• James (8/5): Great sized apartment in a great location with great hosts - Location and having AC was fantastic Both bathrooms but especially ensuite smell of damp. The property and fitting are starting to look a bit tired
• Jette (9/5): - Very kind and friendly host, clear and easy instructions. Location is amazing! Only a 5 min walk to the Bayswater tube station. Lots of great restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc very close by. Spacious apartment. Very handy to have two 2 bathrooms. Big kitchen. Big tv and comfy sofas We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well equipped. I do have to mention that the photos did not match the apartment where we stayed at. They must have two in the building. But it was very similar so it didn't bother us. I'm nitpicking here as we had an amazing stay! But the bed in the primary was not comfortable at all. It felt very very small and narrow. My husband is 2 m tall and he couldn't stretch his legs on the bed. The pillows were not great either. Using one was way too low and two was a too high. (Yes, nitpicking!) I would still return though as the size of the apartment and the location were perfect for us!

Para mí era determinante contar con dos habitaciones y tres camas, y finalmente no había más que dos camas de matrimonio ( cómodas eso sí). Además la cafetera no funcionaba.

Salondaki çekyatı kurmak biraz zahmetliydi ve pek rahat değildi, yatağının durumu da çok iyi değildi ama diğer yataklar çok konforluydu

• Ellen (7/5): Prima verblijf, waarbij de bedden echter wel klein zijn - Ruim appartement, goed uitgeruste keuken, op een makkelijk met metro te bereiken locatie en diverse winkels/horeca op loopafstand (1-10minuten). De matrassen/bedden zijn aan vervanging toe. Het 2-persoonsbed is klein circa 1.90x1.40 en de 1-persoonsbedden zijn kort circa 1.90cm. De sunscreens in de living zijn aan vervanging toe. Met deze verbeteringen wordt het appartement zeker een 9! en kom ik met plezier terug

• Krystyna (10/5): - Great location and everything you need in the apartment - incl. good tea, coffee cups, herbs to cook. Very comfortable mattress in the bedroom which is important to sleep well. No cable TV. Misunderstanding with check out - extra charge was requested with only 4h limit. We needed 5h and we just wanted to leave our luggage in the apartment. So we moved out and we paid for storage in the commercial place nearby. I guess no one was coming so this money could have been paid to the host and we would save our time. But we survived and will remember our stay very well.
• Katherine (10/5): We had a fantastic 10 day visit to London. Checked off all activities on our list. - The location was great. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. It was nice to have a bit of coffee and sugar to get us started. Nicely equipped kitchen although we did not cook much. Our email said someone would meet us but no one did. When I called I was told that I should have gotten an email with the codes. He then gave me the codes and all was well. The sofa bed was hard to put down but when I called someone stopped in to put it down for us. Perhaps instructions could be put in the book.

• Celso Renato (9/5): Opção muito boa para Londres - Check-in fácil e contato ágil com o anfitrião. Apartamento espaçoso, limpo, bem iluminado, com 2 banheiros (chuveiros bons), ar condicionado frio e quente. A localização, muito embora longe das grandes atrações, é outro ponto positivo. Tem tudo perto, supermercado, mercadinhos, farmácia, pubs, cafés, restaurantes... e o principal, estações de trem (Paddington), metrô (3 estações) e pontos de ônibus. Poderia ter mais utensílios, como potes para guardar frutas e frios na geladeira. No quarto menor, poderia ter um cabide de chão ou de parede. A porta de entrada do apartamento é muito, muito pesada. Tem que ter cuidado ao fechá-la para não prender um dedo. A máquina de lavar roupa estava estragada (porta quebrada). Não foi consertada, mas conseguimos usá-la após orientação do anfitrião.

Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti. Letti comodissimi. Posizione super strategica vicino a diverse fermate di autobus e metro. Il supermercato sotto casa e tantissimi altri negozi a due passi. È stato un piacere soggiornare in questo appartamento. Il pavimento cigola un po’ ma è davvero l’unico “difetto”.

• Laurie (9/5): Ideal place to stay for a family with great access to parks and transportation - The flat was the perfect size for four adults. We loved all the space and the layout. The location was also great next to the park, two tube stops, and plenty of restaurants. It was also handy to have two grocery stores nearby to buy food and snacks. Finally, the AC worked amazing. This was especially important as there was a heat wave going on. Only issue we encountered was the freezer wouldn't close so there was a lot of frost. I know they are working on fixing the situation.

Although we could leave our bags, there wasn’t clear directions as to which flat number to press. The call number only lead to a management company, not access to host, although when we eventually emailed, we got a prompt response, and the cleaner came and let us in.

• Yichen (6/5): Not worthy the payment. - The pictures are much different from the reality the facilities are quite used without maintenance especially the mattress are sinking down not mention about the cleanliness even the bed sheets make us itchy all the night.

Well equipped kitchen with all the required appliances and a very practical sofa bed. The mattresses could be better, having been extremely soft, along with some of the finer aspects of cleaning.
• Rachael (10/5): Excellent stay. - The location was excellent, only a short walk for all necessities including tube stations. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Contact was easy if we had any issues and the gentleman who we dealt with was extremely friendly. We booked this at short notice and was able to get into the property within an hour of booking. Overall excellent service.
• Laura (1/5): Do NOT rent!!! - Previous tenants were still in the apartment when we arrived. Had to wait several hours for the apartment to be available. The pictures must be several years old!! The aprtment has not been maintained. The ceiling in the master bath was moldy with peiling paint. The master shower was covered in mold and the floor tiles were coming up. The beds were falling apart! The apartment smelled like a fish fry! Despite opening windows, we were never able to get rid of the smell. The outdoor space was black with mold and mostly filled with HVAC compressors. At nearly $3000 for a week this was NOT worth the expense.

After check-in they entered to clean the back terrace, during our absence, without telling us and we walked in on them. • Alejandro (7/5): A "just fine" place to be - The location was... as close as it can be to the tube station and there were a lot of super markets and restaurants nearby... the furniture was ok... The host behave as expected. The place was... just fine... London is extremely expensive and although the cost seems to be in line with the market, I think that the bathrooms, carpets of the bedrooms and some other things need an urgent revamp.. it is not a completely satisfactory place to be for something that is 25 mins in the tube from the centre and at a ~GBP125/nite/pax.

• Stephen (7/5): Lovely apartment but need to find and eliminate the smell from the en-suite - The apartment was perfect, everything you may need and more! Lovely little extras like condiments, dishwasher tablets ect all supplied. The only thing that stopped me giving this apartment a 10 was the horrendous smell coming from the en-suite, it actually made me feel sick it was that bad! I couldn't figure out if it was the drains or something else but the main bathroom did not smell at all.
• Tariq (8/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and it was a nice apartment at a good location. - I liked the fact that the apartment had 2 bathrooms. Also, the AC and elevator were nice. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Also, the location was really good with a supermarket around the corner and restaurants and other shops nearby. The main thing we didn't like is that the dishwasher did not work. You can't close the dishwasher door for it to operate. We didn't plan on that, so we ended up having to wash the dishes multiple times by hand, and we wasted time doing that. The other thing we didn't like, is that the lighting was really dim in the bathroom and bedroom, when you first turn it on. Then after a while it becomes brighter.
