We lived there for two months while our flat was having some work done. Truly a wonderful home away from home. Nothing. It was wonderful!
- Fazelena (4/5): The apartment is nicely equip but our holiday spoiled due to heating problem on the first 2 nights. - Well located, a short walk to the underground. The apartment is well furnished. The heater for the apartment was not working. It was freezing. Had to sleep 2 nights using my jacket and hood under the comforter. I was informed that the heater for the whole building is not working. It really spoiled my 4 nights stay there and my son caught a flu due to the coldness.

- Nanette (6/5): In general stay was pleasant, but did not meet expectations of luxury. - Terrace had wonderful views. Beds were very comfortable. The host was pleasant, accommodating of early check-in, and took luggage up elevator to flat, which was very much appreciated. Location was excellent and convenient to several modes of transportation. Restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores were an easy walking distance. No instructions in flat for operating appliances, lights, and other household items. Googled to learn cooktop required a remote to operate. Messaged host for help turning on outside lights and opening master bedroom door. Terrace decking was in need of repair and had soft spots and boards missing -- felt a bit unsafe to walk on. Windows are old and did not fully close. London was cold and rainy and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very cold because of window drafts. Heat controlled by the building so could not adjust. Carpet in living room needs cleaning. The wall oven did not work. The faucet in small bathroom leaked. Water wasn't hot in showers and kitchen. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher and no bathroom washcloths were provided. Bathroom and kitchen paper supplies were insufficient for a weeks stay. Beware of bed on raised platform in small bedroom…the edges are sharp and easy to hurt self on.
