• Angelien (7/5): Gezellig appartement op een toplocatie! - Het appartement ligt op een perfecte locatie met bar, supermarkten en restaurants op zeer korte afstand. We hebben ons even inwoners van de stad gevoeld. Een prima appartement met balkon, voldoende ruimte voor twee. Je ziet aan alles dat het appartement een beetje is uitgeleefd.

• Erzurumluoglu (9/5): Oldukça rahat ve konforluydu. - Konumu gayet iyiydi, metro istasyonuna yakındı. Ev oldukça ferah ve kullanışlıydı. Mutfak ekipmanları gayet yeterliydi. Banyolar ve evin genelinin temizliği iyiydi. Check-in ve check-out yapmak oldukça kolaydı. Erken check-in yapmamız konusunda da bize oldukça yardımcı oldular. Genel olarak oldukça iyi bir konaklama tecrübesi oldu bizim için. Tekrar Londra'nın bu bölgesinde konaklamak istersek tekrar burayı tercih ederiz. Erken giriş yapmış olmamıza rağmen apartmanın geneli oldukça temizdi. Ama tabak bardak gibi mutfak eşyaları biraz daha temiz olabilirdi, muhtemelen bulaşık makinesinin kısa programında yıkandığı içindir. Tekrar yıkadığımızda bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Stor perdelerde böcek izleri vardı. Son olarak gelen her misafirin muhtemelen kullanabileceği tuz gibi şeyler hali hazırda apartmanda mevcut olabilirdi.
• Andrea (8/5): Ottimo per visitare Londra! - L'appartamento è ben collegato e molto centrale. L'ambiente è luminoso e accogliente ed è abbastanza pulito. Viaggiando in 4 persone avere due bagni è stato davvero comodo. Per il nostro soggiorno, di 5 giorni, sarebbe stato meglio avere un set di asciugamani in più. Nel bagno che si trova vicino l'ingresso si accumulava molta umidità ed era necessario mantenere la porta aperta poichè l'aspirazione non era sufficiente e il termosifone non si accendeva/non era ben chiaro come si accendesse.

• Debono (10/5): I will definitely visit again. - Property was perfect, as it shows on advert, you have all the needs at the apartment including a dishwasher, glasses, plates utilities good oven hob toaster. Like you’re at home. And it’s also close to Aldgate station like 5 minutes away. The perfect apartment, safe feeling like home.
• kelly (9/5): - Alles Het douchegordijn, was beschimmeld. En de waarborg vanuit belgie. Ze hebben het niet ontvangen. Maar het is wel van onze rekening gegaan. Heel vervelend van vóór onze verlof tot nu na onze verlof ben ik daar mee bezig. En heb nog altijd zijn geld niet terug.
• Aysegül (9/5): Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, und in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. - Die Person, die uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat, war äußerst höflich und hat in einem sehr deutlichen Englisch mit uns gesprochen. Er war sehr nett. Die Betten sind unbequem, bzw. die Matratzen dürfen etwas abgenutzt sein, so dass man am Rand herunterrollen könnte, im Schlaf. Ich fand das Bett nicht angenehm, mein Mann genauso !

L'appartamento si trova all' interno di un complesso moderno, affaccio sulla strada principale pedonale e su una corte interna , è bello, pulito, accogliente e dotato di una cucina funzionale, in zona tranquilla, vicino al Tamigi e Tower Bridge . La struttura è servita da mezzi pubblici ( metro e bus) a pochi minuti, vicino si trovano due supermercati ed anche una farmacia. Nessun problema per il check in e out, subito presenti in caso di richieste. Da consigliare!

Restaurants/cafes/shops/etc all nearby, but still quiet and very safe location. Apartment was spotless, absolutely perfect for our needs. Great communication with the company, met us at the exact time we agreed to check in. Would not hesitate to go back next time we are in London.

I am open to staying again. - Great location near to all necessary amenities (groceries, food places, bus stops, etc.) I felt very safe. It was very quiet. Great value for money with clean and new kitchen appliances, laundry etc. Internet worked well. They even provided a plug adapter for non-uk residents. The apartment was warm during winter which I was happy for. The company was easily accessible and helpful. They tried their best to be as flexible with check in and check out according to flight arrival time etc. Living room set was extremely dirty and not usable. The dryer in the washer/dryer isn’t the best but there is a drying rack to compensate.

• Wallis (3/5): A bureaucratic nightmare. - When I book through bookings.com and provide my credit card details I expect that to be the end of the process. The requirements that involved multiple steps not clearly identified before finalising the booking.
• Joanna (8/5): A lovely flat - Great location, lovely size with all the facilities you’d need. They were also kind enough to let me check out half an hour later. I found the check in process a little stressful if I couldn’t locate the lady box given it was a Sunday there was no one to contact. But it ended well as I did find them. Also it was warm and there were no window keys to open a window.

• Beatrice (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful flat complex, just a couple of blocks away from Aldgate East tube station, it was quiet and felt very safe. The parqueted and spacious apartment was super clean and cozy, with nice windows and a balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Really great value for money. Curtains don’t completely block light, if you are sensitive to that I’d recommend bringing a sleep mask with you.
• Murali (1/5): THEY ARE CRIMINALS - THE COMPANY STOLE MY DEPOSIT. THEY INSIST ON YOU PAYING A SEPARATE DEPOSIT OF £250. I LEFT THE FLAT IN IMMACULATE CONDITION BUT THEY HAVE KEPT MY DEPOSIT, USING THE RUSE THAT THEY SMELLED SMOKE. I DO NOT, AND HAVE NEVER SMOKED. NO EVIDENCE AT ALL. I CONSIDER THIS TO BE THEFT AND AM TRYING TO TAKE IT FURTHER. HOWEVER, THEY ARE NOT CONTACTABLE BY PHONE AND ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS

• Charlotte (6/5): It was good for a short stay, not a long one - The apartment was located in a modern clean area, compared to the rest of Algate. The apartment was spacious enough to fit two people comfortably and was equipped with the basic items needed. It wasn’t noisy, we couldn’t hear anyone from the neighbouring properties or outside, apart from the occasional noise. I was worried about how collecting the keys would work but we were met quickly by a nice lady to let us into the apartment and give us a show around. When booking I had some issues with payment details but the hosts communication was very fast and got the issue sorted quickly. The apartment had more than enough storage. The bed was horrendous to put it bluntly. Far too squishy, you could feel every movement the other person made - it shook the bed. Me and my partner were so uncomfortable after one night we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed for the rest of the time at the apartment. When packing my bags I looked under the bed to check it, and I found part of a sanitary towel. Which definitely did not belong to me. The shower didn’t have a head so you got hit with a jet of water. The blinds weren’t very good and let a lot of light in, they also appeared to have black mould on the bottom.

Good location and friendly staff I saw a few hair lying around, maybe the cleaner’s, maybe the previous guest’s. Not a big deal. Perhaps it would have been to have more than one little shampoo sample.

• Jane (8/5): Lovely new apartment in mixed use complex in gentrifying Whitechapel - The apt is in a very new mixed use complex called 'Goodman Fields' with great restaurants, bars, a movie theatre, markets, a pharmacy, and a block from Aldergate East metro and several blocks to Whitechapel. The apt is large and comfortable with all the amenities, including a washing machine. The set up for getting into the apt was inconvenient. Someone had to meet me during office hours (up to 6pm) or they would charge 30 pounds. You need a fob to get in the building, so be aware of arrival time. They also take a 250 pound security deposit which I have never had to do for a serviced apt. Finally, for the price the bathroom shower/tub was very unsafe for anyone short or with mobility issues. No grab bars and you have to step way up/down to get into it. The tub itself is slippery. Needs to be replaced with a shower.

We'll definitely rebook next time we're in London. my only comment here is there could be a bit more kitchen ustensiles especially for the oven otherwise everything was perfect!

• Jessica (10/5): This apartment is truly a home away from home in busy London. A great place to rest and re-charge. - The apartment is very spacious and clean. A large and well equipped kitchen, separate living area and bedroom. We had a bath and a balcony. All the facilities are in excellent working order. Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is close to central London, with rail and bus stops only a few minutes walk. Tower bridge is a ten minute walk, and there are supermarkets just a few minutes away. The location is quiet and peaceful, with no street noise. Access to the apartment is easy, no difficult staircases. Nothing.
• Julia (6/5): Well-located, decent value for money if you are prepared to do some extra housekeeping yourself. - The apartment was spacious, quiet, and secure, on the second floor of a gated building. The location is great, within walking distance of the Tower of London and the Borough Market, a large supermarket at St Katharine Docks and the nearby neighbourhoods of Spitalfields and Wapping. Public transport connection is also great, within a five to ten minute walk of three different tube stations (Aldgate East, Aldgate Tower Hill) on three different lines. Check-in and check-out were easy, and all email communication was smooth. Though superficially clean, housekeeping on arrival could be improved - we needed to give the place a thorough vacuum and clean as soon as we arrived. The duvet cover provided was ripped (though quickly replaced), and there was a lot of dust underneath the bed and on top of the wardrobe. The mattress was thin and pretty uncomfortable for two. In the kitchen, some items i.e. placemats and coasters were dirty, and the pots and pans provided were scratched and rusted (we bought a cheap set from wilko to use instead). The bathroom was poorly ventilated and mould formed on the walls even with the fan running constantly. We found we needed to keep the bathroom door open (annoying because of the layout of the apartment) to minimise the mould.

• Silke (9/5): Conveniently located clean and quiet accomodation for a longer stay very central in London - Communication was excellent. The door was opened remotely while on the phone with someone. This person led us by telephone through the apartment. Perfect location. Apartment simply furnished but all one nneds. Quiet and clean. One must like electronic communication tools as all communication is via email and moblie phone. But that works excellent.
