• Lee (1/5): Scam - Its a complete scam, dont book, there’s loads on booking dot com now. Absolutely unacceptable from such a platform.
• Pauline (4/5): Very disappointing - Close to the Woolwich station, The 2nd apartment in Devereaux House we had to move to was much nicer than the one in Judde House. It had beautiful views of the Thames and was in much better condition. Sadly we only had 1 night there Daniel, our contact at Travelhyde, was very quick to reply to all my messages The beds were comfortable and the water pressure good. The managing agent told me we had no booking in spite of having both a confirmation from Booking.com and Travelhyde. We had to wait at Woolwich station in the dark and the rain until 6.00pm to get details of where we were to stay and the lift access code. There were no key or fob at the apartment, we had to wait until 12pm for keys to be delivered. The apartment as very dirty, the beds were made and clean towels but nothing else. Hair and dust on the bathroom floor, food baked onto the induction cooktop., water all over the floor from the freezer, food scraps in the fridge and vegetable crisper and the recycle bins. Dirty carpets, dirty floors, black mould in the washing machine dispenser, curtains hanging off the tracks. We paid a 90 pound cleaning fee which I asked to be refunded but I have received no reply. We paid a 200 pound damages security bond which is a joke. There was so much damage I strongly suggest you take photos of it all and send them to Travelhyde. Our damages deposit was repaid.

Alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt um zu kochen, sich wohl zu fühlen etc Bis wir gefunden haben, wo sich der Sicherheitskasten für den Strom in der Küche befindet, mussten wir den Gastgeber kontaktieren. Die Betten waren uns zu weich. Bei dem Preis selber den Müll zu entsorgen finde ich unpassend
• Paul (9/5): Great peaceful location, great apartment in an up and coming part of London. - There was no breakfast as part of the deal but there was a local street market very close where we had a great breakfast. The door code/key handover could of gone a bit smoother.

• Arnout (7/5): - Aangenaam appartement dicht bij openbaar vervoer naar londen Appartement is mooi maar aan vernieuwing toe. We waren met 4 volwassen personen maar hadden heel weinig tafelbenodigdheden (slechts 1 wijnglas, 2 champagneglazen, …) Terrasmeubilair zou aangenaam zijn

• Andrew (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyable stay. - Good location, close to tube network and local pub, restaurant and coffee shops, supermarket etc. Easy access to Thames path. This is a fascinating area with lots of history surrounding the Woolwich Arsenal. The weather was exceptionally hot over the weekend and so it was very hot in the flat on arrival. Opening windows soon cooled it down but perhaps more fans would have been good.

• Day (10/5): Amazing!!! - Everything needed was on the doorstep, the apartment itself was beautiful and clean the bed was so comfortable the pillows were a little firm for my liking but I think that is a preference as they were memory foam pillow. I found the washing machine/dryer took a long time to dry (8-10 hours and things still werent dry) and there was no instructions to use anything apart from that we really loved our stay.
• Abdirahman (8/5): Very good, could have been great… - It’s beautiful and very well organized. Daniel always available to assist through messages. Which helps a lot and very flexible. The information are not well kept, I was surprised to learn that I have to take the rubbish out but it’s not clear where to go and dumb them. Someone walked in and asked me to do that. You are expected to take your rubbish out, despite charged for cleaning which I find very strange. Even asked me to make sure I put the plates and cups into dishwasher.

• Pamela (9/5): Excellent location. Great facilities at the unit. - Once door code was received access was easy. Property well located re public transport options. Location of unit is in a new, developing part of Woolwich. Felt safe at all times. Property as described in Booking. com Payment process. This should have been facilitated through Booking.com within the days prior to arrival at the unit not as an Invoice as we were travelling in a taxi cab to the unit. All other bookings via Booking.com have this arrangement or have a reception desk to facilitate payment. Security deposit not noted in cost at the time of booking. Refund of this needed to be requested. Communication tone , at times, re expectations of us, prior and during stay, with agent, felt a bit imposing.
• Lesley (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay here - it was great to have a comfortable space to come back to at the end of the day! - Our stay here was lovely! The apartment is very nice, and we really enjoyed the streaming services and convenience of nearby grocery and underground stops. The weather was lovely, so we were able to leave the windows open to keep the temperature moderated. The beds were comfortable and there were a few different types of pillows which we appreciated. There was laundry soap and dish soap, and little starter bags of toiletries in the bathrooms. The dryer doesn’t really dry, so it would’ve been nice to have a drying rack. There’s also very few dishes in the kitchen. The listing description also needs to be updated - part of it seems to be copied from another listing, as it says there’s a front desk, a bidet, and a sea view which is not true of this apartment.

• Clark (9/5): Not to far away - The unit was in a very nice area it was close to the underground and close to the riverboat so it was easy to get to places The only drawback we had was that the building does not have air conditioning but that's common for European countries including London so if that is a deal breaker for you then you might have an issue they did have a couple of fans that we were able to use as we slept but they do not have AC but other than that the place is wonderful the views are wonderful the areas nice and it was centrally located so that we could get back and forth to London downtown very easily I would most definitely stay there again

• Kirsty (9/5): We had a lovely stay in this high-end, well appointed apartment. - This is a beautiful apartment. It was very spacious and had a balcony the length of the wall overlooking Woolwich/Greenwich. It smelled divine- maybe the aromatic sticks or perhaps the cleaning agents. The kitchen was well stocked and had a dishwasher and appliances and the beds were comfortable. It was close to transport to the city. There was a washer and dryer with washing liquid supplies- a big plus after staying in many places with a washing machine and no way to dry your clothes. One room had an ensuite with a bath and both bathrooms were very well appointed and also had little soaps and conditioners like a nice hotel. the whole place was very tastefully decorated. It’s a high end property. I would recommend it. Only very small things to suggest here. The balcony although sheltered from above was not enough to stop rain sweeping in and seemed permanently wet on the decking- (we had bad weather) and no table or chairs to have a coffee out there. The huge TV was too smart for us - couldn’t work out how to stream from my device. Check in was a little tricky if you’re used to booking.com handling the cash. You need to contact the owner via WhatsApp and then there’s options. Fortunately Mastercard was one of them. Only one room had slippers and it would have been pleasant to have a blanket for the lounge as it took a while to heat up. Great apartment.
• Diane (8/5): Highly recommend this lovely apartment with little or no issues :) - This is a great apartment in a nice area, right beside the river with city views from the large sheltered balcony. The public transport nearby is a bonus, with the river taxi just a short walk and both the tube and DLR equally close by. The vibrant Greenwich is just a short distance away and central London is also easily accessible. We had a few small issues with parking and early check in etc but they were dealt with professionally so nothing major to complain about. If you are considering visiting this area of London I would highly recommend this lovely apartment. Car parking issues and charging points...
• Jan (10/5): Great stay at a very nice and luxury appartment! - Very nice appartment with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great location if you are in London for trade shows in Excel London or in that part of the city. The tube station is 6 minutes away, which is also great. There are a lot of supermarkets very near to the appartment. It was very clean, it was very easy to communicate with the owner and to get all the necessary information. Totally recommended! No bad things to comment.

• Tracey (9/5): Home away from home - fantastic apartment - Home away from home. We stayed here for nine nights. This apartment had everything you would need and more! Amazing views, very comfortable beds, rooms were all a very nice size, close to shops and eating places. Good security, other occupants very friendly and helpful. Communication with host was fantastic and responses were always quick. Would certainly recommend this property to all and would love to return one day! There were no negatives to staying here. The only negative for us was the travel back into central London for tourist attractions and train station but this was entirely our decision.

• Uncie (8/5): Woolwich has plenty to see and do,but still close enough to town - A very comfortable apartment that had all the amenities as advertised. A great location close to public transport, whilst being soundproof enough not to be disturbed by traffic. Both bathrooms were very generous in size and had supplied bath products for hair and skin. The fully functioning kitchen was handy when not eating out at the various eateries located at Woolwich. The ferry into town can be caught a few minutes walk from the building and is quite an easy journey, as is the local tube station. Very happy with our decision to stay in this apartment. Everything was found as listed.
