• Norbert (9/5): Zdecydowanie polecam! - Mieszkanie ślicznie, czyste, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Idealne na pobyt kilku dniowy. Jest nawet piekarnik! Choć wiedzieliśmy, że to 4 piętro bez windy, to jednak warto pamiętać, że to stara kamienica, więc wchodzi się wysoko jak na 6 piętro i po całodziennym zwiedzaniu było to dość wysoko. Ale do przeżycia :)
• AGORASTOS (9/5): - The location couldn't be better!!! 20m from Covent Garden, 100m from the Tube Station, 4-5 min walk to Leicester Square, 6-7 min to Trafalgar Square, 20 min walk to Buckingham and only 5-10 min walking distance from all major west end musicals!!! In walking distance one can find myriads of cafes, restaurants and pubs and 3 nice supermarkets. If you want to be well located for your London visit, this is your place. The interior was as in the pictures. Small, but well equipped, nothing was missing and everything was very clean. For a family of 4 with 2 small kids, no problem at all and the couch although not comfy, was ok. 4 adults would be a problem. The communication was automated and very professional, giving all information needed, however not responsive to messages. We were given a Telefone Nr. to call if necessary (however not 24/7). The warm water was enough only for a quick shower. Then you had to wait long in order to get warm water again. This has to be fixed. The main problem was the stairs. Too many stairs for Apt. 3. And although it is mentioned in the description, I could not imagine that it would be a real problem, but is was. Especially carrying heavy bulky luggage upstairs needs real effort both physically but also with regard to the space, as the stairs are way too narrow. People with heart conditions or untrained persons should better not book this apartment. There is some noise during the day, but nothing tragic.
• jane (9/5): Location location location - Compact and great for self catering. Can't beat the location A few minor things. Windows need a bit of maintenance. A bit drafty. Shower a bit tricky to use at first Bathroom could benefit from more shelving because it's too small to have counter space. No drawer space for clothing

• Mathilda (8/5): Fantastiskt läge, enkelt att få tillgång, mycket nöjd! - Älskade läget på boendet! Otroligt nära till allt från restauranger till affärer och sevärdheter. Var också väldigt smidigt att få tillgång till boendet (med kodlås) och det fanns tillgång till allt man kunde behöva på plats (kylskåp, dusch, handdukar, wifi osv osv). Bäddsoffan var inte riktigt skapt för 2 personer, då den var väldigt smal och otroligt hård att ligga på. Lägenheten ligger även väldigt högt upp i huset, med smala långa trappor upp, det gick bra att hantera, men bra att vara medveten om!

Tous les lieux principaux à visiter sont accessibles à pieds et le métro est à côté pour ceux plus éloignés ou pour les fatigués. Un peu bruyant, notamment le frigidaire quand on dort dans le salon. Le canapé lit pas hyper confortable.

• Natalie (8/5): - Perfectly located within Covent Garden with a well equipped kitchen. The washer/dryer was so handy too. A lovely, clean and well cared for apartment. The sofa bed could do with an upgrade. Luckily my kids were so exhausted from their flight from Australia that they slept ok, but it was terribly hard and uneven. The stairs to the apartment are worth noting too. We managed fine, but certainly something to consider if you have large luggage or mobility issues.

Předání informací před příjezdem i samotný příjezd výborný. Vybavení apartmánu včetně kuchyně odpovídající očekávání. Pro čtyřčlenou rodinu zcela dostačující. Okno v ložnici i roleta na něm by už potřebovaly opravu.

There are a few stairs to get up to the room which wasn’t a problem for us but it was good to know in advance. So glad we stayed here and highly recommend this apartment for your stay in London!

• MIRANDA (7/5): Lindo pero complicado - Bien la Limpieza, muy buena ubicación y calidad de las Instalaciones. Sin ascensor con escalera angosta de 4 pisos y con 3 puertas con códigos todas para ingresar. Ducha muy pequeña. Sin aire acondicionado muy caluroso. Ático con una ventana con vista al cielo. La anfitriona nos avisó que ingresarían al depto por inspección la cual nos indico luego que suspendían porque no estábamos de acuerdo que ingresen sin que estén si ahí. Pero al regresar notamos que habían ingresado igual y cambiaron una cortina de la ventana y la anfritriona ante esto negó saber que habían ingresado sin permiso y que tuvieron acceso a todas nuestras pertenecías que teníamos en la propiedad.

No instructions for the washing machine (we googled it). Some non-slip shower mat should be put inside the shower. The kids slipped easily.

• Paula (9/5): Fabulous apartment in an amazing location - Great location in Covent Garden. Close to.tube stops. Bright and modern apartment. My sons loved making a den in the wardrobe under the eaves. Slight bit of mould on the shower tiles above the shower unit. Other than that the apartment was very clean. The stairs are a good workout for the legs. Suitcases up the stairs are doable but a little tiring.
• Marina (8/5): Nice apartments in a perfect location - Very good location. Right in the center, but still quiet enough. Directions and door codes sent on time. Apartment are big enough. Equipped kitchen. We knew about the steep, narrow stairs, so it wasn't a problem. The bed mattress was uncomfortable. The sofa bed could also be better. It fits one person. There is no shelf to put clothes on. There was no lid for the pan in the kitchen, and the lid for one pot didn't fit either. The temperature in the refrigerator was set too low, the products froze. There is an electric kettle, but no coffee maker. There was salt, pepper, and vinegar in the cupboard, it would be nice if there was also oil, sugar, and good coffee.

Will choose for next’s stay. Location was the best, near nice places to eat, theaters, life, we and our kids liked apartment a lot. Good kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher and etc..

• Lizan (8/5): Excellent location - The location is perfect. Despite being in the middle of Covent Garden it was remarkably not noisy. Host was very attentive. Washer/dryer was great as London was the first part of a longer trip. Our fault for not checking for an elevator.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating by allowing late check out. The apartment has no elevator, so makes it difficult carrying heavy suitcases with young kids. But if you're travelling light, it would be perfect!

• Neil (8/5): Fantastic location in the heart of London, lovely for a couple of nights. - The location was excellent and the train line from Heathrow came directly to the Convent Gardens stop. The apartment was lovely and clean and having a washing machine is a bonus. We did know about the stairs getting to the loft, but it is a narrow staircase and it’s a lot of stairs. The main bed was a bit uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. The sofa bed is not a pull out one with mattress.

• Mertacar (10/5): Excellent location and quality. - I loved that the apartment was on the top floor. The interior is quite spacious. The location of the windows, the view and the light coming in felt very positive. Every item listed is present and in very good working condition. I like everything about this place. Since the apartment is on the top floor, stairs may be challenging for older people. This may also be challenging for those with large suitcases. But we did not experience any difficulties with the stairs.

So if you’re more than 5 feet tall, you’re going to hit your head trying to get into the bed since the walls were angled. Hot water did not always work and no internet the last two days. Since it is on the fourth floor, be prepared for a long, narrow hike up to your room

The location was only the best thing about it - The location was fantastic.. apart from being on the same side as the street, so very noisy in the rooms we’re staying in Too much noise from the outside ( 2am-8am) bottles smashing from the staff TV didn’t work properly Fridge was very loud Bed in the bedroom you could feel the springs Not suitable for 4 people as the sofa bed in the living room because the noise from the street , noise from the fridge and noise from the boiler Definitely not acceptable for anyone with walking difficulties due to too many stairs up to the property Shower wasn’t working properly Not worth the money we paid for 4 nights.. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

• Elaine (8/5): Lovely retreat in the centre of Covent Garden where we could come and go. - The property was centrally located for Covent Garden and most convenient for our visit. It was well presented inside and warm. Well laid out with everything that we needed. We didn’t have any hot water at all for the first two days from the taps except for the shower - which also kept jumping to cold water and giving us all a cold shock each time we showered. However, the engineer called and sorted out the taps. It was quite inconvenient having the bathroom off the bedroom whilst 4 adults were staying. During the night it was definitely fortunate that we are all such good friends.

• Sara (5/5): This apartment is in a great location and it is very clean. However, when we arrived, there were towels thrown on the be - It was very clean and in a great location in Covent Garden. This property is listed to accommodate 4 people. This is not true. The sofa bed, which I suppose is meant to sleep 2 people can only fit one. Maybe it can sleep 2 children, but I doubt it. The cleaning staff brought us a blow up mattress. Furthermore, the sofa bed turns into a very thin mattress right on the floor. It was not comfortable. Also, the TV did not work. We tried several times and even sent the property managers a message about it but we never heard from them. There is a kitchen with an electric kettle but no coffee maker. It’s not listed in the amenities, but I’m pointing it out just in case anyone needs to know.
• Linda (9/5): Great location- but stair beware - The property is in a good location, very clean & modern. 3 flights of stairs in a narrow hallway. This is a good option if you carry backpacks & in good health condition. My family had to carry our luggage in pairs, one holding the handle, the other the wheels on the other end.

• Carlos (9/5): Modern and well equiped apartment in a great location next to Convent Garden - We enjoyed a lot our hollydays in the apartment, it is really comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. The location is great with a lot of restaurants and services to enjoy and well connected, and a supermarket just 50m away. During the night the neighborhood is quite, but during the day the street is really animated. The door opening system with a code works really well. There is some noise in the apartment caused by the refrigerator and the heating/pumping system. Additionally the building has no lift, but in our case that wasn´t a problem and is well balanced with the great location of the apartment.
• Jeremy (8/5): Very good - Right in the middle of Covent Garden. Well equipped for a stay where hotels dont suit you. Warm and cosy. Definitely not suitable for people with walking problems, heart problems or COPD. Apartments accessed by a narrow staircase. Our apt number 3 had 75 steps from street level. Carrying anything bigger than a small roll around case is very difficult. No instructions on how to use the white goods. Very dempremental electric shower. Bit of a squeeze to get into the bed on one side.
• Giovanna (8/5): Perfect Location and Clean Apartment. - The location of the apartment is amazing just in the heart of Covent Garden. Perfect location to visit London and rich of restaurants. The apartment was clean and nice. The stairs (but we were aware that it was one apartment on the 4 floor without elevator). The Sofa is not comfortable for sleeping especially for adults. I suggest to change it or to rent the apartment only for maximum two people. The apartment is perfect for two people no more.
