• Hannes (9/5): For the 100£/night (Appartement) an insanely good place right in the center. - Center of London, stylish place with a real gym (not just a treadmill with some sand filled weights). Staff was cool and helpful. Had a kitchen without a cutting board or knife. Frying pan without a lit. Come on.

• Christina (6/5): - Die Aussicht vom 13. Stock war unglaublich. Leider war das Zimmer noch nicht gemacht als wir am Abend ankamen. Vom Zimmerservice war niemand mehr hier, weswegen wir eine nacht in einer relativ unsauberen Wohnung verbringen mussten, bevor am nächsten Tag die Reinigung vorgenommen wurde. Handtücher und frische Bettwäsche wurden uns für die Nacht dann organisiert. Wir sind insgesamt 2 Nächte nur dort gewesen.

• Giuseppe (9/5): top - Il mio monolocale era al 16 piano ed aveva una vista stupenda di Londra. Letto molto comodo e stanza calda. Molto silenzioso. Si può entrare solo con chiave elettronica, questo rende sicura la struttura perché estranei non possono entrare. La zona di king’s cross è collegata benissimo con tutta Londra.

• Katalin (7/5): All good, would recommend to anyone. - Everything is within reach, good placement in the city centre, The receptionists are helpful and kind. The security is great. There was no windows to open for fresh air, and the temperature was set to a constant 18 degrees. No matter how I set it to 24 (which was the max, it automatically set back to 18 after a time). It was freezing cold at some nights.

• Nathalie (8/5): Je conseille vivement. - La disponibilité du personnel. L’emplacement idéal si on arrive par l’eurostar. Les espaces en commun avec table de ping pong, billard, salle de sport et terrasse extérieure avec des poufs. Très bonne literie et superbe vue au 16eme étage. La chambre est bien équipée avec plaque de cuisson, micro onde et vaisselles. Par contre pas de télé. J’ai signalé la prise internet qui était cassée avant mon arrivée mais personne n’est venue réparer.

Things that they can improve on: - put dishwashing liquid ahead of time without us asking for it. - Same with other cleaning supplies, like paper towels, cleaning kitchen towels, etc. - Maybe put a little more utensils and cutlery rather than just counted 1 piece each. For 2 people, there were exactly 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses.

• Yeuk Lam (7/5): Overal great location, accessibility and facilities needs improvements but are acceptable generally; the nighttime staf - Overall great location and acceptable facilities; The night shift staffs are very helpful - My shower doesn’t have hot water, so the staff offered another room for me to take shower in until the maintenance fix it. Facilities are in general on the sloppy side - no hot water supply on the first nights, weak heater, no wifi. But the most frustrating would be the reception lady not telling the truth - the team and another lady when I arrive have told me there will be room refreshing service available upon request after the 5th night if staying for more than 6 nights. However when I asked on the 6th day morning, the lady told me it is up to whether the house cleaning team is on site, and they would do the cleaning regardless instead of needing them to pad on the instruction, and it is not going to be deep clean anyways. Apparently it wasn’t true, which is very irritating in terms of hygiene also very disrespectful

• qin (1/5): 心有余悸，令人失望。 - 我以为这个公寓会很安全可靠，会给我的短期租房带来一个完美的体验。没有想到在我退房前两天的下班时分，公寓工作人员没有经过我的允许，把门卡随便给了其他人，导致他人未经我的允许随便乱动我的物品，并意图将我的行李全部带走，如果不是我回到公寓及时发现，我将损失惨重，以至于我在这两天都感到心有余悸，身心焦虑严重失眠。最后经过排查，损失了一副价值3000多元的黑色墨镜。这样的经历让我如何评价？试想一下，如果他们带走了我所有的证件、物品和公寓里的锅碗等，我将面对的又是怎样的损失和代价？而且在我退房前没有任何明确的处理方案，只是说会邮件再次联络我。真心让人很失望
• Hannah (8/5): Overall lovely stay. - Great location, lovely staff, felt safe as a solo female traveller. No lock on door, I know no one could get in without a key but it’s that extra security for peace of mind when sleeping at night. No bin in the room so no where to put rubbish unless taken to main reception bin.

• Héloïse (8/5): Good value for money and perfect for a short stay - Great location and facilities (I particularly loved being able to use the gym whenever I felt like it). The bed was comfortable, as was the desk chair and view from the 8th floor) Some of the appliances were damaged when I arrived in the room: the stove was broken and did not work for the entirety of my stay, the washbasin did not drain properly.

• Andrea (7/5): Buena estancia pero decepcionada con las maletas. - La localización y las vistas Me dijeron que podían guardarme las maletas y cuando llegamos dijeron que ya no las guardaban (cuando había hablado con ellos por la mañana), que habían cambiado la política. No solo con eso, llevamos a que nos guardaran las maletas a un sitio (donde nos cobraron) y el último día antes de irnos vimos como les guardaban las maletas a otros huéspedes que acababan de llegar.

Ensuite, lors de la réception de la carte d’accès à la chambre, celle ci ne marche pas, après 3 aller retour à la réception ça marche enfin mais une fois dans la chambre, je me retrouve avec une chambre simple alors que j’avais réservé une chambre double…À la réception on me dit que c’est normal avec Booking les erreurs comme ça, et que je dois repasser d’ici 1h. Une heure plus tard, le manager pas sympathique du tout me dit encore d’attendre…après 40min j’ai enfin la bonne chambre. Mais quelle chambre…Lit de 120cm enfoncé avec des ressors qui sortent et qui m’ont fait mal tout le séjour, PAS DE SERRURE À L’INTÉRIEUR ????? et des traces d’usures de partout…Bref c’est bien pour une nuit mais pas plus b

• Betsy (5/5): Tres moyen pour le prix - L'emplacement à 5 minutes de la Gare, ca à l'air moderne vu de l'exterieur mais l'interieur ne suis pas Niveau isolement tres leger, on entend le passage dans le couloir, douche tres petite, pommeau de douche fixé au mur et a peine amovible, rideau de douche?? gros manque d'hygiene car il n'est surement pas nettoyé ou changé. Pas de tv, Pour le prix ca fait cher, c'est bien si vous etes de passage

• Wieke (7/5): Good value for money - The location is perfect especially if you arrive by train (St. Pancras is 5 minutes away). Lime bikes are just outside the door which was great, staff was very helpful and friendly. The room itself isn't big but spacious enough. The bed was so, so uncomfortable. I stayed here for 8 days and I didn't have one good night sleep. They're honestly terrible, so that kind of stained my stay here.

• Victoria (8/5): - La ubicación, estaba limpio y tenía cosas útiles (pava, cubiertos, heladera, microonda, etc) Nos pasó algo extraño y es que antes de llegar al alojamiento se contactaron desde booking para decirnos que "nuestra habitación elegida solo era para un huésped y que deberíamos pagar el upgrade a otra habitación" lo cual me pareció extraño. Al llegar pregunté a la recepcionista la cual amablemente me indicó que mi habitación estaba ok. (Éramos dos adultos y la cama era bastante pequeña) pero sacando eso entrábamos. De todos modos, desde el hotel por medio de booking nos seguían diciendo lo mismo. Fue extraño, mal manejo.

• Theresa (10/5): Comfortable and affordable accommodation near the King’s Cross! - The room had all the necessary amenities, it was clean and comfortable. It is only a short walk to King’s Cross and the British Library. There is also a small supermarket nearby as well as many different restaurants. The staff was lovely and accommodating when being asked to store the suitcase for the afternoon or when I was in need of a change of towels. I used the kitchen extensively, but triggered the alarm one time. After that I kept the door and window open when using the pan. It gave me quite a scare but the security system seems to be working very well.
• Silke (7/5): Wenn man nicht so hohe Erwartungen an die Unterkunft hat, ist es ein super Ausgangspunkt, um Lindon zu erkunden - Die Nähe zur Metro ist wirklich unschlagbar. Und wurde ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer zugewiesen. Aus diesem Grund war die Einrichtung sehr niedrig gehalten. Das Waschbecken war für uns gefühlt auf Kniehöhe. Auch war es nicht sauber. Beim Ziehen des Duschvorhanges regnete es Staubfusseln herab. Das Bett ist mit 1,20m Breite wirklich sehr schmal. Wir hatten es aber auch nicht reklamiert, weil wir unsere begrenzte Zeit in London sinnvoll nutzen wollten.

• Katarzyna (8/5): - Perfect location, very nice and helpful staff, the room and bathroom were spotless clean. The fridge in the room was VERY loud - you couldn’t sleep without earplugs. There isn’t a hairdryer provided in the room - you have to ask for it a the reservation desk and they have limited number of hairdryers. Staff was helpful though.

No Air conditioning was really tough, it was hard to get to sleep some nights. Lots of issues with their keys constantly going blank and I had to get a new key multiple times a day on the first few days.

Nos atendieron muy bien en recepción, muy amables. Buena relación calidad/servicios/precio. Volvería. El colchón de la cama nos pareció incómodo, como muy usado. La ducha es fija y está colocada demasiado alta y en una posición extraña que no se puede regular, el agua sale disparada directamente hacia la pared, haciendo que tomar una ducha sea todo un reto.

• Joana (7/5): Tolle Lage, tolle Ausstattung aber leider reparaturbedürftig - Die Zimmer sind gut isoliert und leise. Küchenzeile und Geschirr war vorhanden. Genügend Platz für Gepäck, Badezimmer schön hell Beide Spiegel waren kaputt (nicht gebrochen), die Dusche war defekt - obwohl ich um Reparatur gebeten habe, ist nichts passiert. Duschen war entsprechend schwer möglich ohne das ganze Bad zu überfluten. Das war sehr ärgerlich!
