Passez votre chemin !
- Carly (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and very close to the tube station for where we needed to get to - The bed is very comfortable and very clean flat The shower is very small
- Elizabeth (9/5): Very enjoyable stay and would stay here again - The property was clean and in a good location over the road from the bus stop and underground station-the facilities were very good The shower was difficult to access as it was placed on blocks about 8 inches above ground and I have mobility problems

Personale super gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima!!!

- Ady Burton (2/5): Final straw . - Area location I recently stayed at the rental property on 18th Dec until 20th Dec 2025 . I raise i think are reasonable issues that I think led to me making me leave early on Friday 19th Dec at 16.45hrs
As follows . Im partially disabled and thought the front door would be accessible off the Kentish town road which waz perfect.. That not the case entrance is from York Yews ( now I have a left leg that cant auto correct the ankle ) so walking on cobbled uneven surface is all ready a effort ro myself . However through the back gate in day see pic 1 which shows how uneven access and ingress is awefull at night there is no lighting and in the steps the light not working and the roof lighting not work untill near the door.
The room interesting I was told not to use front door as was not appropriate even though my room is exactly at top.
The thermostat that clearly says by bathroom door is none existent. - Should have read go into the corridor by the front door as the thermostat is controls there .
The shower pi2 and pic 3 shows heals to gether with what ever . And the shower tray front cover is ot massive holes in it .
There in the room reading lamp not working amd also over dining room table mot working .
Right on to rhe major issues pic 4, 5 ,6 shows the lack of fire detection system missing and only what I think on ceiling CO2 heater. ALSO NO FIRE ESCAPE PROCEDURE TO EVACUATE AND ASSEMBLE .
Then the final nail was I was sat on the sofa on Friday after noon only to have a panick attack due to to mice running around the lounge ! At this point I packed up left a day early having already paid that and 39 pounds for the parking
- Deanne (1/5): Pretty horrific other than convenience of getting into central London - The location only. Severe issue with flies particularly by the windows, but once provoked they are all over the room. Broken blind also made it really difficult to open one of the windows in the hope of letting some of the flies out.
The bed was uncomfortable.
We were abruptly told on arrival that late check in is payable in cash (I was aware we had to pay £10 extra per hour but didn’t see clearly anywhere that this was cash only). We were left searching for an ATM at 11pm on a Friday night in a town we’re not familiar with. Luckily the Sainsburys next door were very accommodating. Can’t say the same about the guy at check in.
Also beware that the same guy has access to walk freely throughout the building and did randomly open our door whilst we were in the room. Luckily we weren’t in the middle of getting changed..
Safe to say we didn’t stay the second night we had booked.
- Mark (3/5): Disappointing with lack of response on a safety issue...... - The location was fine. I have messaged you twice now and send pictures to the host about damage caused to my jacket i have had no response this is not acceptable and will be taking this further and make sure no one else has to stop in this dangerous place running a risk of cutting themselves badly.
- Mikhail (10/5): -
- gareth (4/5): Was adequate for what we needed but wouldn’t book or recommend - Location Blinds on windows didn’t cover all windows so could black out the curtains
Shower was narrow and stand looked like was rotten
Floorboards rough in places
Bed had sharp corners so kept hitting shins on it as walking past as narrow to get round the bed
Very noisy from street and below
- Hélène (9/5): - Studio spacieux, et lumineux, pas de cuisine mais il y avait un frigo et une bouilloire et de la vaisselle.
Coin repas / salon spacieux
- Matthew (7/5): -
- Alfred (7/5): Good -
- Mark (9/5): Superb - Close to the tube and to Camden Road noise outside and road works, but couldn’t be helped
- Mahmud (7/5): Good - Location , Parking , management
- Philippe (6/5): Just correct for the price - - Clean flat
- Great location (Tube & Bus)
- Doubled glazzed so that much noisy from street
- Well heated - Free parking (if spot available)
- A bit difficult to access (steep stairs)
- Some noise and smoke smell from the upper floor
- Wifi patchy
- Shover tap needs some fixing..
- Old soft mattress
- Elisabetta (9/5): Spacius , clean and confortable - Spacious, very clean and tidy , great location , the place had good energy
- Nikki (9/5): Lovely apartment, in a perfect location - Loved that the apartment was close to the 02 forum. Nice walk, took 4 minutes, so no expense on a taxi.
Right size for the 2 of us, for the 2 night stay.
John was very friendly, and showed us around Bed was slightly hard, but we like a soft mattress. So just down to our preference. But no other problems at all
- Karen (4/5): It was just OK - Location to O2 Forum and Clean white sheets . Property overall.
Basic stay. In need of renovation and some upgrades. . Uncomfortable mattress. No Tv.
- David (5/5): Passable - John was really great! The place is big and comfortable. Noise: there is a lot of noise, you hear noise from upstairs and downstairs. It happens really early in the morning and also really late at night.
Location: while it's nice for visiting Camden Town (15 min walk), the rest of London is just far. Plus: Kentish Town underground station is nearby, but it's not working until summer 2024.
Bed: too soft.
- Matthew (9/5): Perfect for Camden market and a gig at the forum - Perfect location
- Luke (6/5): Great location - The location was absolutely perfect for a gig at Kentish Town forum and not far from the train and tube stations. The sofa was absolute heaven. We stayed during the heatwave and with the windows open it was the perfect temperature Things like the shower door being broken and being replaced with a curtain
- Rafael (8/5): Very good -
- Johnny_6324 (10/5): Exceptional - What a great place. Perfect location, clean and welcoming.
- Parvathi (7/5): Comfortable if basic - Great location, handy for central London. Free parking. Complicated check-in instructions which need to be updated. A bit sad and unloved. Lots of fixing to be done. But comfortable in its own way. Value for money - probably, for London
- Eatwell (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean and fairly central. There was no door on the shower which made using ot very difficult.
We were overrun with ants
- Leonita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neslıhan (5/5): Passable - There is free car parking. İt is in central area and very close to the bus and train station. First night the room was very cold, because we opened the heater and it can not make the room quickly, it should always be open. When we have the shower, the water goes into the bathroom, the bathroom needs to be fixed. And there should be more staff to wash the dishes.
- Elizabeth (6/5): adequate - Good open space State of repair. Shower not in good state of repair. Generally bathroom wasn’t finished off properly. as were stairs and entrance.
- Deborah (5/5): Perfectly adequate for a short stay with meals readily available nearby. - Conveniently located for our purpose. Difficult access. Shower needs upgrading.
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- Karen (7/5): Good clean apartment with outside space, very close to the tube/pubs but accessed by outside steps - Once we found that we had to met John in the shop under the apartment it was easy. This apartment is just down from the Kentish Tube station so very handy and there is great local pubs and cafes all around. The apartment was clean and very nice. We did have a lovely stay. Thank you. The apartment is accessed at the back of the shop. You have to go along an alleyway and then up a cobbled street and then up a steep set of iron steps to reach the terrace and then into the apartment. We were in London on a very cold weekend and it was very slippy. Also we didn't like the fact that we had to leave a £200 deposit in case of damage with our account details. Also if you arrive after 7.30pm in the evening you pay £10 per hour after that time for check in. The bed is a bit uncomfortable and the duvet very light.
- Adrian (5/5): this place was very draughty and no tv in the room, - I Did not expect to pay a £200 deposit, this was not mentioned on Booking . com at the time
- Stephanie (8/5): Great! - large space close to public transportation please be aware that you need to pay a deposit and a late check-in fee
- Shaun (8/5): Great location, nice and clean, but still needs a little work - Great location, and John who met me to hand over the keys was very nice, explained everything about entry, the apartment and checkout. Very clean, and had everything I needed, Looking back at previous reviews the owner has clearly made some improvements, but with a little more work this would be a 9/10* apartment. The blind over the patio doors is not full length which could be a privacy issue for some.
It would be much better if access was from the main road rather than the back alley which older people or families with young children may find intimidating, did not bother me personally.
There is a large flat above and those staying there during my stay were very loud - not the owner's fault obviously, but something to be aware of.
Wi-Fi was patchy at times.
All that said I'll definitely be looking at staying here again on my next visit to Kentish Town
- Anja (7/5): Good -
- Sheila (6/5): Good location for Kentish Town O2 Forum. - It's location was very handy for our needs, almost opposite the Tube station. The kettle turned out to be broken but was replaced with new within 10 minutes of having mentioned it to keyholder. Despite not having a kitchen, we had access to crockery, cutlery & a mini fridge, it would have been nice to have had a microwave & some wash-up liquid to complete the make shift kitchen & cleanliness of crockery etc.
Unfortunately it sounded as though upstairs had floorboards & the occupants, when ever they crossed the floor were somewhat heavy footed so the ceiling shuddered!
