• Fabrizio (9/5): Sicuramente tornerei da Chez Guinevere e lo consiglierei agli amici - Appartamento molto accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti veri abitanti di Londra e non turisti. La posizione è centrale e suggestiva con un bel parco nel retro della casa e il Big Ben e Houses of Parliament praticamente a due passi. Un pochino di polvere, inevitabile forse per la presenza dí moquette e tappeti, e la fermata della metro non vicinissima. Invece molto comoda la fermata del Bus.

• Deb (9/5): Cosy and comfortable flat in fabulous location with great price. - Central location walking distance to central London and close to public transport. Large enough for a family and very budget friendly. There was a little bit of noise from surrounding flats.

• Gwendolyn (10/5): Heerlijk thuiskomen in Londen - Chez Guinevere was een heerlijke plek om tijdens ons weekje Londen helemaal "thuis" te komen en tot rust te komen. Het appartement is persoonlijk ingericht, ligt op wandelafstand van een van de bruggen over de Thames en van heel wat bezienswaardigheden of op een paar passen van de bushalte naar verdere plekken. Het voelt erg huiselijk met wat boeken in de kast, kruiden in de keuken,.... De keuken is niet zo groot (dat kan ook haast niet in een appartement in Londen Centrum denk ik?), maar goed en volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het terras van het appartement kijkt uit op een klein en fijn parkje waar ook een gemeenschapstuin is. Het was heerlijk om voor iedereen wakker werd te genieten van mijn ontbijtje en kop koffie op het terras met zicht op het park. Door een grote ramen in de woonkamer en de keuken (tegenover elkaar) voelde het appartement ook erg licht aan. Ik was vooraf wat bezorgd in welk soort buurt we zouden verblijven, maar het was niet nodig bezorgd te zijn: de buurt is aangenaam en voelde erg veilig aan, ook 's avonds. Toen we iets te vroeg aankwamen en de poetsdame nog troffen, gaf die ons als extra nog wat fijne tips mee (Tesco Express op wandelafstand; vanaf de derde busrit op dezelfde dag met een Oyster Card betaal je die dag niet meer voor de bus; in de bus is het niet alleen goedkoper dan met de metro maar zie je ook meer,...). Samen met de tips van Jennifer en onze andere eigen inspiratiebronnen, hadden we meer dan voldoende input om onze tijd in Londen fijn door te brengen. In de keuken zijn er maar twee kookvuurtjes: twee grotere kookpotten tegelijk passen er niet op. Maar met wat creatief koken (voor de ene keer dat we niet buitenshuis aten), lukte ook dat wel. Dus eigenlijk geen echt minpunt te bedenken.

• Benjamin (8/5): On y retourne les filles ? Ouiiii ! - Logement facilement accessible. Emplacement super pour visiter la ville. Jeux pour les enfants juste à coté. Zone tranquille. Au top pour nous 4 ! Nous reviendrons surement =) Pour la saison, les filles ont eu un peu froid une soirée. Mais on s'est mis sous la couette et on a regardé un dessin animé. C'est une autre occasion de profiter en famille.

• Dymytr (8/5): - The flat has everything at place for a comfortable living of 4 people for a week or longer. And, of course, the location is excellent. 15 minutes walk to Big Ben. The interior decoration is a bit of "old fashion" style, what was absolutely OK for people of my age ))))

• Peter Leicester (9/5): Good location on the South bank - A very fine stay at this apartment. It is an ex-council block, mostly privately owned now I suspect, and in a very convenient area. Everything was there that we needed and a good night's sleep was had. Thank you! Everything was fine.

• Maha (10/5): الحمدلله الي سخرنا نسكن في هذا البيت وكان سعره رووووووعه عشان عميلة في بوكنج اعطوني سعر والله ولا في الاحلام - مكان جميل وبيت دافيء والموقع جدا اعجبت به لتأكيد البيت رقمه 14 الذي يود الذهاب اليه والموقع احتجت يومين عشان اتعرف عليه وطلع رووووعه كل شي جنبي لكن لازم انك تتعرف على المنطقه وتكون مستكشف لان راح تلاقي حديقة تدخل من باب وتطلع مع بابها الثاني وتلاقي هناك مقهى روعه قهوتهم تجنن وتلاقي حديقة تهبل وتروح مشي للبحر الصراحة انا راح اتعمد هذا البيت ان شاء الله فقط دورة المياة عشاننا عرب ومسلمين كنا نحتاج ان المغسلة تكون في نفس الحمام لكن ماتضررنا كانت معانا الشطاف الخارجي نعبي مويه ونستخدمه

• Jürgen (9/5): Es war gemütlich,warm und hat für unsere Bedürfnisse locker gereicht - Man erreicht auch zu Fuß das Zentrum und ist in der Nähe von Westminster und Buckingham Palace

• Anita (10/5): The flat was warm, well maintained and had all the basics to make a stay very easy. - The instructions for the key were straightforward to follow. The flat was very welcoming and warm as soon as the door was open. The rooms have everything needed, the beds were comfortable, and the duvets were just warm enough for the nights. The kitchen had everything needed to eat light meals and breakfast in the flat. The location was close to a good bus route to Victoria Tube Station, which gives you access to much of London, and to a walk along the River Thames. Having WiFi included was really useful. The only thing I found a bit difficult was getting into the shower, as I had twisted my knee. The space was a bit cramped, and the bath lip was relatively high.

The location is perfect: right in the heart of London, yet next to a beautiful park, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The host is an exceptionally kind person who goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy with their stay. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped – it has everything you might need: a fridge, washing machine, TV, toaster, bathroom and a separate toilet.

• Esten (5/5): Location excellent. Facilities in property adequate. Probably not suitable for 4 people. - Location was excellent (central to London). Accommodation was clean and reasonably comfortable. Beds were not very comfortable. Insufficient towels for 4 people x 2 weeks. Decor looked a bit like a charity shop (mismatched). Not enough drying facilities or drying racks. Kitchen was reasonable but the 1 frying pan was huge and took most of the cooking rings so you can only cook one item at a time. Most importantly bathroom was not suitable for an elderly person. High climb into the bath to access the shower and only a hook catch on the door (if there had been a fall it would have been necessary to break the door down).

• Raelene (9/5): Brilliant location close to River comfortable ,great host - Location was excellent 2 to 3 minutes walk at you were at the river looking at Westminster and Big Ben , on excellent bus routes and and not far from a choice of underground’s. Walk to local shop easy to find and Tesco express 5 minutes away and local grocery just before that. Was in a quiet place overlooking a park, all we could hear was the odd train. For London it was excellent value with room to spread out. Nothing it suited us for what we could afford and it felt like a home may be a little dated but that does not bother us it was all about location

Walking distance to various bridges in River Thames and London Eye. Professional cleaners visits the place. The place has most essential stuff like blow dryer, fridge with freezer. Interior and stuff were old and outdated but didn’t affect our overall stay since it’s clean and we just stayed there to rest for a night, so it’s still cozy and comfy. Owners were approachable and cleaners are polite.

• Sh (9/5): A perfect location; a real family house to return to on a cold winter evening… - The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to Westminster Bridge, London Eye etc. Easy access to bus stops, tube stations, shops and places to eat. The house really felt like a ‘home’, warm, comfortable and lived; so much more homely than a hotel room. The shower was perfect too with lots of hot water. We had a slight problem with the washing machine and the owner was extremely helpful to try to get it mended and even offering to pay for some washing for us which we didn’t need. I would love to be able to stay here again. Not much at all really.
