• Papadopoulos (4/5): Good but not worth the amount. - The location to the city center The water was not turned on and hot water only lasted for a few minutes. The price was a little too expensive for what you actually get

• Ute (7/5): - Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, aber sehr „in-time“ (Punkt 15:00), etwas nervig wenn man 15 min vorher da ist. Soweit alles okay, i.d. Küche für alles gesorgt - 1-2 Holzbretter zum schneiden wären noch toll. Oder auch etwas größere Tassen… Begrüßungswein ist eine supernette Geste! In der Beschreibung steht zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, das stimmt so nicht. Es ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Couch und im Küchenbereich noch einmal ein Einzelschlafsofa. Für meinen Empfinden eine tolle Wohnung, aber für maximal vier Personen.

• LadBen (9/5): - Kvalitně vybavený apartmán blízko od centra v klidné oblasti působící bezpečně i v noci, snadné parkování, metro v blízkosti. Doporučuji upevnit uvolněnou hadici od sprchy v místě výstupu z ovládací jednotky (nepodstatné)
• Katherine (7/5): A great place to stay for a few days - We had a lovely few days. The apartment is in a great location and is well set out. The property could do with a little refresh, including new pillows and mattress for the bed to make it comfortable for guests.

• Francisca A.G. (10/5): Estadía perfecta - Muy cómodo, muy bien equipado y muy bien conectado con transporte público. Barrio tranquilo, y con muchos servicios. Nos dejaron una botella de vino de bienvenida lo que fue un gran detalle.

• Betty (8/5): Spacious, clean and well decorated apartment that is near train station - Like the location, it was near the train station and about 25mins walk to Marienplatz. The beds are too soft and sunken in the middle so it is not comfortable to sleep at all.

• Jo (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location. - The apartment was well appointed, very roomy for 2 people, and in a great location. The metro was a short distance away and the area is also well serviced by buses and trams. Little things - the bed is wedged against a bookcase and a wall so the only way to climb in and out is from the end of the bed. The TV and streaming service set up is very convoluted and, despite instructions, wasn’t easy to get going.
• James (10/5): Home from home in Munich - The location is great as it's quieter than old town but only a short 20 min walk away (30 min direct walk to the hbf station), and is near some great traditional and craft beer venues along with good public transport links if desired. The property itself is spacious, clean, comfortable, private, and secure. Feels like home.

• Ashfaq (6/5): Spacious option - Spacious apartment, well done interior and good furniture. Reasonable value for money TV/projector setup is very old, location isn’t to central for non Oktoberfest season, the need is too crammed into the wall.
• Philippa (10/5): Nicely appointed, convenient and welcoming apartment. - The apartment was in a very convenient location with all sites easily accessible by a short metro ride. The apartment was clean, modern and had good amenities provided - e.g. providing kitchen towel, a welcome bottle of wine etc. We didn't lack anything! Very quiet at night too. The pillows were lumpy and the mattress whilst serviceable wasn't as high quality as the rest of the apartment.

• David (9/5): We had an enjoyable stay in this lovely apartment - Really beautiful apartment, everything we could possibly need was there. Very helpful suggestions about the area (shopping and eating). Area was quiet, very convenient subway access. When we were there the subway station was undergoing renovations so we had to figure out the replacement bus connection. Once we figured it out it was very convenient.

• Cheyao (10/5): Stylish and comfortable - It's a small apartment, but has a fully equipped kitchen and a really comfortable bedroom. Bed is big and soft. They have a tv and projector in the bed room. And there's a "Xbox" connect to the projector. The dinner table is huge and stylish. The glass door of shower space leaves a little space between it and floor. You need to stand near the wall to prevent water to flood when you showering. And there's no drain hole on the toilet floor which means if you are not careful, you will have to use toilet with a flooded floor. That's a bit annoying.
• Justin (6/5): Good location, easy to get to. - Was well equipped, could do with a microwave oven, but had everything else. Very close to train station easy to get to from main station or airport. Supermarket close by, and many food options around. Ground floor so no stairs to climb. Very small shower, some noise from other residents going up and down stairs and out back door at late or early hours. Key safe was hard to open, especially with cold hands. Probably better for family with small children rather than teenagers.

• Amit (9/5): great apartment, need to improve safety - great location next to a subway station, warm design and a “ready to use” kitchen ! we got one key - used to open the building stairway door as well as the apartment door. we concluded that every person who lived in the building can use the stairway door key to open our apartment. there is no latch from the inside of the apartment, and that definitely felt unsafe!

• Alan (7/5): I would not likely use this apartment again. Too expensive and impratical. - The beds were comfy and the place had the space we needed The shower is ridiculously tiny and impractical. There is no ventilation in the bathroom unless you open the window to the street. It is extremely difficult to drop off bags as you have to park illegally and then try to find parking around the property. The parking meters need specific change and the police are very quick to fine you.
