- Michael (6/5): Lovely apartment, not situated in the best environment. - The apartment was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. This isn’t the owners fault, however, at the back of the property and directly under the bedroom window is a gap after a set of garages. For the first three days of our stay, there were groups of teens smoking cannabis, which meant we had to shut the windows because of the smell and then a car that stayed there most of the night on the Friday and Saturday and the whole day Sunday playing really loud music and using gas canisters to fill balloons and inhale. They were there that long we counted around 30 canisters. It’s such a shame as the apartment is so lovely. We messaged booking.com customer services but were ignored.

- Michal (6/5): - Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum. W pobliżu market Tesco, stacja metra i restauracje. Bardzo ciche i bezpieczne miejsce. Mieszkanie wizualnie bardzo ładne. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Klucze do odebrania w lokalnym sklepie 24/7 ( jakieś 10min drogi od mieszkania i dość późna informacja w dniu przyjazdu, co sprawiało mały dyskonfrot czy będzie się miało gdzie spać ). Było dość brudno, kurz na rurach, brudne naczynia w szafce. Pękniętna rama łóżka w sypialni ( chociaż nie sprawiała problemów przy spaniu), komplet pościeli w salonie bardzo słaby, praktycznie sama powłoczka zamiast kołdry. Brudne okna. Jednak najgorszą rzeczą był niesprawny prysznic! ( niesprawna deszczownica i słuchawka prysznica). Zepsuta klamka drzwi wejściowych do mieszkania.
Trzeba założyć konto na osobnej stronie, przesłać tam skan swojego dowodu osobistego/paszportu, swoje selfie i dane swojej karty kredytowej. Depozyt w wysokości 300 GBP - nie było to jakimś bardzo dużym utrudnieniem, ale trochę nas zaskoczyło.

Fajny układ pomieszczenia, bardzo przestronne i świetnie oświetylone światłem naturalnym wnętrze.
Gospodaraz zadbał o czystą pościel i dostęność ręczników i akcesoriów kuchennych - mam na myśli środki czytstości, papier toaletowy, ręczniki papierowe, tabletki do zmywarki, worki na śmieci,etc. - co raczej jest rzadkością w tego typu najmie. Drzwi zewnętrzne zupełnie niewygłuszone, gospodarz zwaracał uwagę na zachowanie ciszy po 11pm - to raczej z zewnątrrz dochodziły hałasy zwłaszcza w weekendowe wieczory.
W drzwiach zewnętrznych zacina się zamek górny i dwa razy mieliśmy sytuację, że nie można było się wydostać z apartamentu przez dłuższą chwilę.
Generalnie drzwi wymagają "opieki" przez gospodarza - ale to już moje trochę czepianie się jak jest za dobrze :)

The bed was not made for the kids and there were no towells for them. Everything prepaired like for 2 persons only. The shower had hot boiling water only and was therefore not usable at all. We have reported hat and there was no reaction.

The pool take was a favorite and with the apartment being so spacious everyone could spread out at the end of a day of exploring. Highly recommend this for anyone traveling to London!

- Terry (8/5): Great location, super friendly host who needs to be a bit more communicative. Apartment is fine. - Location was perfect for our needs. Some people of a nervous disposition might however find it a bit intimidating or scruffy, but for us it was great. Lovely walks along the nearby river, to Westminster and to the South Bank. Plenty of nearby transport. Having a pool table in the apartment was fantastic, we all enjoyed using it. There was plenty of space for the six of us, and once we figured out how to use the heating it was very pleasant. Great place for a family to get together. The layout worked for us, but not everyone will like the lack of windows to the outside from the bedrooms. Communications could be much improved. Collecting the keys from a local shop was a bit of a challenge due to it being on a red route, but otherwise it was OK. Lee (who managed the place) was hard to get hold of but super friendly when we succeeded. The apartment needs more information sending, e.g. how to manage the heating, boost the hot water, even find the en suite bathroom (clue - it's in the wardrobe!). If driving there, beware it is just inside the Congestion Charging zone.

- Peter (5/5): Disappointed and would not recommend this property. - The property was good for 4 adults. Prob would of been a great place years ago. So many issues from mould bathroom, leaking shower rose that wet everything to very poor internet when it worked. An alarm that keep beeping in the middle of the night, did it every night, had to put a code in to stop it. A wahsing machine that was full of water and did not work and was full of mould.
Contacted management who did a reclean but just changed towels and made beds, not sure what that acheived.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist relativ zentral gelegen, mit netten Cafés, Pubs und Supermarkt in laufnähe. Die Belüftung der nach innen liegenden Schlafräume, mit Fenstern die in den Wohnbereich gelangen, war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat aber funktioniert.

- Lorna (9/5): Great stay - The accommodation is in a really good spot. Close to a Tesco and a few minutes walk to the tube for easy access into the city centre.
The rooms are spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only disappointment was not having the pool table for our 14 year old to use.

Très bonne literie -La récupération des clés a ete catastrophique.
Aller chercher les clés dans une épicerie, donner le code reçu, le code est faux. Appel a l agence qui nous dit d aller a l adresse de l'appartement, sans indication. Nouvel appel a l agence qui indique que l envoi des mail d accès était faux et que notre mail de récupération n était pas le bon.
Finalement les clés étaient dispo dans une boîte a clé difficile a trouver.

- Umberto (5/5): Overall, the apartment had a nice layout and good location, but it felt dated and noisy, with limite - The apartment was lovely — spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and a comfortable dining and living area. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with a large Tesco just a 5-minute walk away. Public transport links, including buses, were also conveniently close. Key pick-up and drop-off were simple and hassle-free at a nearby convenience shop. The apartment felt quite dated and could have been cleaned more thoroughly (for example, the heaters hadn’t been wiped in some time). The photos showed a pool table, which was not in our apartment — disappointing for the teenagers with us. There was very limited storage space and no hangers provided. The apartment was also quite noisy, with creaky floorboards and sounds coming from the upstairs neighbors. Overall, given the time of year and location, the price felt a bit high for the quality offered.

Sajnos a bojler nem működött megfelelően, így a 3 éjszakából 2-ben nem vagy alig volt meleg víz. Utolsó előtti napon jöttek ki, hogy ránézzenek. Próbáltuk elmagyarázni üzenetben, hogy szerintünk nem jó, végül küldtek egy szerelőt.
Az emeleti hálószobák padlója recseg-ropog. A szomszéd lakás zaja nagyon áthallatszik.

- Haraldsdottir (8/5): Well-located apartment in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to most services. - We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, two adults with three teenagers. It was particularly nice to come back to the apartment after long days in the city and be able to relax and play pool together. The kitchen was especially impressive, well equipped with tableware and all kinds of cooking utensils. I would recommend the apartment to my friends, especially for those traveling with teenagers. There were some issues with the internet connection during the first three days, which was especially difficult for the teenagers, but it was fixed and worked well for the remaining six days of our stay.

- Sylvia (9/5): Superb - The apartment is stylish and well stocked. It looks and feels like an IKEA showroom with artistic touches which we loved. There was a NOW TV stick and the bedding was nice. It was really homey and felt hip and stylish. Loved the washer and provided a drying rack. Nice hair dryer. Nice area close to grocery store and metro. Felt like a local. We loved location. The cons did not outweigh the pros but no AC made for very hot days. The nights were tolerable bc of fans but tooooo hot during day. This is a 4 floor walk up. It was exhausting at the end of the day. We couldn't get the shower to work bc the water was BOILING hot all the time. We all had to take baths instead so we managed.

- Sara (10/5): Cool and spacious apartment in a great location - The apartment is surprisingly large with a really well equipped kitchen and huge comfy sofas. The space is fun and interesting with great decor. The pool table was a great family hit. Sleeping space is also well sized and very comfortable. The location was really convenient - 10 minutes to Vauxhall Station in one direction and Kennington in the other. Or if you want a nice walk along the river you can walk to Westminster in less than 30minutes. Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay.

2 bedrooms with big double beds; 2 leather sofas downstairs.
One toilet downstairs, one bathroom with a separate shower cabin and a bath upstairs.
Very good Wifi.
10 minutes on foot to the Vauxhall subway station, close to multiple bus stops. 20-30 minutes using public transport to the city center, St. Pancras and different tourist attractions.
Tesco supermarket & multiple restaurants in the vicinity.
Keys are retrieved from a nearby 24h shop after giving them a PIN code. You need to create an account on a separate site, upload a scan of your ID card/passport, your selfie, and your credit card details there.
A deposit of 300 GBP is reserved through the other site. It was unblocked 6 days after we checked out.
(All of that was not a problem at all, I'm just putting it here to inform other customers how it works).

Perfect for our family of 3. Location was a little far from public transportation. Also, the keys need to be picked up at a store close by which was a little confusing.

-Super quiet as set back from the road in a modern building - felt very safe
-Large tesco's very close Comms with second nest to pay security deposit was a little tricky as booking.com kept removing the link
Property backed on to a council estate so the aspect wasn't the best - we just closed the blinds!

- Lisa (8/5): Excellent flat for Christmas and sight-seeing around London. - The flat was extremely clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the large windows in the kitchen,dining room area as well as the soft linens for the beds. The espresso machine was much appreciated as we readied for the days of touring around London. And the Super Tesco grocery store around the corner was very convenient for picking up groceries. Having more than one dish towel in the kitchen would have been helpful for our week's stay as well as some hand soap along with the dish soap. And, bowls for oatmeal in the mornings would have been nice (we used coffee mugs).

- Ryszard (9/5): Smart choice for smart traveller :-) - Smart location and a lot of space in comparison with other similar offers. Not far from Oval tube station. So London Bridge (Tower of London) is accessible within 30 min, Westminster Bridge area - the same. Oval Stadium or Imperial War Museum is within walking distance. From practical issues - large Tesco store nearby. The Pilgrim Pub - albo nit far with friendly atmosphere.

The apartment is well designed and made with attention 💫 They ask for the deposit in another platform which is suspicious. And I didn't receive the 300 pound deposit back yet. Plus they provide few toilet paper. Bring it from home 😅

After engaging the property owners and trying to appeal to their conscience, extrem - To start with, the pictures I saw on line was very different to the one we saw on arrival. It felt unkempt and damp/dingy. The customer service was very poor as they didn’t pick my calls until two days after. I asked for a refund and they cited some non refund policy which was most unfair. They didn’t offer an option until I asked for a refund Poor area. Poor ambience.

The pool table in the three bed apartment made for some good competition.
Within walking distance from Vauxhall Train Station, not far from Waterloo. Good access to city via bus, tube lines, train. Tesco store very close. Walking around at night felt safe. I didn't notice a mention of the refundable security deposit until after after the booking was paid.
- Eugene (6/5): Industrial feel building with genrally well appointed apartment. Not immediate access to good amenities in the area but - It was spacious and generally well appointed. The area was a bit strange, quite noisy. It is close enough to trains and walking distance (a bit of a hike) to Southbank.

Disappointingly only One both room and a single toilet which we would not regard as a bathroom

* Toilet flush wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed all stay.
* If you are going to ask for an invoice - just forget it, i was asking more than 10 times. Owner just tellingbyou that he sent it by email, than somebody else going to do this, than ignores you.
