• Bernhard (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Sehr gut gelegen, nur 3 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn-Station Kensington Olympia an der District Line. Direkt neben der Unterkunft zwei kleine Conveniance-Stores, eines davon rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Circa 5 Minuten entfernt ein Tesco Supermarkt und zwei nette Cafés, also alles, was man braucht. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber und hell(Wir hatten allerdings das Apartment im dritten (Lift-)Stock, bei dem Apartment im Basement schaut die Sache wahrscheinlich anders aus). Gutes und schnelles Internet, die Betten sind bequem, Küchenausstattung, basic aber ausreichend.

• FERNANDO ESTEBAN (7/5): - Alquilamos el studio para cuatro personas y es muy chico, la cama al lado del sillón. Y era en el SOTANO. Hay que mirar bien la foto y lo que uno quiere alquilar, para no equivocarse al contratar
• Marjorie (4/5): DECEPTION - Les draps et les serviettes étaient propres Arrives au pas de la porte nous avons compris , seuil pas propore et poubelles présentes. L entrée nous confirme avec un hall ou la propreté est plus que bof! Une moquette sur les escaliers qui transpire la saleté et à l ouverture du logement dit" superieur" tout est confirmé rien qu a l odeur de nourriture. On peut les féliciter des photos publiées qui ne met pas en avant les malfaçons....taches suspectes ( murs, rideaux, canapé.....)les prises non fonctionnelles voir certaines dangereuses .... les joints de douche ou encore le lavabo de la sdb qui est de format toilette.... bref si vous souhaitez du confort et de la propreté ce n est pas l hébergement propice.voir photos

• Henrik (9/5): Erittäin kätevä asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. Rauhallinen ja siisti! - Pidin erityisesti hyvästä sijainnista. Juna/metroasema oli lähellä. Huoneisto oli siistinja miellyttävä, hyvät sängyt. Lattia oli aluksi vähän viileä, mutta lämpeni paremmaksi.
• Mutthamil (9/5): Comfortable Family Stay in London - Neat and comfortable stay at 10 Maclise Road(Kensington Olympia). The beds were cozy, the room was family-friendly, and having 24-hour hot and cold water was a big plus. Great option for families visiting London. Just be prepared for longer bus journeys if you plan to explore the city’s main sightseeing spots. The stay was comfortable overall, but the property is a bit far from London’s main sightseeing areas, so travel time by bus can be quite long.
• Fabio (5/5): - Ottima posizione Bagno (minuscolo) fuori servizio dal primo giorno per lavabo e doccia. Dal terzo per il wc. In 6 giorni ho potuto usare solo parzialmente il bagno e per una famiglia comporta numerose difficoltà. Alla mia segnalazione , aldilà dei messaggi di comprensione da prate dello staff, non c'è stato alcun intervento di ripristino ( nemmeno del wc!). La carta igienica messa a disposizione era di due pezzi è durata pochissimo meno della metà dei gg. Dalle foto sembrano appartenenti ai piani elevati ma noi siamo finiti nei basament, senza alcun avviso. L appartamento risulta senza luce e con una via di uscita di sicurezza che tramite scale da sulla strada direttamente: inutile dire che dormivo sempre con un occhio aperto. L appartamento era pulito il giorno dell ingresso, ma abbiamo richiesto una scopa per poterlo pulire duranye il nostro soggiorno ma non ci è mai stata data.

• Blandine (8/5): Très bien - Quartier résidentiel très calme et sûr. Logement suffisamment grand pour 6 adultes, même avec le canapé déplié. Métro à 200 mètres, bus à 5 minutes. Supérette au pied de l'immeuble parfaite en cas d'oubli. Wi-fi. Coiffeuse en-dehors de la salle de bain permettant de libérer la salle de bain plus rapidement ! Loueur très facilement joignable par la messagerie Booking. Pas de grand point négatif. Conseil au loueur : Contrôler régulièrement l'approvisionnement en couverts et casseroles / Poêles ainsi que l'état du lave-vaisselle : j'ai dû nettoyer le bras du lave-vaisselle qui était complètement bouché. La cuve mériterait un décapage complet.

• Nathalie (6/5): Bon séjour malgré des points à améliorer - Très bon accueil et gestion en amont du séjour. Jolie salle de bains. Canapé lit confortable pour dormir. Chambre à coucher très bien. Appartement situé juste à côté d’une gare de train et proche d’un arrêt de bus. Petit magasin en bas. Proche de Holland Park, très beau. Il manquait de la vaisselle (des petites assiettes, pas assez de grandes assiettes, pas assez de petites cuillères), pas de torchon. La cuisine n’était pas 100% nette niveau propreté.

Logement qui est à 5mn à pied du bus ligne 9 et 15 mn à pied d'un Lidl. Certains appareils électroménagers qui dysfonctionnent : le four, la hotte et le lave-linge. A revoir l'état l'état de la vaisselle ( poêle et manque plat pour aller au four). Un peu plus de linge de toilette et fournir des torchons pour la cuisine.

Il divano letto aveva assi rotte sul fondo e onestamente la tappezzeria macchiata non era molto piacevole.

Comfortable bed, sofa bed quick and easy to put up and also comfortable. Lovely shower, plenty of hot water..Property a comfortable temperature. Felt it was excellent value for money. Could have done with some instructions for the cooker.. No plug or washing up bowl for the kitchen sink and no tea towel. One of the dinner plates needs replacing.

• Samuel (1/5): Disgusting Apartment - Absolutely nothing EVERYTHING. From the moment we arrived there were dirty takeaway containers outside the front door. The apartment its self was absolutely manky. From the dirty stained chairs/furniture, the oven and hobs had food stains and residue all over them. When i opened the oven door, there was burn food at the bottom. The bathroom was horrible and smelt so bad, you would you would feel dirtier coming out of the shower than before you got in. Most of the walls had stains on them and not to mention the smoke alarms had been ether taken down or taped up to cover all vents. Definitely not safe to stop in. The apartment was that bad we had to find alternative accommodation for the two nights we were in London. We did contact the apartment after arrival and explained the state that their accommodation, even sent Photos and videos and asked for a refund for been sold something not as advertised and just not liveable. They apologised and accepted this and said with leave it with us for 72 hours while we look into your claim. On returning home giving them the asked time allowance they have out right refused to refund.

• Hermenegild (9/5): - La tranquilitat, amabilitat del personal, neteja i comoditat. El Tesco Express a 2 minuts també ajuda. La parada d'autobusos North End Road a Hammersmith Road connecta molt bé amb tot el barri de Kensington, Notting Hill i la part turística de la ciutat com Piccadilly Circus i Trafalgar Square (línies 9 i 27). El metro es pot agafar a 15 minuts (Barons Court) i la District Line (línia verda) també connecta amb els principals llocs d'interés. Cal més llum d'ambient, ja que els halògens led funcionen massa bé i la llum era massa intensa pel nostre gust.

Llegamos desde Gatwick directos en tren hasta la estación de Kensington (Olympia) que está a 1 minuto del apartamento. Con el autobús (nº.9) estás comunicado con el centro en 30 min. Dos habitaciones con camas de matrimonio. Podría haber algunas cosas que aunque no son obligatorias vienen muy bien, como una balleta (la pedimos pero no la trajeron) o un paño de cocina (nos trajeron una toallas) o un mantel para la mesa. No hay cafetera. Nada de aceite, sal, pimienta.

• Saad (3/5): Great location, but let down by missing essentials, poor comms, and inadequate sleeping arrangements - The location was excellent and very convenient. The price initially seemed reasonable, and the apartment itself was acceptable overall but not the best, but generally clean, with a clean fridge and basic standard of hygiene. Booking.com support was also helpful, and a refund was provided for the final night. The property was not as advertised, the video appears outdated and the apartment is in noticeably worse condition. Several basic amenities were missing throughout the stay. There was no cot provided despite being requested and confirmed in advance, and the sofa bed had no proper bedding, no duvet or pillows for two nights, making it extremely uncomfortable and not fit for use. There were also no basic essentials such as tea, coffee, or sugar, which you would reasonably expect. The most frustrating issue was the poor communication and lack of action from staff. I raised these problems multiple times and was repeatedly told they would be resolved, but nothing was properly addressed. At one point, I was even told items were available in the apartment when they clearly were not. By the time anything was partially resolved, two-thirds of the stay had already passed, making any late fix largely meaningless.

• Nelly (7/5): Ubicación y precio razonable - La atención recibida por su personal. Hubo un error de mi parte al hacer la reserva y me ayudaron a solucionar. También nos dejaron llegar un poco antes del check in normal. Buen lugar si solo vas a dormir y estar fuera todo el día y como llegamos.en sabado la Kensington Line estaba funcionando ya que se solo opera fines de semana por lo que esta muy práctica. Si es a partir del lunes hay que caminar a otra estación. Le daría una lavada al sofá amarillo en especial. Y pondría una escoba para poder limpiar el piso. El espacio es muy pequeño para tener el refrigerador en la cocina y se escucha en ocasiones si te toca dormir en la sala.

El ingreso fue caótico porque la puerta con número 12 en un almacén, la puerta del alojamiento es número 10, por lo que después de mucho rato bajo la.lluvia , consultamos y tocábamos la puerta 10 y no salía nadie, pedimos ayuda a 1 vecino nos dio la clave principal para escapar de la lluvia y luego de unos 30 minutos pedimos ayuda para llamar por teléfono al coordinador y estaba dentro del edificio. El joven muy cordial si . La foto publicada está con cortina corrida y se ve luz exterior, por lo que cuando uno la selecciona e imprime dice estudio. Pero al revisar con detalle y cotejar posición y equipamiento se entiende que es un subterráneo y lo que se ve exterior es una escalera de emergencia, asi que debería quedar siempre claro en la reserva que es un subterráneo La habitación sin ventilación, la ducha tapado el desagüe , se revalza con líquido mal olor, solo habían 2 sillas , y está arrendado para 4 personas, por lo que después de mucho reclamar compraron 2 más el segundo día. Este es una sala de emergencia , de escape , no están las comodidades para el descanso , hay un Calefont que entrega agua a varios departamentos que se enciende cada ciertos minutos generando ruido y una luz verde intensa en toda la pieza que es de la caja de emergencia que la tienen obstriud por la mesa y el refrigerador . Da la sensación de que es una bodega con cama y sofá.

• Aleksia (6/5): It was alright, but could be much better. - The host was very helpful, we were messaging throughout the whole trip and whenever I had any problems and/or questions about the apartment or anything else he was there to help me. The apartment was nos very clean, there were two paper rolls for the whole stay and the kitchen, eventhough was very equipped, had no basics like oil, salt, sugar, coffee filters etc... We had to buy paper towels in order to clean it.

All'interno dell'appartamento c'era tutto il necessario per vivere comodamente. Lo staff è stato estremamente disponibile per ogni necessità sia telefonicamente che in presenza. Vi assicuro che non è da tutti. Wifi estremamente veloce. Avevano accesso a due linee entrambe velocissime. Servirebbe in cucina qualcosa per appoggiare i piatti dopo averli lavati e qualche canovaccio. Per il resto c'era tutto.

Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente q fueron solucionados rápidamente y con el lavar ropas que x cuestiones de comunicación entre los administradores del depto tardaron un poco más en resolverse. No hay elementos de limpieza como reparadores de cocina y escobas o mopas para mantener la propiedad limpia durante la estadía.

• Henning (5/5): Für die Qualität zu teure Unterkunft. - Die Lage war gut. Der Checkin hat nicht funktioniert, zur besprochenen Zeit war niemand da und wir mussten warten. In der Wohnung stank es extrem nach Chlor, wahrscheinlich wegen der vorher erfolgten Reinigung. Das Bett für die dritte Person war ein Klappbett, welches durch das Aufklappen dafür sorgte, dass man nicht mehr ins Bad kam. Die Dusche/ das Badezimmer könnten renoviert werden. Preis/ Leistung passen nicht zueinander.

• Christian (5/5): Gute Unterkunft mit einigen Unwegsamkeiten - Die Lage des Appartements war super. ÖPNV gut erreichbar. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Als wir ankamen, war kein Management zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt an der Unterkunft. Telefonische Kommunikation hat leider nicht reibungslos funktioniert. Als wir dann Schlussendlich nach knapp 1 Std. Wartezeit vor dem Haus Zutritt erhielten, war das Appartement noch nicht gereinigt und wir mussten trotz vereinbarter Check-In-Zeit noch weitere 60 Min. warten, bis das Zimmer fertig war. Management war aber sehr bemüht, den faux-pas zu korrigieren. Unser Appartement war im Keller gelegen, darüber ein 24-Std.-Shop. Dadurch die ganze Nacht immer wieder Störungen durch Lautstärke (Schrittgeräusche, Unterhaltungen vor dem Shop etc.). Insgesamt sehr hellhörig.

• Deanne (6/5): Good location - Location was great, apartment was lovely and warm I was advised that someone would be 5mins but after standing in the cold for 20mins I rang again and was then given the code to get in. This would have been OK in summer but in winter not the best. I advised there was no tea towels and flying bugs and asked if these could be sorted. Advised that they would be but nothing happened.

Molto apprezzata la presenza di cucina attrezzata che permette di consumare pasti caldi senza uscire. Comoda anche la sistemazione del divano letto, che permette di soggiornare in quattro senza particolare difficoltà

• Meredith (4/5): I appreciated the price and the location but it did nothing to enhance my visit to London. I would not stay here again a - It was clean and close to public transport. It had a lift for luggage. There were handy local shops on each side of the accommodation. It was tiny for three people. We could barely fit. The sofa bed was not a bed, it was a sofa. The pillow provided for this ‘bed’ was basically little lumps of foam shoved into a pillow slip. For some reason there were two small green lights in the ceiling that were so bright at night my daughter couldn’t sleep without putting a sort of ‘tent’ over her bed. There was no working plug for a sink meaning we could not fill the sink to wash up, we had to wash crockery in a large saucepan. There were no cooking implements at all (saucepans provided but nothing else) making self catering impossible. There was no cloth /sponge for wiping anything in the kitchen. There was a washing machine/dryer provided. It washed, but did not dry.

• Stephanie (8/5): A great stay - This studio apartment had everything we needed including an oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and table and chairs. The bathroom was perfect and the shower was great. The studio has one double bed and a pull out sofa bed, both were comfortable. There are two shops right beside the apartment and a Tesco around a ten minute walk away. The building had a lift which was great for getting our luggage in and out as we were on the bottom floor. The check in process was easy also. The nearest tube was a fifteen minute walk as the one at Olympia doesn't operate all the time.

• Megan (9/5): Clean great location had all necessities - Loved how close it was to the Olympia this was super handy as booked this for the great location! Had everything we needed lovely hosts! Would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom but that is an extra thing anyway so over all fine!! Could have done with a pair of scissors too possibly tea towel/oven gloves.

• Maris (3/5): Diezgan bēdīgi. - Laba lokācija. Apartmenti bija auksti, nestrādāja WiFi, dīvāns netīrs un salauzts, gari sieviešu mati gan uz dīvānā gan uz gultas. Durvis īsti nevar aizslēgt, visu laiku smird pēc pīpētas zāles. Kā arī Visu laiku bija jārisina ar apartamentiem problēmas. Rakstot, darbiniekam uz vietas. Viņiem vajadzētu kompensēt šo uzturēšanos. Būtu vērta 50£ nakts ne vairāk!

• Charlot (9/5): Loved the location and the staff! - The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly! The couch in the living room folds out to a bed but it is not very comfortable.
• Ashik (1/5): Atroce - Rien !! L‘apartement empestait. On aurait dit qu’un rat était mort dans l’apartement. On a fait appelé la femme de ménage , elle même a du se couvrir la bouche et le nez , tellement c’était nauséabond !! J’ai pas pu résider dans l’appartement , j’ai commencé à avoir la nausée et maux de tête. Je recommande cet apartement à Personne même pas à mon pire ennemi Manque de consideration du personnel. Pour eux c’est juste l’argent. Pas de considération pour votre santé.
