горячей, иногда приходилось мыться в холодном душе. Периодически ужасно воняло канализацией по всей квартире

• Igrec (5/5): Odlična lokacija, apartman dotrajao i neuredan - Jedino i isključivo je lokacija. Objekt je dosta dotrajao i potrebna mu je renovacija, odnosno vidi se da je prošlo došta turista kroz smještaj i da bi trebalo malo uložiti u sve skupa. Jako velika zamjerka je čistoća smještaja. Kupaonica je bila puna dlaka, a tuš kao iz horora. S vremenom boravka, dosta i ostalih stvari je na graničnoj prihvatljivosti čistoće. Također, jedan TV nije imao daljinski u startu te u jednoj sobi curi klima tako da se ne može koristiti. Sadržaji, čistoća i sveukupan dojam.

• Eva (7/5): Good location, clean apartment - The location is great and the people very friendly! We slept like babies in the comfy beds and really liked the view from the balcony - you look straight on some historic ruins! Checkin and out were easy and smooth! As the house itself is old, so are the pipes. So be aware that the drain is smelly sometimes.
• Jaroslaw (9/5): Very good stay in Naples city center - Well situated apartment, in heart of centro storico, very close to the duomo. A lot of restaurants and places of interest around. Few minutes walk to the metro station “Duomo”, if you need to visit other parts of the town. Apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. There could be an electric kettle in the kitchen, we have to cook water in the pot.
• Magda (1/5): Not as Advertised - Smelly and Nothing Like the Photos - Our stay at the apartment was far from what we expected, largely due to several pressing issues. Firstly, the entire apartment was plagued by a persistent foul smell originating from the bathroom plumbing, which was quite off-putting. The condition of the shower added to our discomfort, with visible mold, a thick layer of limescale, and dirt, making it an unwelcoming place to freshen up. To add to that, the shower head was barely functional. The toilet seat wasn't any better. It was loose and installed crookedly, which didn't feel safe or comfortable to use. The bedding situation was grim as well. Although the pillow covers seemed clean, the pillows themselves reeked of sweat, suggesting they hadn't been properly aired or cleaned in a while. Ventilation was another major issue as the windows in the bedrooms were jammed shut, preventing not only fresh air from circulating but also natural light from entering, leaving the rooms perpetually dim. Electrical issues were frequent and frustrating, with the power cutting off abruptly whenever we attempted to use basic appliances like a hairdryer. This unreliability reached a peak on our final day when both the fridge and cooker unexpectedly failed, causing considerable inconvenience. The lack of a kettle was a minor but noticeable absence. There is a problem with black mold in one of the bedrooms, which is a health hazard. The apartment's entrance was uninviting.We felt compelled to purchase our own cleaning supplies as the sponge provided was in such a state of disrepair that is unusable for cleaning the dishes. Despite the owner's friendly demeanor, and apartments great location, is desperately needs a thorough cleaning and some serious maintenance to ensure it lives up to the expectations set by its online listing and to match online photos.
