• Sanchez (10/5): Perfect fit - Bright, clean and comfortable. Well stocked for day to day living. The shower had good pressure and was hot immediately. Washer included. Great location within a 10 minute walk from Victoria train Station, Victoria/District/Circle Metro stop and bus hub. Lots of local coffee houses, food/pubs, and stores. Some noise from the upstairs apartment.
• Anatolii (9/5): - Very convenient location. Most attractions are within walking distance, while the area itself is quiet and peaceful. The metro, grocery stores, and pubs are all nearby. You could hear the neighbors, but it wasn’t particularly disruptive.

• Carina (9/5): Superb place, ideally situated near Victoria Station - Our place in London was ideally situated near Victoria Station, which made everything feel within reach. We loved being able to walk to so many beautiful spots and come back to a comfortable, welcoming space at the end of the day.

Drury, de la empresa de arriendo, siempre estuvo en permanente contacto par - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de los puntos turísticos mas importantes de Londres. Adicionalmemte, esta a 6 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes de Victoria, desde donde tomamos el tren expreso al aeropuerto. Supermercados y restaurantes muy buenos y pintorescos a 5 minutos. Nosotros éramos 4 adultos y nos hubiera gustado unamos muy poquito mas de espacio, pero en general estábamos muy cómodos y con todo lo necesario para tener una muy buena estancia

Süpemarketkere, restaurant lara yakın, birçok yere yürüyerek gidilebilir, güvenli, temiz ve rahattı Üst kattan ses gelmesini sevmedim. Banyoya en azından bir seferlik de olsa şampuan konabilirdi. Valizleri tesise birkaç saatliğine emanet etmek için bir yer olsa iyi olurdu.

• Tpubster (9/5): - De locatie was perfect. Alle highlights op 30-40 min lopen. Iedere dag een andere keuken qua restaurant om de hoek. Enkel glas, dus wat fris als de verwarming niet aan staat

Les instruccions sobre les claus hauria anat bé tenirles clares amb anticipació ja que es recullen a un punt extern a l'allotjament i vam haver de tornar enrere després d'arribar a l'allotjament, estaria bé remarcar-ho en els comunicats d'instrucció del checkin. El sofà llit podria ser més còmode però és ample i pràctic El programador manual de la temperatura es va quedar sense piles Vam tenir dificultat per entendre el reciclatge de les deixalles en l'edifici, instruccions més clares podrien ser d'utilitat
• Rosline (8/5): Very pleasant. - Location Key collection and drop off. I wish there was an express check-in and out right at the property to pick and drop off keys. The distance was about 10 minutes walk and if one has pick up, there is no parking right next to the shop allocated for picking nor dropping keys. Additionally, if you have a lot of luggages, upon drop off, you’ll have to walk again with your luggage since there is no place to leave them. All in all, the stay was wonderful and Arthur was very helpful and understanding.

• Maria Margaret (9/5): Estivemos muito bem instalados. Gostamos muito! - A localização é muito boa. O contato com os responsáveis foi muito bom. Tivemos que pegar a chave em outro local, mas foi muito tranquilo porque ficava no caminho entre a estação do metrô e o apartamento. O apartamento é claro, confortável e espaçoso, muito bem montado, não faltou nada, inclusive havia sabão e amaciante para lavar roupa.
• Sara (9/5): - Amplio, luminoso, comodo pero alrededores de la estación con muchos drogadictos e indigentes acampados alrededor de la iglesia. Con niños mejor no volver tarde al apartamento. Zona complicada para volver al inicio de la noche...drogadictos en el entorno de la estación y muchísimos indigentes en la.puerta de la iglesa todas las noches. Cortina del baño sucisima , con solera. No sé quita ni con lavadora.

• Federico (9/5): 10 giorni a Londra in famiglia - Posizione ( vicino alla stazione Victoria ma in 10 min a piedi sei al Big Ben), condominio tranquillo, quartiere carino. Appartamento non grandissimo ( ma siamo a Londra )luminoso perfetto per due persone ma anche con due figli piccoli è andata benissimo ( hanno dormito in un divano letto) Cucina attrezzata e anche finestrata , C’è tutto quello che serve. Bagno con vasca ad uso doccia. Special Guest il Bow window dove abbiamo fatto la colazione all’inglese Di fatto nulla. Per chi vuole il buio totale le finestre sono poco oscurate e anche poco insonorizzate . Ma per noi non è stato un problema.

• Fatma (8/5): Lovely apartment - House is very close to Buckingham Palace and westminister area. Neighbourhood is a lovely area with pubs, restraunts and markets. Buses and trains are in maximum 5 minutes walk. We generally used buses to have a sightseeing attraction. Kitchen is well equipped. There are also supplements like oil, vinigar, tea, coffee and salt which is very appreciated. The house owner kept in touch with us. There are a lot of key locks around the garden. Don’t panic :) All over we enjoyed our stay in the house. The windows are not well insulated. There is noise from outside. The floor is making sound when you walk.

• Ugochi (9/5): Great location and great value for money! - This apartment was great value for money and the location was the best part! A 10min walk to Victoria train or coach station so it was easy to get everywhere! There are various shops around and a Tesco Express close by. The apartment itself is in a safe area with a key fob for access. The key collection was seamless and codes to lock box sent a day prior to arrival. It also had a good wifi connection…in all a really good stay. It’s good to call out that there’s no lift to the apartment which is on the second floor so if you have a lot of luggage, you’ll need to carry it up the stairs. But that wasn’t an issue for us.

• Roger (7/5): London flat, excellent location, several problems, Second floor no lift. Lack of emergency response. - Location and cleanliness excellent. Kitchen equipment excellent. Difficulty opening the key box and when tried to phone for help Sunday evening the office was closed Advertisement did not say it was second floor with no lift. We just managed with rollator but only just. No fire extinguisher or fire blanket we could find. There was a leak from the bath into the flat below. We had to deal with the neighbour below in No 24 ourselves who had experienced the same problem before involving extensive damage. We could not make contact with the flat management. We left a note in the bath to recommend not to use. We have since heard that the overflow has been repaired. Not being able to get through to anyone outside office hours left us feeling quite insecure.

• Dori (8/5): Overall nice place and probably ok if you can close the windows. Other properties in the city probably have the same iss - Clean, friendly staff, located close to everything. We happened to be here during a hot spell. There is no air conditioning so we needed to keep the windows opened. No fans were available to move the hot humid air. Since we were in the city, and with the windows open, we could hear people talking loud in the street, cars revving their engines, horns honking? Sirens etc… so we didn’t really get a good night’s sleep.
• Lauren (6/5): Pleasant - Location Lack of safety with the door, a lock that can be used inside would be better. The pull out sofa was not comfortable in the slightest. The carpets were worn and dirty and the tv very dated and couldn’t stream to it

• Raluca (9/5): just what we neede - The location was one of the best things. very convenient to access public transport and within walking distance to some of the main areas we wanted to visit. Very helpful staff. We had some problems with working the thermostat and once i contacted the property they came and sorted it out.

• Stavros (8/5): Nice place in a nice neighborhood - perfect for a couple - The flat was nice, clean, well located - the host was very responsive to our requests and some minor issues we faced. There were a few light bulbs that needed to be changed, including the one in the bathroom. A coffee machine would have been nice!!!

Excellent tube and bus connections. Comfortable layout, furniture and bed. Convenient access to property. Slightly tired and unloved-feeling in places: thin towels, slightly grubby shower curtain, unfinished areas around apparent recent repairs eg boxing around combi boiler.
• Trina (10/5): Exceptional - Flat is just 5mins walk from the station, in a nice street off the main road.it was very clean with everything you need...including tea bags!!when I spoke with the host he was very nice and helpful. There was some noise in the morning but considering I live in a quiet village it's something I'm not normally used to so not an issue.
• Oana (8/5): Good stay - It was nice, spacious and comfortable The kitchen tap is broken and when turned on it splashes all over the place. The next flat is door-to-door with this one and every time the neighbours were unlocking their door, I was jumping thinking someone is unlocking my door :) The shower curtain needs a little bit of cleaning.
