• PÔNE (9/5): Exceptionnel, nous nous sommes vraiment régalés ! - L'appartement est idéalement situé, au cœur de Londres. La rue est animée avec pub, restaurants... Le métro est à proximité immédiate, big Ben à 5 minutes à pieds ! L'appartement est cependant très calme, on n'entends pas de bruit. La chambre 'parentale' est très lumineuse => penser à prendre des masques de nuit. Tablette au dessus du lave main à déplacer, pas pratique pour se laver les dents notamment :-)

• Eva (10/5): Great apartment - The location for this apartment is fantastic. Within walking distance to Leicester square, Oxford street, and all the theatres which worked well for us. Felt very safe coming and going at all times of the day and night. We are a family of 5 and the apartment accommodated us well. Would definitely stay here again! The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so getting up the stairs with our heavy luggage was a challenge but would not deter us from staying here again in the future.

• Michał Sikorski (10/5): Bardzo dobry pobyt w wyjątkowym miejscu Londynu - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i dodatkowe wyposażenie. Łatwe wchodzenie do pokoju. Przestronny i wygodny pokój u góry. Wygodna i osobna kuchnia. Materac na rozkładanej kanapie u góry jest bardzo niewygodny. Grzejnik w kuchni nie udało mi się włączyć. Dosyć ciężko otwierało się i zamykało okna. Umywalka w mniejszej łazience niewygodna.

Struttura top pulita ordinata e completa di tutti i comfort Eravamo con un bambino il terzo piano a piedi è stato un pò pesante per salire e scendere ogni volta il passeggino. Nel bagno padronale l'acqua calda scarseggiava lo scaldabagno è molto piccolo

• Brooke (8/5): We loved the location and design of the apartment. If the few things I mentioned were addressed, it would have been perf - Location! Plenty of room for 6 of us. Really liked how the kitchen and living room were separate so our 2 kids sleeping on the couch felt like they had their own bedroom. The master shower didn’t drain well, the remote controls needed batteries, and the washer cabinet door had a hinge broken. All these things should’ve been addressed before we arrived. These were definitely not new problems.

Schody po których trzeba było wnieść walizkę. Przydałyby się żaluzje czy zasłony zaciemniające od strony ulicy. Jednej nocy nie zgaszono świecących banerów na ulicy, przez co nocą w pokoju było zbyt jasno, żeby porządnie się wyspać bo żaluzje nie tłumiły tego światła .

• uriel (10/5): כמשפחה מאוד מאוד נהננו , הדירה היתה מצויינת , תמורה מלאה למחיר - הדירה היתה מקסימה ונוחה מאוד 3 חדרים מנותקים ומטבח גדול, היה כל מה שצריך למשפחה עם 3 בוגרים. המיקום היה פנטסטי, בהליכה לכל היעדים, 2 דקות מהקובנט גארדן, 12 דקות לארמון בקינגהם..אוקספורד סטריט , המוזיאון הבריטי, הכל אפשרי בהליכה נוחה. רחוב שוקק חנויות ופאבים , היינו בקומה 3 לכן היה שקט. התמןנות לא משקפות את הדירה המדרגות לקומה שלישית היו פחות נוחות, אבל לקחנו את זה ברוח ספורטיבית ואנחנו ההורים בני 60+ היינו שמחים אם היתה קבלת פנים אנושית ולא של בוט ששוחח הודעות. הצ׳ק אאוט ב10 בבוקר היה לא נוח, מוקדם מדי .

• Daniel (10/5): Gran lugar para alojarse - Fue un alojamiento excepcional, todo estaba limpio y en su sitio, las anfitrionas estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo y nos hicieron sentir en casa. Las maletas sin elevador son un inconveniente pequeño si comparas con la increíble locación y lo bonito del alojamiento. Definitivamente será mi primera opción cuando vuelva a Londres. Nada, solo considera que subiras maletas por las escaleras. Si tu grupo puede hacerlo vale la pena completamente.

• Marta (10/5): - Polecam serdecznie ten apartament w samym centrum Londynu. Wszystkie atrakcje na wyciągnięcie ręki. Lokalizacja jest idealna. Nie słychać żadnych hałasów z ulicy. Mieszkanie jest czyste, dwupoziomowe, bardzo czyste i funkcjonalne. Na miejscu znajdziecie wszystko co potrzebne na 3-4 dniowy wyjazd do Londynu. Napewno kiedyś tu wrócę ! :)

• Shimrit (2/5): Not a good experience - Our family stayed here for three nights during the summer, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The heat inside the apartment was unbearable, and the few fans provided were completely insufficient. The apartment is split across two floors, with the kitchen and living room located upstairs. Due to a large ceiling window, the upper floor becomes extremely hot and practically unusable during the day. The en-suite sink in the main bedroom is extremely small, with a glass shelf awkwardly placed right above it, making even basic tasks uncomfortable. The shower also had drainage issues, leaving us standing in several inches of water each time. Aside from the great location, we would not recommend this apartment. The nightly rate we paid was outrageous given the poor conditions.

• Richard (10/5): You can't start an amazing journey without first having a wonderful place to stay - We stayed for 8 days. Simply, you can't find a better and more complete place in the heart of Leicester square and Covent Garden with 2 floors with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, a ref, living room with sofa bed, all to your self and in a great Location! Hosts Sarah and Caroline were great communicators and quick to reply. It didn't bother me that it was 3 floors up without an elevator (most flats in London don't have one anyway) because the higher you are the more quiet the place becomes as well. I would love to come back here again! Absolutely nothing!
• Michelle (9/5): Excellent place to stay and would highly recommend - Excellent accommodation in the heart of the city. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. 4 adults and 2 children fit with plenty of room. Only issue we had was the washing machine was broken upon check in and not fixed due to the weekend. So it was slightly inconvenient traveling and not being able to wash.
• Masha (10/5): Exceptional - Location was very central in Covent Garden. Despite the crowds outside (we were there over New Year’s), it’s very quiet inside the apartment. Bed situation was ideal for our family of 4 so each kid could have their own bed.

Washing machine was broken and we ended up with wet clothes that could not be dried. We asked for extra towels Due to the wet clothes and we never got them. Sauer door was broken and the TV didn’t work.
• Anthony (8/5): Very good - Caroline at the office of Indigo Flats was exceptional in providing information and helping with access to accommodations…thank you, Caroline! The location of the apartment and the general state of the living quarters was fine. There are a few notes to consider… The apartment is actually on the 4th floor of the building, and the surprise was discovering that the living room and kitchen were on what is the 5th floor. The number of steps is definitely to be considered by renters. The master bathroom definitely needs attention, and the sink is functionly useless unless you remove the glass shelf that prevents access. The bedroom tv’s did not work, and the refrigerator door would not stay closed. The apartment is clearly corporate managed and in need of some tic. Overall it was satisfactory, but for the money being charged should be better equipped and maintained. See above
• Scott (8/5): Very good - The location was great. It was very close to everything. We were within walking distance to theaters, pubs/restaurants, Covenent Garden, China Town, Soho, Big Ben, The Thames & Westminster Abby. Also very close to the Tube station. The apartment was clean & spacious & easily accommodated a family of 4. For a busy area the street noise was minimal and we did not hear any noise from other residents. The beds were very uncomfortable. There was a lot of stairs but not a deal killer for my family. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. I would recommend adding a Keurig or Nespresso coffee maker to the kitchen. It was a chore to walk down all the stairs to go for coffee first thing in the morning.

Other reviews mentioned the sink on the master which was unhandy but not impossible to use.

Definitely recommend for first-timers to London for a holiday ! The stairs as we stayed on the third floor, especially if you have heavy luggage. Otherwise, it should be fine.

Great to have two bedrooms and living room area to chill out in. Poor water pressure meant showers were luke warm and low flow. Also only very one small bath towel per person provided and not replenished throughout the 4 night stay. Whilst flat was overall in good condition, it was dirty in a few places (shower black mould & oven & toaster). Also no cleaning supplies provided, such as cloth or kitchen roll to wipe down tables etc.

• Bradley (9/5): We were extremely happy with our five-day stay - great value for the money! - Wonderful apartment in an ideal location for tourism. Perfect for our family of five! Check-in and check-out was smooth and simple. Short walks to dining, shopping, and entertainment. During our five-day stay, it was a gamechanger to be able to eat the occasional meal in and do laundry! Nothing major. Be aware that getting in and out requires a walk up three flights in a narrow staircase. No air conditioning (common in the UK) and the combo washing machine and dryer handles small loads only.

Exceptionally comfortable and spacious! Great nearby restaurants. Very safe area. Nothing.
• Archana (9/5): Perfect location in London - The location is absolutely amazing. Bang in the heart of London within a stones throw of popular landmarks, restaurants and shopping. The bed in the master bedroom is a tad lumpy and a bit small for two adults. The sink in the master bathroom is just to was hands. Showers can be better as water pressure is a bit low. Mind the stairs in case you have big and heavy bags.

• Ron (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located at an exceptional spot, right in the heart of the city, with easy walking distance to a plethora of attractions, including coffee shops, restaurants, and even the subway. In addition to its prime location, the apartment boasts a spacious interior, making it perfect for families of four or larger On our arrival, we encountered an issue with the fire alarm already sounding, and unfortunately, it took until the next morning for the host to resolve the issue. It was definitely an inconvenience for us as it was sounding all night long. However, we understand that emergencies can be unpredictable and we appreciate the attention the host gave to the situation, even though it was not a quick fix. Furthermore, we were compensated for the inconvenience, which demonstrates the goodwill of the host. Additionally, it's important to note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which may be inconvenient for some, especially when carrying heavy luggage.
• Yin (8/5): Regardless of the issue mentioned above, I would recommend this property to others. - The location is perfect and the apartment is very spacious even for a group of 7. There is room for improvement on the response time to enquiry. Planned to leave luggage at the property prior to check in and already informed for this but couldn’t contact for arrangement when we arrived - so waited at a cafe opposite to the property for 2 hours. Cooking stove broke down on the third day. Wi-Fi broke down on the fourth day for a 4-nights stay.
