• freida (10/5): Lovely location - Very lovely, clean and comfortable place. Host was very responsive and warm. The decor was beautiful and within easily reachable distances to most places anyone would love to see in London. It is safe and is within walking distance to the Uber boats which we enjoyed. And there are restaurants just below which also have lovely food. We were there with my elderly mother and we all enjoyed the experience. Will love to book it next time.

Every detail was spotless on arrival, from the living spaces to the bedrooms and bathrooms, making it immediately feel comfortable and welcoming. The overall condition of the property reflected excellent management and attention to detail. The layout, finish, and upkeep of the flat made our stay in London extremely enjoyable and stress-free. It genuinely felt like a well-looked-after home rather than just a rental. Nicola, who managed the property, was professional and responsive whenever needed, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. While we had very little to raise due to how well maintained the flat was, it was reassuring to know support was always there. Overall, an outstanding property and a fantastic experience.. highly recommended.

• Samantha (8/5): Good spot if you really need extra space and don’t mind some uncertainty. - Gorgeous flat with super easy access to the Victoria line. Plenty of room for our family of four with an incredible view of the Thames. Steps away from a Tesco Express and a Pret. It was awkward waiting in a small coffee shop with four people and eight suitcases to meet up with a host for the key. I also wasn’t a huge fan of the outside payment protocol for the rental fee and deposit via PayPal. I was told I’d have my deposit automatically refunded 7-10 days after my checkout, but I had to repeatedly follow up 14 days after my checkout before I got my money back.

Wi - The property was in a great location and was clean, warm and very comfortable. The beds were great and the whole place really quiet and warm with great heating available as required. Also the view was amazing right on the Thames with Battersea power station in view. I would definitely recommend this apartment it can sleep six but with only three of us it was very spacious. • Claudia (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in einer atemberaubenden Stadt - Die Aussicht ist einfach toll! Die Wohnung ist direkt an einer Tube gelegen. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind super zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Küche toll ausgestattet. Alles war sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war problemlos und prompt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Bäder waren etwas dunkel. Ein paar Decken im Wohnzimmer wären klasse gewesen.

Photos on Booking.com show a three-bedroom apartment, but we were given a two-bedroom one, which looked completely different.

The riverside location and views were particularly fine. The building is right at a ferry stop. There are good restaurants adjacent. • Deevyesh (3/5): Disappointing stay at a spacious flat, due to no hot water in the flat. - The apartment is spacious, with a nice living area and TV. The view is decent of the river Thames and there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The main big, unacceptable issue with this flat was that we stopped having hot water part way into our stay. Unfortunately, this was not resolved in time when we raised it to the host and we had to have freezing, ice cold showers until we checked out of the apartment. I find this to be unacceptable because with the money you’re paying for this flat, you can easily book a stay at an international, reputable hotel chain and have things like hot water, heating, and other utilities to have a guarantee that they will work and have peace of mind on this. When we stopped having access to hot water, this unfortunately ruined our experience of living at this flat, and trying to solve the issue took a lot of our time and disrupted our travel plans significantly. The balcony area of the flat is also pretty dirty, and we didn’t really use it much because of that. There is also no lifts in the stair area to access the building reception so be warned if you are carrying heavy suitcases. Late check ins are charged extra if you are arriving later in the evening. The host is responsive on WhatsApp but did not offer a solution that actually solved our hot water issue.

Very comfortable for my family to hang out together/work from the space. Love that it's in a more quiet neighborhood but still very central/conveniently located. Cute restaurants available near by and my father loved seeing Big Ben on his morning runs. Appreciate the quick response from the property manager over text even late night (around 12am) Their whole payment process is quite odd as they also ask for the actual payment off platform AND to send confirmation via whatsapp. In addition, the property requires a 400 pound deposit off platform via Paypal prior to checking in. I initially thought this was a scam and almost cancelled the booking -- esp since Booking has my credit card and charges a cancellation fee that is half the cost of the booking. I now have to monitor and make sure the payment is reversed. They could definitely make this smoother for the client especially when marketed as a "luxury" stay. Because they required someone to meet us at the time of checkin, we had to pre-plan quite a bit to make sure someone could meet us even though we were checking in during the day time (3PM). Ability to self check in through a pin-code lock or lock box would have made the process smoother. Despite having someone check us in, the appliances were difficult to use (microwave, coffee maker, hot water) which ended in my mother taking a cold shower the first day because we had not pressed "boost" on the water heater.

• Alexander (8/5): Our family had a great stay - the extra space, amenities, view of the Thames, and proximity to public transportation wer - Everyone had their own space - 3 BR, 3 bath with king beds in London was hard to find. We had a mobility challenged person with us and having an elevator was critical. The view from the living room was beautiful, the decor and bathrooms were very nice, and we appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine after a lengthy trip. Proximity to the underground station was helpful too. While the view and set up for the living room was great, the patio was much smaller than expected and the description included a view of the London eye which was not visible from our angle. Not a big deal but felt misleading giving the pics shown in the profile. I had also written prior to confirm there would be no stairs because of our guest with mobility challenges and there were quite a few stairs we had to take to get into the building. That was difficult to navigate.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a couple of minutes to the Vauxhall subway station and railway, and a 20 minutes walk to the Big Ben area. There's also coffee shop on the ground floor near the building. Starbuck and a local supermarket is just 8 minutes walk away. Someone met us and lead us to the apartment and explain all details to us. So check in and check out process is smooth. we The team response super fast to an issue we had during our stay at 1:00am. The building has elevators. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. There are a restaurant just below the apartment on the ground floor, so we can hear some noise at night since the apartment is on the 4th floor. But it is acceptable with the window open. You will not hear anything if you close the window.

• Pia (10/5): The perfect stay in London. - The view is amazing. The flat is also very well equipped and well connected due to its location near Vauxhall bus station. The showers are a bit outdated and one of the rooms is not quite as nice as the other two. It's also not easy to regulate the heating. But that's all complaining on a very high level

Our entire stay was exceptional in terms of communication, check in, cleanliness, interior, equipment, the view and not to forget the location. Easy walk along the Thames to London Eye or Battersea Power Station, bus and tube to get to Oxford Circus within 5 minutes, Pubs and restaurants on your doorstep, Waitrose and Tesco just downstairs. Fantastic value for money. We will surely book again!
• Sophie (9/5): Perfect ! - Location was amazing. The view was incredible and we spent a lot of time on the balcony just looking out over the city. The location is ideal - right next to the tube station. A few shops nearby and coffee. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Check in was easy and we felt really safe in the nearby area. Perfect for families who may need rest stops in the middle of sight seeing. The owner was really easy to contact with questions. Just a few things missing from the kitchen, for example, a baking trey and perhaps some bigger cups.

My family and I loved everything about it. It was super-clean and well organised. All essential matters were provided in the apartment already, and it was quite and relaxing as well. The property owner was very professional, cooperative and kind. The most remarkable and memorable things are the apartment’s interior design and the Thames river view. All and all, this is very highly recommended property none. We loved everything about this this property.
