• Louise (10/5): Séjour parfait, confortable, facile d’accès avec un arrêt de bus à 100m pour aller dans le centre !! - Personne très gentil et explication clair. De plus, il est facile de les joindre en cas de soucis. Je recommande !!
• Jessica (1/5): Filthy - no attempt to clean - The location is good. The apartment was filthy, bugs all over the kitchen, smelly and moldy, leaks in the bathroom, stains all over the couch, hallways smell like urine and alcohol, no amenities not even a bin bag was provided and the upstairs neighbour is stomping around from 10pm to 4am every night I was there for the week. Doors are dodgy, I didn't feel safe. Do not stay here, especially as a solo female.

• Begum (1/5): Stay away - Scam , appalling It was in a very poor state nothing nothing like the way it was advertised on Booking.com. I went to check in when I opened the door. The door was very rusty and flimsy. I managed to open the door and it stunk of alcohol and urine. The stairs were very dirty dusty wasn’t hoover clean and very steep. Also they were creaking The stairs were loose and damaged. I felt really scared as I was walking up the stairs. It was very narrow dark the landing there was no light in the London as well. I had to use my torch my phone to go up the stairs I couldn’t get my luggage job. I had to leave them at the bottom. I did manage to go up to the stairs and look upstairs and it was an absolute appalling state. It was unfit to stay in when I went upstairs the floorboard of the laminate flooring were very loose. Those really big gaps like 10 inch gaps between each laminate and they weren’t even fitted together at this point. I didn’t look no further. I came straight back down and message the hose to try to get in contact with him several times which he didn’t respond to my calls or reply to my messages. I tried to get in contact with Booking.com. They said they were unfortunately they were unable to process my refund and I would have to get through to the host if the host approved it then that would my refund of a buy which I thought was very unfair. I told him I was in London with my children and I was left stranded without anywhere to stay. I also told them if they could book me a different accommodation. I don’t need the refund, but they can give me a suitable accommodation to stay the night with the children where I had nowhere. I had to spend the night with my children on her friends sofa because I had nowhere to stay that night. I tried calling the host eventually my husband text from his mobile and the host replied back to my husband saying that he has nothing to do with the payment it’s booking.com that arrange all the refund and if booking.

• Samantha (1/5): Bad - Nothing This is awful, please don't pay any money to stay here. I stayed for 10 mins while I arranged an alternative accommodation. The images are of a different apartment! They have mis-sold us. The hosts and Booking.com won't refund me or refund my messages.

• Deyanira (2/5): I would not go again - The only good thing was the location. This apartment was not in good condition. The oven, microwave, and TV did not work, and the floors and walls were damaged. The bed in the room was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken. We were four people, and there were only three pillows. It was also hard to get a shower since it would only go extremely cold or too hot, we ended up finding a nice temperature but the water was running poorly...
• Valentina (1/5): Nightmarish, horrifying and DISGUSTING - Nothing, we had to leave and did not spend the night in the property The property was HORRIBLE. The apartment was disgusting. The bed sheets were very stained and dirty, the walls had dirty all over, the house smelled of trash and there was mold and trash in the kitchen, unusable. We rented for 3 people and there was only ONE bed. We obviously could not spend the time we rented the apartment for and when contacting the property, no one would answer my calls or messages, when we requested a refund they refused and had a horrible service to our experience. Please do not stay here, do not recommend and there are way nicer and cheaper properties around this area.
• Mark (6/5): I wouldn’t consider it for a nice holiday accommodation but if you just want a place to stay that is very close to every - Location is good, I was able to make a last minute booking and get into the property half an hour later. I could also communicate with the hosts no problem It’s old, a bit dirty and smelly. No cockroaches though so that’s a bonus. Also, be aware that there was no toilet paper for me.

• John (5/5): Passable - It was surprisingly quiet in the apartment. Very conveniently located for me as I was based around Liverpool Street so it was easy to get about. Although there are a lot of bad points I would stay here again because it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The whole place was very, shall we say, tired. From the external door to the kitchen and everything in between.

The only thing I could do was telephone Booking.com and to leave the property immediately The entrance to the property is on a dark street with mainly lockup garages, not obviously residential. The door locks were difficult to use and the door frame looked as if a forced entry had been attempted The stairs and hall way were narrow, dimly lit, filthy and dilapidated. The accommodation itself was of such a poor standard as to be insulting. There were holes in the floor and smashed and broken plug sockets. There was mildew and rotting wood on the floorboards / window sills. The electric fire was on broken wheels . I had felt unsafe on entering the building but being in the rooms was worse. It felt as if it had been recently occupied by drug dealers or squatters

Floor rotting.. laminate flooring broken away and large nails sticking out from floor. Holes in Walls, no cover over light fitting broken plug socket...mould ,,,the list is endless. The smell of cannabis was so strong too. And the mattress and pillows were disgusting..had to stay the full 5 nights while trying to get a refund so that I could book somewhere else for myself and my disabled son. The pics on booking.com must be years old

• Alina (6/5): if u are fine with some discomfort, its a good cost - the cost of the stay was the only reason for booking this accommodation considering low scores and other guest's feedbacks entrance door doesn't get closed or open easy, sometimes people from another apartment could leave the house and entrance door was left open. we didn't feel safe leaving our things there when we were outside and didn't feel safe at night as someone was often ringing the bell outside.

No plugs in any sinks so unable to wash up but that didn't really matter as there we barely any pots pans and plates for a family of 4. Only 2 Mugs that were only fit for the bin. Cheap shoddy place. AVOID

• Janis (7/5): Great place, needs a few home comforts. - Overall very clean and tidy. Great location in Shoreditch, surrounded by great restaurants and interesting shops. Very good access to bus and underground services. Lack of heating, really late night noise from upstairs, doesn't look much like the photo's anymore and lacks some basic comforts like bedroom lamp and enough pillows.

• Leanne (1/5): I wouldn’t stay again - The location was the only decent thing The bed was uncomfortable and slopping so we were rolling off. The place was freezing, only a tiny radiator which did nothing to warm the place in the middle of winter. The place smelled so much that our clothes smelt when leaving! The place wasn’t clean. When I first arrived I couldn’t get into the door using the keys. I tried so many times but couldn’t get in. The customer service were no help at all and said they’d charge me £80 For someone to come out and let me in! Eventually I managed to get in but the lock was dodgy to open for the whole stay! I wouldn’t stay again unless the whole place was refurbished and cleaned.

• Vasilika (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, nearby a lot of different markets, it's easy to get to any location in London with the nearby bus and train station, and It's quiet if no one lives on the next floor. The washing machine was a bit broken (but we could use it), and there is a wooden floor (it sounds like some elephant lives upstairs). From time to time, the smell of food from the street. It was a little bit dusty and sometimes a smell from canalization in the toilet. Apartments in London are costly(

• Catherine (1/5): Grim, I wasn’t expecting luxury but the photos are complete false advertising - The only decent thing about this place was that I knew the location I had booked was handy for what we needed - the pictures are completely misleading, completely different, the bed isn’t even a proper bed like the picture - the front door outside and door to the flat felt like they could have been kicked in so we felt unsafe, wehad to antibac every surface because it felt so gross, hairs in the floor from previous people staying No soap, No shower gel, 2 toilet rolls for 3 people , All curtains closed when we came? Windows dirty, no lamps just big lights, Interior is beyond shabby - floor bored into kitchen broke & one wall lamp without shade, Keys barely work, two big towels and one small towel for 3 people, one mug and a hobbit sized coffee cup, handle missing on shower, permanently open bathroom window, one pillow for each person in double bed

Dirty entrence stair case . lots mail on entering. Very dirty old stained quilts and pillows. They had clean bedding but still unhygienic. Smell in bathroom very bad mould smell . Flooring uneven old and warn . No mirror near plug point or table in bedroom to get ready for wedding 🤔 my family were not impressed with my booking.
