• Diane (9/5): Homely, comfortable apartment, in a great area - Excellent location. Host was excellent, we arrived early, and left our luggage and collected the key. Property was very homely, and comfortable, beds were great, lots of hot water. Lots of equipment in the kitchen. Even though we were on a busy road, the noise didn't bother us. We got a great nights sleep. Holland Park is a beautiful park nearby. The Mitre pub is close, that's an amazing pub. Nothing.
• Irene (8/5): Süßes Apartment mit Potenzial nach oben - Sehr süßes und individuell eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem, was man so braucht. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Antoaneta, späterer Check-In problemlos möglich und wir haben auch einzelne Decken bekommen, das war klasse. Am schönsten war der Küchenbereich, da haben wir uns am meisten aufgehalten. Lage ist super, ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu zwei U-Bahn Stationen, auch die Anbindung nach Watford Junction (Harry Potter/ WB Studios) bzw. zum Flughafen Heathrow super über Sheperds Bush. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar und Notting Hill ist um die Ecke. Für die Lage neben einer Hauptstraße außerdem sehr ruhig. Die Matratze im hinteren Schlafzimmer ist komplett durchgelegen, leider war der Schlaf dadurch nicht so erholsam. Ein Austausch wäre mehr als notwendig. Die unteren Dichtungen der Duschen sind total verfärbt und die Fenster schlicht nicht geputzt. Allerdings sind einige davon auch sehr schwer zu erreichen, dennoch macht es dann einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck, der eigentlich nicht sein müsste. Der Geruch im Eingangsbereich ist da, schwer einzuordnen woher er kommt. Lüften hilft nur bedingt.

Evin ısısı, sıcak su ile ilgili hicbir problem yaşamadık. Tekrar geldigimde yine konaklamaknicin seçecegim ilk yer olur. Beklentimin çok otesinde bir yerdi. Sevmedim diyebileceğim bir nokta yok. Ancak öneri olarak çift kişilik yataklardan biri için şunu söyleyebilirim, yumuşak yatak sevmeyenleri rahatsız edebilir.

• Hayyah (9/5): Elegant and comfortable flat in a great neighborhood. - The beds were comfortable. The whole apartment was cozy and very tastefully decorated. It very very clean and well appointed in terms of kitchen needs.The neighborhood was elegant, beautiful and close to public transport. The flat is walkable to restaurants, coffee bars, groceries, pharmacies etc. There are beautiful parks nearby. The living room was comfortable for spending time together as a family. The television worked well the one time we watched. There was good water pressure in the showers. The bathrooms were elegant and made of marble. Everything was clean and comfortable. Tasteful. The kitchen was absolutely lovely!!! The washer and dryer were very much appreciated. The bathroom near the front door was problematic. There was a strong odor there having to do with plumbing issues and perhaps due to lack of venting. The cleaners had put quite a few air fresheners there and in the hall outside that bathroom which really didn't help.
• Ethan (10/5): Ideal property to spread out and relax after a day out - Everything about this property is fantastic: large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms, and excellent location. Our host was wonderful, she showed us around and ensured we knew how everything worked before leaving us. We loved sitting in the kitchen for breakfast in the mornings before heading out for the day. The large showers with exceptional water pressure were great to return home to after a day out. Our kids loved the front bedroom with desk area and lots of room to spread out. There’s also plenty of space and hangars in the wardrobes. Even with the convenient location, we didn’t have any issues with noise from the street or neighbors. We didn’t use the outdoor space, but it’s beautiful and even prettier in person. We would love to stay here again for a future trip and highly recommend it! No complaints at all, another reviewer commented that the Nespresso was missing but it was there and worked great.

The flat beautifully combines historic and vintage touches with modern solutions and great design. Staying here was a real pleasure. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, and warm. For a family of five it was perfect: one bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom, and a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, plus another shower room with a toilet. The charming kitchen, connecting one of the bedrooms with the living room, is filled with natural light from the roof and a side window. The living room became our favourite place for evening tea and movie nights. There is a lovely little garden with access from the bedroom, though in December we hardly used it. The area is quiet, and it is about a 7–10 minute walk to the Tube: in one direction to Holland Park (with a Tesco on the way), and in the other to Shepherd’s Bush, where there is a large shopping centre next to the station. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay: toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, a hairdryer, and dishwasher tablets. Antoaneta was always available, and the booking and check-in process was clear and stress-free. We would be delighted to come back to this place . A coat rack in the hallway for outerwear would be a great addition.
• Goh (10/5): Perfect apartment for a family of 4-5 visiting London with top quality fittings! - quality of the apartment. All the fixtures, kitchen equipment, beds were great quality! The owners used the available space very well and we felt in a much larger space. Lovely ambiance!! The common toilet had a damp smell but it improved over the stay as we kept the doors open to air.
• Andy (10/5): Overall I would rate this stay 8/10. Good stay but many little issues - Very good location situated within a high end neighborhood. About 5-7 mins walk to the Shepherd’s Bush and Holland Park stations. Flat itself is clean, well maintained, stylish, and cozy. It has everything that we need for a family stay. The kitchen has high quality appliances including the gas stove, built in fridge and oven. Long dinning table is functional. Property manager can be easily accessible by WhatsApp. The flat is on a main road and ground floor of the house so the room facing the street can be a little noisy. No car stopping/parking is allowed right in front of the property so it can be a bit tricky for drop off or pick up. The flat itself is a bit dated and the sewer, sinks and toilets are a little smelly. Toilet seats are of cheap made and not fixed. All the beds and couches and very soft and old, and they will sink. So these could be a problem for people who prefer firm back support. Management should seriously consider replacing them. Backyard is useless although it’s a selling point of this property. No digital, keyless lock entry: still need to carry the old school keys around.
• MAZEN (10/5): Cozy and location is perfect - I had an amazing stay at this apartment in London! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed. The place was spacious, spotless and had a warm, homely feel that made us instantly comfortable. The host was incredibly accommodating with both our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip so much easier. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again! Nothing

• jahanara (8/5): - It was hot humid summer days..no ac or fan was there..impossible to sleep at night with windows closed. Very suffocating. They could provide floor standing fans easily. Kids couldn't sleep either for the temperature and humidity. Provide fans in every room.

• Michael (10/5): Best appartment to feel London vibe! - An amazing, large apartment in a classic English house, stepping out of which you are instantly immersed in the atmosphere of London! The host was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The metro is close, about a 15-minute walk, and there is a huge shopping center just 5 minutes away. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, beautiful bathrooms, and new washing and drying machines. The kitchen is excellent and bright! There are many different cooking gadgets, plenty of tea, spices, salt—everything needed for cooking! My family is thrilled! It's just like a classic English house, with even a fireplace, though I didn’t ask the host if it works or how to use it. The microwave oven and Nespresso machine were missing and would be perfect addition to the kitchen set!
