Guest Reviews
- Chiara (7/5): Review - The location It was dirty. For example the towels were stained

- Ashraf (10/5): -
- Tim (8/5): Decent for an overnight stay to see family. - Easy to find - clean and cosy. Telly worked intermittently - had to fiddle with the antenna connector to get a signal.
- Amelia (7/5): -

- Manuel (1/5): Horrible! Muy sucio! - Agua caliente.
Olor a humedad.
Ventana del baño llena de polvo y olía a pis al segundo día.
Habitación muy desordenada sin lógica entre los elementos de la misma. Aspiradora visible con el polvo dentro.
Si sigo no termino...
Ojalá pudiera añadir más fotos...
Ahora seguramente comentará que debería haber contactado con ellos para hacérselo saber. Hacía meses que no se limpia bien allí.

- Hazel (8/5): Good location close to over ground - The bed was very comfortable
Clean No cutlery
Fridge was a little warm

- Robert (1/5): Bad - It was dirty, bed slept in towels used , kitchen and kettle sticky, shower full of hair . After complaining we were told the cleaner couldn't come. We were offered a new time 5 hours later but 5 hours later still not ready . Had to find alternative accommodation. Booking.com won't refund our £170
They offered us £30 !!
We paid another _£200 to stay somewhere else.
- Maura (5/5): Passable - Have a bus stop and train station close like 2 minutes walk.
It also has a supermarket nearby and some shops as well as food places like pizzeria, fried chicken or Asian food The shower doesn't drain water well, the refrigerator didn't cool, we didn't use the TV because it didn't pick up the channels, and we couldn't share from our phones to the TV either.
- Jay (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (9/5): Superb - The electric hobs did not work
- Ian (9/5): Recommended for its convenient location, comfort and facilities - The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and in a great location - very handy for shops and Honor Oak Station. It has a small garden with a table and chairs, and that alone would give it the edge over similar apartments in the summer. Sadly, the weather was too cold and damp for me to make use of it. In terms of equipment, the apartment had several items that are not always available in apartments like this: a four ring hob and oven, washing machine and iron and ironing board. There was no broadband as I understand it. Instead there was an EE minihub. That might be adequate if you're on holiday and only using the internet occasionally, but I was working and had to do a lot of Teams calls. Fortunately, I'd brought my own minihub, which worked well enough.
- Catherine (9/5): Very comfortable, great value, out from the Centre but easily accessible - Very comfortable little flat. Nice to have separate kitchen and courtyard. Very close to train station and buses. Walking distance to Horniman Museum and Gardens - a must see. Daya was very helpful, providing laundry detergent and new lightbulb when requested. Great to have washing machine and clothes horse. Supermarket a few steps away.
Easy access to central London on overland and tube. Also on bus- always great to have the front seat upstairs to get the best views. would have been good to have had a small pan as well as the large pan for cooking.
- Sonia (9/5): Superb -
- Hannah (6/5): Basic - Own access and off the road so didn’t hear much noise. It was cheap. The fridge buzzed all night and it’s in the room with you so had to unplug that. Also the place is very tired the photos are very generous they must have been taken quite a few years ago and we weren’t messaged any codes to get into the place so we had to call the place.
- Linda (7/5): Good - Close to the Overground. For the price, it’s a good deal. There’s a few things, like a bit of peeling paint and a loose electrical socket. But for the price we paid, it’s minor things.
- Purcell (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all This was by far the worst experience I ever had with lodging. I tried contacting the property manager when I arrived. No one was available even though I let it be known I would be a late arrival. I was stuck with no way of getting in had to book a different hotel across town. When I did make contact it was an exchange of pointless emails. They claimed they sent me an email with the codes to get into the property. I checked jag my wife check nothing. No codes was ever sent I was left out in the cold and rain literally. I would neve recommend anyone to stay here at this property. I rather be on the streets in a paper tent in the rain before staying here. I could not get my money back so I'm out of $400.00. Stay else where.
- Cammy (9/5): It felt like your own little home to return to after a day out in London. - The property had its own private entrance and a quaint little garden with plants that even included a grapevine!
It was a short walk from the train stop and easy to find.
It had everything you’d need for a short stay in London and was very comfortable. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property!
- Justina (5/5): Can do better, if the apartment is cleaned and restocked before new clients move in - The location is close to transport links both by road and rail. Close to shops and eating places. The apartment was dirty, the carpet filthy and needs replacing, the windows in the bedroom were not opening and the room was so dusty and stuffy. The bins were not emptied even upon request to have the apartment cleaned. Only one toilet roll was provided, no shower gel. The fan can do with some Dusting/ cleaning.
- Drake (6/5): Pleasant - Really good location, excellent communication and good for affordability if not spending too much time in accommodation Attention to detail, could do with more cleaning, kitchen, behind bin leftover food and general tired feel to the place but isn't fancy accommodation so didn't expect perfection, thanks
- Oana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Horáček (5/5): Passable - Good location, near to city centre.
- Joel (7/5): Solid budget option in South London - Great location near the Overground. Easy access and easy communication. The neighborhood is great -- easy to reach, but off the beaten path and quiet. Some great restaurants nearby and the Horniman Museum is a fantastic little museum with amazing gardens and a beautiful view of London (about 20 minutes away). This is a budget location, so it is what it is. Absolutely great place for a couple nights' stay. If you need a place for more than two or three nights, it'll start feeling pretty cramped, I think. Wifi also wasn't great.
- Alessandro (9/5): Nice for a short stay - I appreciated the closeness to public transports. The neighbourhood is quite and characteristic. The given instructions to reach and access the apartment were clear and useful. I didn't like the moquette.
- Giorgia (7/5): Good - The flat is well positioned and comes with all the comforts There wasn’t hot water in the flat which was a big issue not only for me but also as I travelled with my child. Contacted the landlord but he did not solve the problem
- Stuart (8/5): Good little flat - Location good for travel into London
- Ruth (8/5): The flat was nice and clean. Good location, easy to connect transport. Excellent staff. - Nice and clean
Great location, and the staff was amazing and accessible whenever we needed any support he was ready to help. The first night was a bit cold, the heating didn't work well. But the following day was okay.
- Fernanda (10/5): Very great studio, very confortable and near the overground- about 20 min to city center. -
- Woody (9/5): Superb -
- Sweettea (8/5): Location - Location close to train bus pub restaurants Wifi was in and out. Not great for working.
Room was a bit too cool for me but I'm always cold
- Tania (9/5): Good compact apartment very close to railway station - The proximity to the railway station and breakfast venues. Comfortable bed and nice heating. The internet was patchy and the tv antenna was not always working. No room to open 2 bags but somewhat predictable in London.
- Boots (8/5): Definitely value for money and it was great to be able to self cater. - Great value for money. Easy walk to the station. Sainsbury store close by. Poor wifi. Hot water at kitchen sink was not easy to use or regulate.
- Shannen (8/5): Very good - Located well for transport for central London.
Had easy access to local shops if needed. In-between the 1st and 2nd gate the walk way was not well lit. Had to use torch on phone to see but once in garden area bright light automatically switched on to help unlock the door
- Ellen (8/5): Great little apartment to base yourself in London. Close to tube, cafes, quiet and private. - Location near the tube was great, so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Apartment is small but has everything you need. Washing machine was fabulous! Close to cafes, restaurants and basic supplies at supermarkets. Recommended. Curtains were a bit worn, but still did the job.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lelde (8/5): Very good - Close to the train station
- Gabriele (7/5): Good - Great location: the apartment is only steps away from the overground and a Sainsbury's supermarket. Great value for money also considering the multiple amenities. The bedroom had a smell, I would consider getting some air-freshening tools.
- Maria (5/5): Passable - nothing in specials, was a normal place just for sleep I liked everything in general
- Richard (10/5): An outstanding location in London. Go for it - A perfect location, great accommodation and excellent value for money Nothing. It was perfect
- Basim (9/5): Great stay for an affordable cost - spacious studio, beautifully decorated front garden, responsive host, excellent value for money. nothing really
- Michelle (7/5): Good - The owner was accomodating, responded with messages fast wifi was weak, slow internet connection
- Nuria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrey (8/5): Very good - Good location, very beautiful both district and the flat It was a little cold at night, but that’s ok
- Beatriz (8/5): Very good -
- Shahed (8/5): Very good -
- Sital (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rebecca (8/5): Easy check in, free parking, clean and close to train station - Very clean on arrival. Nice touches like water and snacks. The owner was great checking in on us via the app. The check in was great with thorough photos and instructions. Nice area for cafes and evening pizza restaurant. Free parking in a safe and nice area. Very close to train station. Pillows and duvet cover very well used and not very comfortable.
- Maria (7/5): Good - Easy to access the bus to go to the centre Staff does not respond to queries during the stay
- Ashleigh (7/5): Good - Equipped well enough for a few nights stay, close to amenities and travel link.
Garden was a huge bonus and we enjoyed a meal and drinks sat there in the sun. Found use toilteries and a dirty razor in the bathroom, half eaten food in the fridge. Reported to owner who didn't care and who said I should have taken photos (I'd sent her them days before).
- Anne (9/5): Superb - The flat was lovely, it was nice and clean plus the little garden was nice to sit in. They had anything you needed to make your stay more comfortable, eg shampoo, conditioner, towels, Bottle water et. I would definitely stay there again The mattress was too hard for me to get a comfortable sleep on but that's a personal preference there is nothing they can do about that.
- Darren (10/5): ideal location for central London at an incredible price - everything we needed for our stay in London nothing
all good
- Paola (6/5): Tiny apartment, well connected to the city centre with all the facilities you need - Quiet neighbourhood , very well connected to the city centre with tube or train. We also cycled to the city centre with Lime Bikes . We really appreciated the patio outside for our breakfasts during sunny days. Maybe the bedroom is a bit tiny, but considering you are in London this is pretty standard .
