Guest Reviews
- Luca (7/5): Pink apartment - Ubicazione a 5 Min da Camden Town. Due stanze separate con letti matrimoniali Armadietto vicino ad uscita giardino marcio con perdita di acqua
- James (8/5): Would say that again, definitely - Very clean and tidy very good location Property had a leak on the roof near the back door. Walls were going mouldy.
- Vicente (10/5): - La casa era preciosa y todo era muy cómodo
- Lyla (10/5): Had a great stay at the pink house, everything was clean, nice decor, easy to get into. - Facilities, decor, cleanliness
- Manpreet (9/5): - Good location and same like home They need have look on towels as it’s look quite old and there were too many ants and provide some bathroom stuff
Other wise good we like to stay there next time as well as we feel we stay at home
- Daniel (5/5): Passable for short stay, room for improvement. - Overall passable if you're looking for accommodation for a quick stay, and not expecting too much. Very good location right near center of Camden close to bars and the markets. The kitchen was pretty good for making a breakfast in the morning. For the price paid it wasn't too bad for a place to stay in a good location. Whilst the house isn't dirty as such, its very run down and in need of some work such as Carpets and general décor. The beds were quite uncomfortable and also a tube line runs under the house making nigh time very noisy. The Sofa bed isn't a fold out bed as advertised so our fourth guest had to sleep on the couch. There was also no wifi or TV available for our stay. Some things to work on however if you're after a bed to stay in with friends, it will do the job.

- Chris (9/5): - Location is brilliant 5 minutes from tube station. And a min walk away from Camden Market and High Street A bit nosy with other tennents above ground floor. Key box is a bit tricky to open
- barry (10/5): Perfect Place in a perfect location - The Flat was amazing well fitted out and the hole place was out of this world I will definitly be staying again thank you so much N/A
- Kendal (8/5): Pleasant! - Location was really convenient. The price was good for the area. Kitchen facilities were great. Easy to check in with a key lockbox and details came in good time before arrival. Beds were not very comfortable, but OK for a night or 2. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were advertised as twin singles, but both rooms were small doubles, which didn't work for us, but the sofa was comfier than the bed. The WiFi signal was weak, but it's not the end of the world, worked OK in the bedrooms but not the living room.
- Natalie (10/5): Lovely weekend stay in Camden - Ideal location, Camden Market, the underground station very close by and Primrose Hill a 10 minute walk. Morrisons just across the road was very handy too. The apartment was clean, lovely and cosy for my family and me. I received clear instructions from the owner the morning before we arrived. Nothing, only the WiFi isn’t the best and this might be an issue for some but we were out most of the time and have a portable WiFi router if we needed, so this didn’t really bother us.
- Natasha (5/5): - Great location, easy walk to markets and Chalk Farm Station. Our accommodation was changed last minute resulting in staying in an apartment with one less bed than required. The day bed that was converted into a king was by far the worst bed I have ever slept on.
They double booked our apartment and we came home on the second day to a party trying to get in to our accommodation, ringing the buzzer and incessantly while one of our party was unwell and trying to sleep.
There were toenails under the bed and the mattress on the extended day bed was mouldy.
Steep steps, with no adequate lighting to the apartment.
- Louise (1/5): Awful avoid at all costs, cleaners lack cleanliness and you will come home with bed bugs bites - I was given the wrong key code and also given the wrong lock box to get them out of The whole experience could of been better, from lack of cleanliness to getting bed bugs bites. The dishwasher was rotten, kitchen was rotten, microwave and fridge hadn't been cleaned. Doors were too big for the frames so couldn't be closed, the list goes on, only good thing was location
- Laura (10/5): Homely, Comfortable, Clean, Safe. - The apartment is beautiful. Well decorated, well furnished with a comfortable sofa to chill out on(sorry forgot to take a photo of that), and very clean. Lovely bathroom with a walk in shower, outdoor area was an added bonus. The location is 10/10. Everything you need in walking distance and Camden Market a stone throw away. The host gave clear instructions about key and access to the property. No issues at all. Nothing really. If I was being picky it was a bit noisy but if you want a quiet place maybe don’t stay in the heart of Camden :)
- Kirsten (10/5): - Location as visiting London Zoo Wished twin bedroom had bars at the windows and that patio area door had a lock. The WiFi was not very good , nor were the constant beeping sounds coming from a cupboard in the hall way.
- Zaber (1/5): All My belonging were STOLEN day light robbery and owner dosnt want to do anything about the property - Do not book this property it is unsafe for use and the bottom flat window is open and cannot be securely shut all of me belongings were stolen by crackheads that roam the streets at early hours of the morning, I have told the owner of the property about this but she claims she has cameras and nothing was stolen. DO NOT BOOK this property is unsafe and your belongings will be stolen by crackheads that live near by, book at your own risk
- Sharon (5/5): This property could be a little gem but the ants are definitely an issue and owners could make more effort to communicat - The space and the facilities available. Also a fab location for central Camden Town Terrible communication between the property and ourselves. Also the flat was crawling with ants!! In the bathroom, in the bedrooms and on the dining table. We would return to the flat each day and all our belongings were covered in ants. Also WiFi non existent
- Keale (1/5): Awful communication - Was unable to attend the property, only able to find the place under construction. Contacted the host, who seemed to be very helpful, only to the receive a what’s app message saying they are unable to find us an alternative place to stay and will request a refund. Days and weeks have gone by contacting the host and booking.com to not receive a refund, Was unable to stay
- Emma (9/5): Excellent - After reading some past reviews, I started to get a bit worried about our booking but for the price and location, we decided to stick with it. We’re so glad we did, the apartment is lovely and very spacious for the four of us staying. The pictures shown reflect what the apartment is actually like. It must have had a revamp cos it’s nothing like previous photos provided on some older reviews.
We felt extremely lucky to have had an apartment of that size so close to Camden market.
We had initial difficulties with the key safe but we phoned the owner who responded very quickly and it was sorted.
Would definitely stay here again. The 4G/5G signal isn’t very good but that’s no fault of the owners, it is what it is.
You can hear the trains rumbling past frequently but we actually didn’t mind this.
If I have to get picky, I would suggest providing more towels but, again, wasn’t a big deal.
- Nolan (7/5): Not a bad place for a quick stay - Beds were decent and showers were hot, wasn’t really asking for more than that. Location was awesome too, a quick walk to the Chalk Farm station and near Camden Town pubs House itself is a bit worn down, but to be expected for the pricing. The WiFi did cut out for half of our stay however, and communication with the host was almost non existent
- Benjamín (3/5): Bedbug from this apartment - The best thing about apartment is the price and location. The apartment wasn't clean when we came, we found out opened yogurt under one of sofas and in microwave was new life in form of mold, pretty much a small ecosystem which stinks, I mean smell as hell. The owner was nice, but only when she picked up the phone, for some reason our boiler stopped working and we were freezing because heating and hot water also stopped. I left her 12 missed calls, and then she answered... the next day. But I need to admit that she was helpful and told me how to fix stuck boiler. So apparently I am now Super Mario. Yeah and bathroom. It seems very nice on photos and in general is fine, but the bathtub and tiles around there saw better days. No really, tiles were almost falling to the bathtub while we were showering. Two of our friends came back from this apartment with some kind of rash and in Hospital they find out that it's from bedbugs and also scabies. If the owner will show some love to the apartment, pretty much in cleaning it, then this place will be one of the best price to comfort ratio apartment in whole London.
- Dave (8/5): Fantastic Location !! - Previous letting where late leaving & the property was not clean on arrival. But Hosts cleaned it quickly & the situation was resolved.
- Lauren (1/5): Horrible - Nothing at all only perk about this property was the location When arrived to property cleaner was still here even though we couldn’t check in until 3pm , the place was filthy the pictures are not updated to what it looks like now. When walking into the flat the smell of something vile was going throughout , only to open the microwave to mouldy food had been left in it ,absolutely disgusting. We then called Hannah the owner, who didn’t answer the first 3 calls then did saying she couldn’t hear over the phone , sent a message to show the mouldy food and she said she would send the cleaner back even though he was still there when we first arrived should have been cleaned in the first place . We had to go to Morrisons to get bleach sponges and air fresheners as we felt horrible in the flat . There was no heating the whole time we were freezing in the flat Would AVOID AT ALL COST OF THIS !! Owner clearly doesn’t care at all so would stay clear
- Hodges (7/5): Good -
- Kamile (7/5): Great locations but wasn't clean - Spacous place and convenient location, i Bathroom and dishes were dirty when first person arrived and they cleaned it all
- Aneta (5/5): Needs refurbishment. - Location, responsive owner.
We booked at a very last minute (as another accommodation let us down - it was the penthouse F5!) turning up half an hour later. The apartment has not been cleaned yet, but we very much needed to leave our suitcases-and the owner luckily agreed. Thanks for that, Hannah! The flat is packed with old furniture, sofas in the living room needing replacing as the only thing you feel are the holes in the mattress. Only hot water in the shower. Worst of all- I was beaten by bed bugs!
- Alejandra (3/5): The cleanliness and furniture could be greatly improved - The location First of all, check-in was at 3pm and we arrived at 5:30pm. The house was not yet ready to move in. The cleaning man was inside the apartment and the house was not ready for five people. The cleaning was very poor, the outside had lots of cigarettes and food remains on the floor. The carpets were stained and looked very bad, the beds were uncomfortable and old. The toilet was dirty and the bathtub looked bad. The entrance code was wrong, we had to request it again because it would not let us into the house. The only good thing is the very central location.
- Elizabeth (6/5): Location was good. - The apartment we booked had not been cleaned but the host managed to change our room. The fact that we arrived and the apartment had not been cleaned.
- True (10/5): Great place, Good location - Spacious with everything I needed for the stay, outdoor space, kitchen, good bedrooms, bathroom and nice living room with Chanel’s all a stone thrown distance from the Camden Market . I strongly recommend It would be great if there was parking but I know that in Camden can be a bit complicated
- Rooney (1/5): Bad - Everything it was a shit hole nothing like the pics dirty apparent. Smelt like shit dirty bathroom dirty living area would not recommend this for a homeless person it was that crap told us to stay quiet after 8pm because upstairs had little baby but was full of shit they was loud until after 2pm was a total cat fish of a place hope nobody goes through it for that price was more like a hostel
- Sasha (1/5): Do not stay in this house. Horrible experience, selfish host, ruined my family's holiday. - Nothing DO NOT STAY HERE. I can easily say this was my WORST EXPERIENCE with renting a home. Not only was the lodging not as advertised but we had problem after problem with the rental, all during my wedding weekend. My family was forced to spend an entire day of their holiday moving out of this horrendous lodging and finding something else. Starting from the beginning, first we did not receive the information for check in at 3pm as indicated. When we finally had it, it was unclear which keybox was the correct one. The host provided a phone number but would only reply intermittently by text message. Once finally entering the lodging we found it to be in a state of needing a serious freshening up, not looking anything like the photos in the booking.com page! Holes in the walls, tub looking haggard, no iron or hairdryer, moldy broken floorboards, scratched peeling paint, lamps with no lightbulbs with nowhere to plug them in. Cigarette burns in the couch. We had also confirmed we needed the pullout couch in the living room to be made up (at booking and the day before by txt), it was NOT made up when we got there, we had to dig through a closet full of things piled on top of each other to find the bedding. Then late in the evening when we tried to shower we came to find that the boiler was not on, no hot water... my partner had to go to the house at midnight and get it turned on so everyone could shower after 7 hours of travelling overseas. Then, once the boiler was hot, we find that the cold tap mixer is stuck, so only scalding water is coming from the showerhead... We were also provided with one small towel per person, asked the host for a few more towels, and received one single additional towel the next day. After trying many times to contact the host by phone and receiving only intermittent txt msg, she asked us to leave the property and find somewhere else because we complained too much. WOW.
- Andrew (9/5): we were busy with work but was a great place to come home to - great communication phone signal, but thats not down to you!
- Mattyd003 (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (5/5): Passable -
- Lancaster (9/5): Superb - The location is fantastic. Owner really helpful when I contacted them.
Everything you could need for a stay in Camden
- Tina (5/5): It was average - good location for Camden Market - location was good You could tell the apartment had not been decorated in quite some time and would had expected more with charging £185 a night. Was clean but pictures were very outdated. The overhead train was very loud from about 0600 running frequently. No key to lock the back door.
- Gavin (8/5): Very good - Location & convenience.
- Rob (8/5): Very good - Great area in Camden. Lots of good restaurants and pubs nearby. The tube is only a 3 min walk. Lots of really good grocery stores nearby as well.
- Kyle (9/5): Good enough - Location was excellent, apartment very nice and value for money Bathroom needs a bit of TLC, no plug for bath
- Lindsay (9/5): Excellent location - I’ve stayed all over London, and the checkin and out was perfect, huge flat with everything we needed, excellent location, could hear the underground which wasn’t a prob, would deffo book again Nothing
- Lori (7/5): Great, convenient, kids enjoyed it , would stay again - Location was great and it was comfortable . Apartment had character and we felt at home Bath could do with replaced. Not dirty but a bit worn looking - shower was ok though over bath
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was beautiful very clean bed very comfy The only problem was a little cold in the apartment the TV down stairs didn't work n the WiFi wouldn't
- Mauricio (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
- Elisa (9/5): Calm - It is a good option for a trip with friends or family. It is a bit big and you could accommodate many people using the two rooms and the sofas. It is quite old and you may find imperfections in the floor or in the bathroom. But none of these made the stay uncomfortable
- Matthew (5/5): Passable -
- Matthew (4/5): Disappointing -
- Sarah (1/5): Very poor accommodation - Location It was very dirty the smell of damp effected my chest the tv did not work the bath was all stained
- Inalegwu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steve (5/5): Passable - Location is close to everything around Camden market..... can hear the trains all night tho........pinkhouse needs some TLC.... bathroom especially, bath all scratched ... grouting needs redoing....stains on carpet...laminated floor all marked.....bed is really creaky lot of insects flying about work top could do with a rub down and re stained... need some better kitchen utensils
- Ebid (1/5): Very bad accommodation which made or vacation miserable - Nothing Too many flying insects everywhere in the flat. Bad smell in the flat starting from the entrance. The bath is very disgusting, and the tub was dirty. The sound of Metro (tube/underground train) runs right under the house every 5 minutes makes you feel of a minor earthquake which made the whole flat vibrate and we couldn’t sleep because of this. The furniture is very old and the flat needed renovation maybe 15 years ago. The area is not good for families with children. The owner didn’t put any image of the house from outside because it doesn’t look good and all images for the interior of the house are misleading because they were very long time ago. The level of the accommodation is below the standard of booking.com and it should be removed from booking.com.
- Sohail (1/5): Bad - Location Too many flies in the flat
Bad smell in the flat
Bath and sink had water drainage issues
Bath tub was dirty
Sound of trains passing made the whole flat vibrate dirty carpets
- Jana (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect.
- Singh (1/5): The location is good, everything else is 0 star.. - Location Everything else.
- Janie (6/5): Friendly and responsive host, great location, could do with a thorough clean. - Location was excellent and host was very helpful when we arrived very tired and without the details we needed to get into the apartment. The standard of cleanliness was quite low but I think this is not a reflection of the host, but actually a lack of understanding of the host of the cleaners who are employed. There was food in the microwave that had not been cleaned out and also under the carpet that had not been picked up and the shower had lots of soap scum and mould that had clearly not been cleaned properly for some time. The host though certainly gave the impression that if she was aware of all of this, she would have it fixed immediately.
- Julie (1/5): Dump - It was a dump Hair in the shower
- Radu (7/5): Good -
- Ruxandra (5/5): Average stay - Great area with lots of shops and bars.
Property was quite spacious with lovely features but needs massive improvement!
The host gave clear instructions on how to enter the property. Not enough towels for the number of guests and the ones available were dirty. The bedding was also stained. There was a rotten smell in the cupboards and constant smell of mould but I guess that’s what you get in an old house. There weren’t enough toiletries and bed linen for the sofa-beds in the livingroom. There was no hot water on our last day.
There was constant noise and shaking from the tube underground but understandably that’s not the host’s fault, just pointing out.
- Shallow (8/5): Very good - Nice place and clean very good services . Only car park 🫣
- Ryan (3/5): Close to transport links and food/drinks venues. accommodation and host needs to improve! - 3 stars were given due to hot running water, heating and electric Leaking ceilings in multiple rooms (which the host did nothing about when contacted) 4 towels and bedding provided for a party of 6. Bath/shower area was dirty. Mattress sinking to the floor due to limited bed slacks. Cleaning wanting us out at 11:30 on the day of departure despite having the option to leave between 11:00-12:00
- Mark (1/5): The Worst - location only! it was filthy! floors dirty, carpets disgusting, bathroom unusable. stunk of damp, cleaner still in room when arrived however nothing was clean the floors are disgusting! toilet seat hanging off, ceiling covered in mould. Do Not Book
- Nicholson (8/5): Very good -
- Joris (7/5): Good -
- Mathew (2/5): A living hell - Decent Size First, The toilet seat was very unstable , and when i went to use it it suddenly broke. Second there was a broken wooden board in the Kitchen. Furthermore, there was mice running around from the basments to the living room. It was a living hell. The doors would not shut properly
