• Pablo (8/5): - The coffee machine and the TV remote didn’t work and they replaced them quickly during our stay. The hosts are very nice, responsive and kind. The apartment is comfortable, cosy and beautiful. It is very well decorated and it’s in a lovely neighbourhood. The shower screen is small and movable, so the water went to the floor and the bath floor is very slippery. Also the dishwasher didn’t work well, all the dishes, cutlery and glasses were dirty. Last but not least, there are no blinds on the windows, so as soon as sun rose the whole flat was full of light.

Quarto espaçoso e confortável, bem insonorizado. Vários sofás. Merceearia rápida do outro lado da rua. O necessário para uma família de 4, embora no limite. Ligação fácil aos pontos turísticos principais. Estado descuidado do prédio (carpetes sujas) e do apartamento em geral, (máquina de café avariada, comando da televisão sem pilhas e não funcional, mesa de jantar com perna partida, mobiliário e carpintarias com danos, janelas com ferragens danificadas, adaptadores de corrente não funcionais, candeeiro de cabeceira com comando danificado, controlo de aquecimento do radiador da sala em falta, porta sem possibilidade de fechar pelo interior e abrir pelo exterior). Anfitriões pouco expansivos, não muito reactivos, não muito prestativos (não indicaram qualquer dos problemas do apartamento nem indicaram como converter o sofá em cama, apesar de sermos visivelmente 4). Aquecimento extremo da casa à chegada, sem indicações de como o controlar (aquecimento central, sem AC) Sem qualquer toalha de mesa ou pano de louça. Ruído de ventilação constantemente audível, mais notório de noite. Limpeza com falhas (encontramos uma garrafa de 2 litros de água sob o sofá, entre outros descuidos). Consumíveis exíguos (3 rolos de papel higiénico, 4 toalhas, 1 lençol para o sofá-cama). 20 minutos de caminhada até ao metro. Falta de estacionamento.

• Elżbieta (10/5): Miło - jak w domu. - Bardzo przytulne, miłe i czyste mieszkanie. Wszystko jak na fotografiach w ofercie. Kuchnia wymaga już troszeczkę więcej uwagi stolarza, ale to nie przeszkadzało nam w użytkowaniu jej.

• Lucia (10/5): Pekný, pohodlný byt so všetkým čo potrebujete - Voňavý, čistý byt presne ako na fotkách, pohodlná posteľ aj gauč na ktorom spali deti, cca 15 minút chôdze k stanici metra Canary wharf a 7 minút pešo na zastávku South Quay DLR, hneď oproti domu tesco, kuchyňa plne vybavená, potešili nás kávové kapsule, prenajímateľ bol veľmi milý Iba malý detail, chladnička aj umývačka riadu sa ťažšie zatvárala a chýbala kuchynská utierka

• Daniello (8/5): Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend this apartment to others. - The apartment's location was really good, making it easy to explore the city. The interior was well-designed and tastefully furnished, creating a pleasant atmosphere for our stay. The host was very helpful and responsive, which we greatly appreciated. We loved the thoughtful touch of having coffee and tea available in the apartment - it made mornings much more convenient and enjoyable. On the downside, the cleanliness could use some improvement. While not terrible, a bit more attention to detail in cleaning would have made our stay even better. One issue that needs addressing is the water temperature in the bathtub. The water wasn't sufficiently hot, which detracted from the comfort of our stay. This is an area that requires improvement. There was a minor hiccup with accessing the apartment initially, but the host quickly resolved the issue, and we were able to settle in without further problems.

The property was nicely decorated & there was lots of space too. It was so convenient to get to the O2 which is why we were visiting. My friend thought that the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable, that would be the only thing.

• Skórski (6/5): Pleasant - The location is truly wonderful: it's located in a nice district, 4 minute-walk from Canary Wharf Underground. There is a convenience store on the opposite side of a road. The apartment is really nice and well-equiped. There's large fridge with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and laundry machine, so you can easily cook your own meals and save a few pounds. Wi-fi connection is fast. Despite being really nice and polite, the landlords disappointed us a bit. First of all, we had troubles with recieving the keys - according to the previously given instruction we sent them a text 1 hour prior our arrival. Yet, we had to wait for them and nobody answered to our first few calls. When the landlady arrived it turned out she can't speak English well (we managed but, for instance, we didn't know where trash is and had to ask on the reception). One morning electricity went off. We called to the landlord who promised he will come and try to fix it soon. After we came back to the apartment six hours later, electricity was still gone. To be fair, after reminding call the landlord arrived and fixed the problem (it wasn't their fault). Although the apartment was generally clean, the glasses in a cupboard were a bit dirty.

• Bernd (8/5): Great time in a nice Appartment. Good connections to public transport. Improve teams' availability. - Nice location in the middle of Isle of Dogs (Financial District). Well-connected to London public transport; Appartment clean and quiet. We felt ourselves well-embedded; Availability of Slava & his team via mobile/email could have been better - this shortly before arrival and departure. We could hardly manage to get deposit back - in the end done via Paypal.

• Shama (9/5): Superb - We stayed in Cobalt Point from 18th March to 2nd April. Our stay was very comfortable. It was spacious and clean. The kitchen was very useful, with a microwave, a hob, and an oven. It had a good number of vessels to cook in. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, which were very useful for us. There is also a Tesco right opposite the property, and a DLR tube station is within a 5-minute walk. We loved to stay in Cobalt Point. The only problem was that the door to the balcony could not be opened. The next time we visit London, we will surely stay here again.

• Olufunke (7/5): A good stay - The location is fantastic. shopping- There is a tesco express directly opposite the property and a big asda about 5 minutes walk from the property. transport- south quay dlr station is a 5mins walk canary wharf station/shopping center is a 10mins walk The property is spacious for a one bedroom apartment in London The heating and wifi were good There was a rug in the kitchen!! The refrigerator didn’t work properly at all, food was constantly spoiling. There was no option for a cleaning service, though we stayed 3 weeks The host was not responsive- 1. we asked for an extra key at the beginning of our stay and it was never provided. 2. I was expecting a very important package thus I asked the host to please check the property mailbox for any pickup slips. He promised to check but didn’t; the concierge confirmed that they had sent me numerous messages via the property mailbox.
