• Gema (9/5): - El jardín es increíble y con el buen tiempo nos permitió disfrutar de unos desayunos estupendos. Nico nos recomendó un montón de cosas. El barrio es muy curioso y el sábado había mucho ambiente. Eché de menos persianas....A las 5 de la mañana ya entraba mucha luz que los estores a pesar de ser opacos, no cubrían completamente
• Barbara (9/5): Highly recommended and we will certainly stay again, next time we're in London. - Ben and Nick were so lovely and helpful - the suite had everything we needed, very comfortable and spacious to spread out in.......Stockwell was central to everything we wanted to do in London, the tube station a few blocks away. And the garden is amazing!!! We mainly ate out but the kitchen was well outfitted for an early breakfast, snacks...... Really, it was perfect for myself and my friend and very accommodating for an overnight visit by my friend's two daughters.
• Yme (7/5): Top. Prima - Behulpzame bewoner. Toegang tot tuin. Gemiddeld 10 minuten lopen van 2 metro stations. 25 minuten naar centrum. Afwerking kan beter. Maar alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig.

• Julian (9/5): Es war eine tolle Zeit die wir dort verbracht haben, im Sommer ist der Garten ein Highlight - Die Hausherren sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehlungen und Tipps wurden bei Ankunft übermittelt. Das Haus ist für 5 Personen sehr gut geeignet, die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und gut ausgewählt.

• huysse (8/5): Uitstekend appartement - Locatie is prima. Binnen een half uur ben je bij bezienswaardigheden als Buckingham Palace , Bondstreet. Appartement is prima. Ruim genoeg voor 4 personen en voorzien van alle gemakken. Ontvangst was allerhartelijkst. Tuin was fantastisch. Eigenlijk niets

• Jan (7/5): - Velmi milý hostitel, vše popsal do emailu dopředu. Dobrá dostupnost k obchodu (hned naproti), dobrá dostupnost k autobusum městské dopravy, na metro cca 10 min. Dům má svoje historické kouzlo. Hluk z ulice, okna prakticky netěsní. Na fotkách to vypadá větší. Bydleli jsme v suterénu. Na týdenní pobyt ok. Bez zásadních problémů. Doporučil bych opravy koupelnových doplňků (u baterie sprchy nefungovala regulace teplé vody), a kuchyně. Ale je to starý dům.
• Thomas (9/5): Wir würden wieder hier kommen. - Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr schöner Garten zum Ausspannen. Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe durch Vermieter vermittelt.
• Arkadiusz (8/5): - The host Nico was very helpful and accomodating. He sorted out the permit for the car to be parked out on the street. The garden was amazing, felt like in the carribean, with some turtles in the pond and very friendly dogs, especially in the weather we had at the time of stay, heatwave. Pretty close to the tube as well as to the bus stops. The house is quite unique, with its own history. Overall very happy with the stay, and would recommend to all, especially families with kids. Nothing really.

• Anthony (10/5): After the mix up with the reservation as the owners had confirmed the ground floor flat, but others who had booked after - Location. Furnishings. Quiet.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Great value for money! - Our host Nico, was very friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable. The location is very close to public transport. A grocery store is just across the road.
• Marco (6/5): Nice location to sleep while visiting London - Griffin House is nicely situated with relatively easy access to public transport (just few hundred meters walk). Attractive old building with amazing garden accessible to all guests and owners (which we have not used though). The photos did not match the apartment that we got, but are a combination of multiple rooms. It is quite an old house, which reflects in comfort. The kitchen is ok, assuming that you will not do a lot of cooking. The bathroom is really up for renewal. Showering in a bath with a hand shower that does not attach properly to the wall. Combined bathroom and toilet. Not so clean and very outdated.
• Terry (10/5): Nice little apartment in a great location - Basement apartment that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It had a beautiful garden for relaxing on what was a very hot and sunny weekend. Check in was super easy and the owner (and his dog) were really friendly. We loved the location - we'd never stayed in South London before but it was great to just be a short walk from the centre of Brixton which has some really really cool places to eat and drink. The tube was also only 5 minutes' walk away so the rest of London was easy to reach. No complaints at all
• Michelle (10/5): Farytale garden - The garden is amazing, and something out of a fairytale, guarded by a wonderful cosy large dog named Bruno that loves cuddles :) Tube is a ten minute walk away, wich means peace and quite in the evening to enjoy all the lighting and colors of the garden. Everything was included during the stay, and it was not much that our dear hosts could not fix or aid with. Right across the street is a store one can buy food, shampoo and conditioner and things potentionaly forgotten packed before travel. We were six people, 4 generations, so it was somewhat small. Allthough enough space to enjoy tv- night and tacofriday. There is a total og two single beds in one room, on double bed in bedroom nmb.two and the sofa in the livongroom that extends. So it would be awkward if we werent all family, but with a large garden and plenty to do during daytime this was totally survivable.

• Anonymous (8/5): Nice place - Although I thought Nick and Bruno (the dog) were very nice and welcoming, I think this place needs to come with a warning.. I didn’t know there would be so many stairs, but our host did help with those. I have also never been to a Air BB that the host living in the property before.. and although things were clean, a make over is well over due It’s nice but some travelers may not be well suited for this place

Very clean with no issues with finding the property or getting into central London, we all had a great time and would recommend staying here, we will be back! Nothing - it was perfect
