• Silvia (2/5): - Posizione abbastanza buona L'appartamento necessita di forte manutenzione. I letti sono oltremodo scomodi, sia quelli delle camere che i divani (uno anche rotto). Entra freddo perché una porta nn si chiude. La nostra è stata una scelta obbligata, perché booking ci ha cancellato la prenotazione 1 giorno prima della partenza e ho dovuto prendere quello che c'era. Non lo consiglio affatto

• Věra (7/5): - S ubytováním jsme byli spokojeni. Byli jsme ve specifické situaci, kdy jsme toto ubytování objednávali v den nástupu. Předešlé, dva měsíce objednané a zaplacené ubytování nám v poledne v den příletu do Londýna bylo zrušeno. Zde byla majitelka byla velmi operativní a vstřícná. Okamžitě nám poslala kod ke klíčům a adresu. To nás v naší situaci dost uklidnilo. Byt je sice umístěn pod úrovní chodníku, tak do obytné části nejde příliš světla, ale my tu byli především večer a ráno. Na metro bylo poměrně blízko a do středu města to nebylo daleko. Byt byl velký, se dvěma ložnicemi a menšími koupelnami se záchody. Ložnice byly odstíněné od hluku ulice. Postele byly poměrně měkké, ale celkem pohodlné a dostatečně velké. Bylo tu dost drobností, které nefungovaly. Některá světla, lampy, některé dveře nešly dovřít. První den netekla teplá voda a topení, ale na požádání to bylo hned druhý den napraveno. Vzhledem k našemu nečekanému příjezdu jsme s tímto nedostatkem neměli problém. Kuchyně má základní vybavení, v zásadě dostačující. Plynový sporák, trouba, varná konvice. Pračka. Vše se muselo nejprve zapnout pomoci spínače. Na to jsme chvíli nepřišli. Ale celkově nám vše vyhovovalo a šlo spíš jen o drobnosti.

• Nicole (5/5): Würden wir eher nicht mehr buchen. - Die Lage war gut. Es war nicht sauber, der Abfalleiner nicht geleert als wir ankamen, Besteck etc. unsauber, der Eisschrank komplett vereist. Das 5. Bett in einer Abstellkammer. Sieht leider in Natur ziemlich anders aus als auf den Bildern…

• Waleed (4/5): الموقع فقط جيد - الموقع ، حيث انها قريبة من محطات المترو والباصات، وايضا البقالات وبعض المطاعم والمقاهي. صور الاثاث والاسرة وادوات المطبخ والحمامات لاتطابق الواقع، حيث انها متهالكة ومكسرة وقذرة،بالإضافة ان الشقة في القبو والدرج سيئ ومتعب،ولا يناسب كبار السن، والإضاءة امام مدخل الشقة لاتعمل، وسقف الغرفة الزجاجية مكسور وفيه خطورة على الافراد، الحديقة مهملة من ذو سنوات ، وهي مليئة بالعناكب والحشرات وكراسيها مكسورة مما يشكل خطورة ، والسعر مرتفع جداً .
• Ella (4/5): Disappointing - Location is good It doesn't look like in the pics..the appartmant is really dark and in a bad condition Moldy, smelly,. Not enough cleaning materials like dishwasher soap, told us to go and buy. The garden was dirty. The beds were really not comfortable. One of the lamps was broken and my child got electricfie, the handle of the water tap was broken when we arrived.. I wont recommend
• Bayan (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was super clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. We asked Justina for her WhatsApp in case we needed anything, and she was happy to share it. She welcomed us at the door when we arrived — that warm welcome really made a difference. She even provided Arabic TV channels and a traditional Arabic coffee set. She was generous and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

• Zaid (10/5): Such a great place to stay and will definitely stay here again! - I love how big and spacious of this property! It such a beautiful and lovely place to stay. There is a patio in the back which you can enjoy your morning coffee. The rooms are so spacious and the bathroom are quite big. The kitchen is quite big that comes with great amenities such a dishwasher and oven. The host was so super nice and friendly as well! You can ask anything and they are willing to help anytime you need! If I’m in London again I will definitely stay here again!! Last but not least, this property is quite near to the train station and bus stop that will take you straight to central London and museums such as Victoria and Albert Museum. None
