• ROCCA (4/5): - La posizione L'acqua bollente della doccia, il rumore delle persone sopra e il fatto che sia suonato l'allarme antincendio e il proprietario non è venuto, dopo 2 ore ho dovuto chiamare i pompieri
• Manel (5/5): Buen apartamento, bien ubicado; pero muy sucio. - La ubicación. Muy sucio, acabados malos, elementos estropeados.
• Christina (3/5): No proper lock on door. Security Alert! - Perfekt läge. Fin utsikt från sovrummet. Luktade mögel, framförallt i kök ovh badrum. Duschen svämmade över och teven har bara filmkanaler ,ingen live teve och inte Netflix som de påstår. Köket kändes särskilt "grubby". Hela huset verkar ha tömts på hyresgäster för alla trappavsatser är belamrade med flyttboxar och resväskor som är märkta med hyresgästernas namn. Så uthyrarna hyr troligen ut lägenheten en kort period, kanske högst ett par år innan det hinner anmälas. Men det värsta var säkerheten. Det enda låset är en barnlek att forcera, så se upp! De andra lägenheterna i huset hade ordentliga lås.

• Estelle (9/5): - Très bon emplacement avec métro, commerces et le charme de Portobello Road à 5 mn à pieds.
• Stephanie (4/5): Not stunning at all - Bus stop right out the front and a quick walk to the underground. Washing machine was good. We were not told the flat is on the third floor so be aware. We had to carry our heavy suitcases. I think it is disingenuous to not advertise this fact. Beds were not comfortable and noisy, it was very old and tired, very small, tiny kitchen area, smelled of vapes, Lino was coming up in places. Towels were old and stained. The shower was so small you could hardly fit. Some bowls and cutlery were dirty and stained. No blockout curtains so it is very bright. No aircon.
• Bonnie (5/5): Good Location for the price, but needs a good deep clean! - The location was very good for tourist activities, getting to central london etc. And a short walk from the tube. The building felt safe, and the neighbours were quiet. The beds were comfortable with clean linen and bedding provided. Clean towels provided. Big sash windows and bright and airy. It was hot when we visited, but the windows allowed for a breeze. Communication with the owner was good. Unfortunately the standard of cleanliness was poor. The shower and kitchen were filthy. With build up around taps etc. The fridge had food dried to the shelving, and half eaten containers of food such as ice cream were left behind. We couldn't get the oven to work, and gave up. The microwave worked and so did the kettle. Didn't try the washing machine. We didn't contact the owner at the time, as we were really only sleeping there. But I would have struggled with a young family. In the evenings there was a very strong smell of weed. (maybe a positive for some!)
• Miguel (4/5): Buena ubicación para un sucio alojamiento - La ubicación. Es perfecta debido a que tiene parada de metro a 200 metros y parada de autobús en la misma puerta No había limpieza en el alojamiento. En la cocina horno inservible, sartenes, ollas, platos, cubiertos, tras limpieza por nosotros, los hemos hecho utilizar. Todo bastante sucio. Baño, la ducha no tragaba agua. Muy deficiente la limpieza a pesar de haber insistido en este detalle con la propietaria. Añadir que por localización en una transitada calle había mucho ruido.
• Duncan (5/5): Passable - Location was good Kitchen wasn’t adequate ie only 1 pan worked on the induction hob - need to throw away the aluminium pans that aren’t suitable for induction. Bathroom had no ventilation and so smelt of damp. Also from safety point of view, child’s bunk bed next to full opening sash window several stories up!!
• Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional - Beds were incredibly comfortable, there was a fan in the double bedroom which we were very greatful for. As a mum of teenage girls the hairdryer was a major plus. We didn't use the washing machine or dishwasher but was good to have the option. The place was clean and tidy, easy to find. Ladbroke grove is part of the circle line and traveling any where via underground was really easy. Nothing! It's a great place to stay
• David (8/5): Very good - Great location, fantastic area. For the price that we paid, we got exactly what was said on the tin. Beds and bedding not very comfy, bit of road noise.
• Suzanne (5/5): Passable - Good location and street food market nearby. Not far from tube. Shower drain blocked so tray filled up with water but temperature didn’t adjust and it was too hot so rendered it usable. No tv aerial and claims logged into Netflix but wasn’t.
• Mauricio (1/5): Not recommendable for the facilities, yes for the location. - The location The heating wasn’t working, the apartment was cold, the shower drain was clogged.
• Michelle (1/5): Appalling - The location was handy for all we wanted to do for our family weekend in London. It was dirty, very tired and needs a lot of work. There is basic neglect of the flat, filthy floors, shower was dirty, bedding and towels felt grubby. We did not want to eat or drink in the flat because it felt so unclean. Even the work tops had debris of crumbs and beer bottle tops left on them. The blinds were broken, windows had broken latches. Shelf in the lounge was broken. It was not homely and was not an acceptable place to stay at all. I would not recommend. We have come away from staying here incredibly disappointed and annoyed that this atrocious level of accommodation is allowed to exist. If we could give 0 stars that would be more in keeping with the standard offered by the owner. I did take pictures of evidence of the terrible standard and will post.
• Ketty (4/5): Disappointing considering the paid price - The location is great, in the middle of Portobello and Nottinghill although far from the center, 50minutes with the bus. Bus stop in at front door, metro station is 5minutes walk. Neighborhood is very safe, lively with supermarkets closeby. Apartment is big enough for 4 persons. Master bedroom is very comfortable and has lots of light. Host did not send the instructions to retrieve the keys so we had to wait at the door with our luggage until she picked up the phone and arrived later to bring the keys, Cleaning was not done so we could not check in and we had to wait again. Appartment is very noisy and not well equipped. basic kitchen equipments are missing, no standard coffee machine. Cooking stove did not work the last day so we had to prepare a cold meal. Oven was filthy and not usable as there was no appropriate oven dishes to use. Lights in the apartment do not work well. the apartment door cannot be closed with the key . no regular TV channels, only some platforms. Shower temperature cannot be adjusted to a cooler one. In short we found the price extremely expensive for what you get.
• Caroline (2/5): Couldn’t wait to leave - The only thing to like about the property is that it’s walking distance to portobello and Notting hill The property is very dirty, blocked shower which nearly floods, hair everywhere in bathroom, there were even stains in the loo that we had to clean on arrival. If the owners spent some of the income on some new furniture and cutlery and crockery / kettle/ pots and gave this apartment a deep clean and vacuumed the stairs and put in some block out curtains this would make all the difference to the property. The host seems lovely so it’s a surprise that she has let her apartment become so dilapidated
• Amanda (6/5): Excellent location, easy check-in, fair amount of space to hang out. The downside was that it wasn’t clean enough. - Perfect location, great potential for a beautiful stay: high ceiling, lots of daylight coming in It wasn’t clean enough for us. We felt that we needed to clean all the plates and glasses before using them, some Hair in the shower etc.

• A.perrin (9/5): The practical sensible choice for a family - Live like a local experience. Close to bus, rail, supermarkets and Portobello Market. The oven was excellent, very quick. Would recommend to a friend to stay here. The bunk room gets the traffic noise. .(The other is quite) The blinds are not block out, in all rooms but provide privacy.. This was solved with sleep eye mask

Given a chance, would definitely come back. - We were too early arriving, but the host was obliging and came over to keep our luggage at the front of the apartment for temporary storage while we venture around to see the portobello market. The property was near to bus stop, ladbroke grove station and portobello market. It was a cosy apartment. with excellent amenities. The shower was a tad too hot though but not much of a problem to us.

Bathroom very grubby, none of us would use the shower due to the level of cleanliness. Like a student flat, definitely not stunning

• Estelle (7/5): Great location but needs a deep cleanup - Excellent location with a bus stop right in front of the door, many useful places around (Tesco, Sainsbury, a laundry, an underground station) and the charming Portobello Road really close. The flat as a whole needs a deep cleanup (the fridge was stained, the sofa was stained, there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, some dirty socks left under the bed), and some important kitchen items should be added, like a vegetable peeler, a strainer and a broom.
