• RAJESH (8/5): Overall good stay. - Apartment was really good. Nice view of the Shard which was lighted up for Christmas. The locality was a bit sketchy but still OK.

• Annette (5/5): - The location was great, close to public transport and grocery stores etc. Easy to get to anywhere in London. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook, easy to have breakfast ahead of a day out. The flat was spacious for our party of 3 adults for 9 nights. We had an issue with shower not working properly, eventually resolved 3 nights before we left. Hot/cold mixer didnt work properly, it was improved but still needed careful adjusting to have a good shower. All bedding and linen in poor condition and really bad pillows as well. Serviced apartment? Only at the end of the stay, Upstairs neighbours were very noisy at times, especially during the middle of the night.

• ROBERT (6/5): Great location, reasonable flat, customer service appalling - Self catering. Location good. Communication. The phone number supplied was permanently "Not in service". Emails not responded to. Tried over 4 weeks to get in contact and never did. Key box code came late on the day of arrival, City view turned out to be a courtyard with rubbish bins or the walls of a block of flats. Stained carpets, damaged doors and Junk in laundry.Finding long black hairs in the bathroom, we're all in 60+ with grey hair.
• Cathie (6/5): Good location but needs full refurbishment. - Spacious. Location is good. Lovely clean bed linen. Host very responsive. Easy to access with key in box. Difficult to find and up concrete stairs. Very tired decor, needs full refurb. Carpets dirty and damaged. Window sills and paintwork peeling. Toilet small. Bed mattresses need replacing. Bedroom furniture and fittings need replacing. Bathroom good size but very old fashioned.

Pessoal do serviço de arrendamento muito prestável e atencioso. Sempres disponível para ajudar no que fosse preciso (10 estrelas) e para esclarecimento de dúvidas. Vizinhança sossegada. Recomendo vivamente.

• Rose (5/5): Not what we expected. - The location was excellent in the sense it was very close to many of London’s attractions. Our understanding of a serviced apartment was that a certain amount of housekeeping was included, such as at least one change of linen and emptying of rubbish bins. We were there for 10 nights and it was never done. When I asked about this I was informed that serviced meant the apartment was cleaned when guessed departed. We would have emptied the rubbish if instructions of where it went were included. The toilet was also missing part of the flush button.
• Neil (9/5): Enjoyable stay in a comfortable apartment. - Quiet-ish location, you can see the shard, good local amenities, handy for transport links, you can see the shard, kitchen appliances were modern and in very good condition, 2 bed apartment for not much more than I would be able to spend for work trips to London is good value, IMO. And you can see the shard. Which I pointed out to my son at every opportunity.
• Hasan (2/5): Its not a 5 star apartment - The apartment was clean, everything was self-service from the check in to the check out, but they will reply back to your messages immediately with prompt action We came to shop and enjoy the beautiful attractions of London , but we were shocked for many reasons : 1- it took us over one hour walking to reach for example Oxford Street or Piccadilly or hide park. 2- the building looked more like the projects buildings ! And at night its not a place you would want to walk around with your family. 3- No elevators and our apartment was on the second floor 4- I posted pictures of the building facade condition 5- we usually walk towards Oxford Street, Soho, Covent Garden and then we talk an Uber to get back to the apartment, that wad very expensive because of the distance.
• Roxanne (7/5): Good - Good location. Central area but still quiet. Nice big apartment for 4 people. Easy check in and out. Beds are quite small for two people & very soft. No hairdryer. We also had problems with the hot water. Nothing in the kitchen, no tea bags or coffee.

• Marta (9/5): Great stay in a perfect location - Perfect location, very close to London Bridge Station. Shops, pubs and cafes nearby. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Nice decor. Easy check in and check out. Great communication with the host. The bathroom with the bath was nice, but the toilet quite small. Only two sets of cosmetics for 3 of us, but they were nice, big sets.

• Ghislan (5/5): Great place but needs some TLC - The location was great, a very quiet and secure area. The rooms where spacious and light. Overall the facilities were not up to expectation. The carpets in the property were badly marked, in need of a deep clean or replacing. Crockery was chipped. There were no batteries in any of the clocks and the batteries in the television remotes were also not working. There were no oven gloves or anti-slip mat in the bathroom. The toilet was running constantly and the flush was broken. The boiler was also leaking when we put the heating on. There were also no instructions for the oven, microwave or dishwasher - the oven markings are worn so some instructions would make using the oven a lot easier. Some more departure information regarding taking rubbish out would be handy too.

• Ozdemir (8/5): Overall we had a very comfortable stay in the flat. - Not very close to the tube but there are many different bus stops for different routes. It was a quiet area which helped us rest well. There were several grocery stores that were close to the property. It is a walking distance of London Bridge and Tower Bridge. A washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and ironing board were available. Kitchenware was enough for a comfortable stay. And refrigerator and freezer were big enough to allow us to stock pieces of stuff for a couple of days. 1. The pipe right outside the flat door leaks water and it makes it hard to get past there because you want to avoid it. It does not look nice either. We had a pressure problem and a water leaking problem with the boiler. 2. Stairs in the apartment could be a problem for travelers with a larger or heavier luggage

• David (8/5): Very good - Spacious bedrooms, large and comfortable beds, nice bed linen, large and well-equipped kitchen, ability to control temperature of both rooms and water, good windows and blinds, short walk to Borough and London Bridge stations, quiet area, quite central Very small toilet, bidet in bathroom didn't work, felt like nail heads protruding under carpet, minor things need maintenance attention, a bit hard to find and to find one's way around that area, oven hard to use as the markings were rubbed out and there was no user manual.
